With apply algorithm hashing SHA512,user data sent via routing URLs is effectively encrypted, thereby reducing the risk of data manipulation and hacking. Abstract

Due to the near-universal presence of air conditioning systems in Indonesian buildings, the development of solar-powered air conditioning units has accelerated recently. The tropical country of Indonesia benefits from year-round sunlight. In this study, a photovoltaic (PV) system that includes a battery, a photovoltaic system composed of PV panels, a solar charger, a DC power controller/inverter, and a battery is combined with a solar-powered air conditioning system to analyze its design and performance. In locations without electricity, this air conditioning technology is usable. Obtaining approximately 1 ton of refrigeration (3.52 kW) through the first step of this research's cooling load calculation for the space to be conditioned. An estimated photovoltaic (PV) system that includes all the required connections has been constructed based on this cooling load. Temperature measurements at crucial cycle locations, including the compressor's inlet and outlet as well as the evaporator and condenser, have been made using a data logging system. All day long, measurements were made of the system's input power and coefficient of performance (COP) under Indonesia's climate. The results are compared to the performance of traditional systems and the coefficient of performance for the system ranges from 2.9 to 8.5. for the system and these results are compared with the performance of conventional systems

Abstract

IT-Dashboard is a user interface that shows information that can be read easily by users. The IT-Dashboar application of the subsidized assistance type decision support system was built to help and facilitate the community to find information on the type of subsidized assistance, as well as to help sub-district officials to determine which residents are eligible to receive assistance according to the criteria set by the central government so that assistance can be distributed on target. The case study will be conducted on poor families in the Lubuk Begalung sub-district of Padang city. This decision support system uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method to determine the type of subsidy for poor families. The AHP method is basically a comprehensive decision-making model by considering qualitative and quantitative aspects. The AHP method was chosen because it is conceptually simple, easy to understand, computationally efficient, and can measure the relative performance of decision-making alternatives. Abstract

This research aims to determine Taxpayer Awareness and Tax Officer Services regarding Mandatory Compliance Tax with a sample of 80 respondents. The data collection method related to the research problem was carried out using the questionnaire method. Data was taken in the month. The data analysis technique used in this research is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique based on PLS variance . Research results from 80 respondents show that Taxpayer Awareness and Tax Officer Services at the Bukittinggi Pratama Tax Service Office in 2021 have an influence on Taxpayer Compliance.

Done To use analyze as well as test impact Ownership managerial, Liquidity, Profitability, and Inflation for Stock Prices. We use a purposive sampling technique approach quantitatively with a population of 47 banking company. Of these, got 26 companies according to the sample criteria. Abstract

Information system used at Bung Hatta University uses Digital Campus, one of the applications is E-Lecturer Performance . E- Performance Applications Lecturer designed For manage related data academic covers teaching , research , supporting , PKM, journals, proceedings , books , IPR and recognition use technology computer . Quality information system helps give satisfaction for University And lecturers in improving Power compete , give mark plus for University. To measure success something The Lecturer E-Performance application that already exists on the Bung Hatta University website and has been used by lecturers, needs to be evaluated by measuring the level of success of the application by apply model of success Delone And McLean , the analysis method used is descriptive analysis which is based on the actual scores from respondents' answers, while the number of samples used was 95 respondents. The results explain that the application as a whole has a very good running system quality with a score of 95.01%. Meanwhile, the hypothesis results from 10 hypotheses, there are 6 hypotheses accepted and 4 hypotheses rejected and the role of mediating variables can be partial and full mediation so that the findings from this research are that system quality has a very significant effect on user satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the variables current ratio, debt ratio, total asset turnover and ROA on profit growth. The object of this study was 53 companies selected according to the purposive sampling method with certain criteria, amounting to 25 companies. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The data source in this study is secondary data. Data collection techniques were performed using linear analytical data analysis and documentation techniques. The research results partly show that current ratio has a negative and significant impact on profit growth, while debt ratio, total asset turnover and ROA do not have a significant impact on growth. profit. The research results also show that the current ratio, debt ratio, total asset turnover and ROA are related to earnings growth

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the influence of transformational leadership and the work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The research was conducted at PT Abisiat Raya. The study population is 90 employees who work at PT Abisiat Raya. This study uses a saturated sample technique where the total population is less than 100 people and will be taken from the entire population. The number of samples is taken as a whole. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least square (PLS) approach is applied as a data analysis method. The study's results revealed that transformational leadership affects work motivation but cannot affect employee performance. The work environment does not affect work motivation or employee performance. And work motivation is known to affect employee performance. And there is an indirect influence between transformational leadership on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. This research provides input to PT Abisiat Raya to improve the performance of its employees by improving transformational leadership and the work environment without neglecting the importance of motivation work.
