Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on employee engagement. The participants were active employees of 57 men and 49 women between age 22-42 years old representing each department. The instrument used is the employee engagement scale, transformational leadership scale, and organizational climate scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 for windows. This study indicates that transformational leadership and organizational climate simultaneously and significantly affect employee engagement (p = 0.000; p < 0,01). Furthermore, transformational leadership has a positive influence on employee engagement (p = 0.005; p < 0,01) and organizational climate has a positive influence on employee engagement (p = 0.016; p < 0,05). This study shows that transformational leadership and organizational climate play a role in shaping employee engagement among employees. Employees have a greater chance of achieving engagement when they provide positive support, thus creating a conducive work environment. This study aims to show the results of an innovation in the development of non-cash payment systems as a form of technological development, so that it can be said that this newness is better than the previous system. The results showed that the existence of an e-money payment method in market retribution was considered very profitable. This innovation was launched by the Banyuwangi Regency Industry, Trade and Mining Service in collaboration with regional banks in Banyuwangi Regency. Tax avoidance is a way to minimize payments made by companies. The existence of gray tax regulations can provide an opening for legal tax evasion. Tax avoidance practices are always followed by good governance, indicating that companies that have good governance will do tax avoidance effectively and efficiently. Anagement of human resources (HR) from an office affects many aspects that determine the success of the work of the Village Office. One of the most important things in HR management in an office is the selection of the best employees to spur employee morale in improving their dedication and performance. However, in reality, the Manggung Village Office has not been optimal in the implementation of the selection of the best employees, this is due to the unavailability of media that processes employee assessments and provides recommendations in selecting the best employees. The Decision Support System can adjust to the Manggung Village Office in optimizing the selection of the best employees. The purpose of this research is to produce the best employee information based on the needs of the Manggung Village Office. Decision Support Systems are part of computer-based information systems including knowledge-based systems or knowledge management that are used to support decision making in an organization or office. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), the calculation of this method is to use the result of the largest value that will be selected as the best alternative, the calculation will be appropriate if the selected alternative meets the predetermined criteria. This decision support system for selecting the best employee was developed using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Processor File), as well as the MySQL database as the database server. This study aims to determine and test the effect of partial or simultaneous Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Financial Distress in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique, amounting to 14 companies with 4 years of observation. (four) years and data obtained from the financial statements of Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is found that partially and simultaneously Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on Financial Distress in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The effect of Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Financial Distress in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is 53.9%.

This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement and workplace spirituality on organizational citizen behavior among AAA self-service employees. The sample used in this study were 60 employees from 100 AAA self-service employee populations. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was the employee engagement scale, workplace spirituality scale, and organizational citizenship behavior scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed F = 176.195 with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.01) which indicated that there was a very significant influence between employee engagement and workplace spirituality variables on organizational citizenship behavior of AAA self-service employees. The results of the subsequent analysis obtained a beta value of 0.464 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01) indicating that there was a very significant positive effect between employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of further analysis obtained a beta value of 0.500 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01) indicating that there was a very significant positive effect between workplace spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be seen that employee engagement and workplace spirituality greatly affect organizational citizenship behavior of AAA self-service employees.

This study aimed to discover the effect of supportive group therapy to reduce public speaking anxiety on adolescents. The subjects in this study were five female adolescents of 17- to 19-year-olds. The study method used was an experimental study with the one-group pretest-posttest design using the purposive sampling technique. The study instrument used was the scale produced by Israwanda [9] based on Rogers’ [13] theory with public speaking anxiety aspects, i.e., physical responses, emotions, and mental processes. The non-parametric analysis test was using the Wilcoxon analysis technique to discover the differences between the pretest-posttest. The analysis result obtained was 0.043, which is <0.05. It shows a reduction of public speaking anxiety in adolescents. It is concluded that supportive group therapy implementation can reduce public speaking anxiety in adolescents

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneur characteristics, financial literacy, and religiosity on the decisions about female entrepreneurship funding in the creative industries in West Sumatra. It used the non-probability sampling techniques with the purposive sampling criteria, involving 130 female entrepreneurs as respondents. The study found that there was an influence of age, income, and personal financial literacy variables on the decision of female entrepreneurship funding in the creative industries in the province. This research is beneficial for women running businesses in creative industries in West Sumatra with the handicraft and fashion industries benefiting the most as the results of this study can be used as additional information in selecting the optimal sources for business financing

Diseases of the teeth and oral cavity are one of the health problems that many people experience. This is very inversely proportional to the needs of everyone who wants to have a healthy mouth and teeth. Lack of awareness to maintain oral and dental health is still low. Many people think that brushing your teeth is enough, even though this activity is not enough to maintain healthy teeth and oral cavity. When diagnosing doctors often do X-rays. Therefore, doctors need a system to diagnose diseases of the teeth and oral cavity, where the system used uses a Dempster Shafer method where the accuracy of this method has been proven to be 93%.
