KegiataninibertujuanuntukmendampingiUKM yang terdiri dari beberapa usaha kecil yang dijalankan oleh sekelompok warga di Kelurahan Jogotrunan Kecamatan Lumajang Kabupaten Lumajang yang menamakan dirinya UKM “Klapan Jayaâ€sehinggamerekaselainmampumengelola manajemen usahanya juga mampu dalam penyusunanpembukuansecarateraturdanbenarsertapemisahankeuanganusahadankeuanganrumahtangga. Adapunmetodekegiatanpengabdianmasyarakat ini memiliki beberapa tahapan, antara lain survey awal, wawancara pada para kelompokusahaguna menemukan permasalahan dan solusi yang ditawarkan, pendampingan manajemen keuanganserta bantuan dana untuk operasional kegiatanUKM “Klapan Jayaâ€. Kelemahan mitra umumnya terletak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia dan keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki. Peningkatan kemampuan dalam menegelolamanajemenusahanyadankeuanganrumahtangganya untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup dan perkembangan kegiatan mitra.

Kemasan yang dirancang dengan desain yang bagus dan terkonsep dengan matang akan menimbulkan persepsi dalam benak konsumen bahwa produk yang ditawarkan berkualitas bagus. Oleh karena itu, pemilik brand memiliki tim khusus yang melibatkan desainer produk maupun desainer grafis profesional untuk merancang kemasan produk yang tak hanya memiliki nilai fungsional tapi juga nilai estetika yang tinggi. Merancang desain kemasan yang efektif memerlukan pengetahuan yang luas mulai dari desain produk hingga strategi pemasaran. Oleh karena itu disinilah fungsi dari pengabdian masyarakat ini diberikan agar masayarakat memahami terkait model kemasan, design logo kemasan, stiker kemasan, membuat olahan tahan lama.

Kemandirian ekonomi adalah salah satu jawaban untuk menghadapi kompetisi di era global sehinga masyarakat mampu keluar dari kemiskinan dan keterbelakangan.Peluang kerja yang terbatas menuntut sumber daya lokal agar memiliki kemampuan dalam membuka lapangan kerja sendiri dengan mengolah sumber daya yang ada melalui inovasi dan perbaikan-perbaikan yang berkelanjutan.Berangkat dari alasan inilah maka muncul ketertarikan untuk bermitra dengan UKM “Klapan Jaya†di Kelurahan Jogotrunan Kabupaten Lumajang. UKM “Klapan Jaya†merupakan kelompok usaha yang terdiri dari berbagai macam usaha dari sekelompok orang yang memiliki usaha kecil di Kelurahan Jogotrunan Kecamatan Lumajang Kabupaten Lumajang.Kelompok UKM ini belum begitu mampu menggerakkan usahanya yang dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat di sekitarnya.Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mencapai target yaitu (1) Peningkatan ketrampilan mitra dalam menjalankan usahanya dengan berkelanjutan, (2) Terbentuk pemahaman dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat sekitarnya dan (3) Peningkatan strategi pemasaran agar mampu bersaing dalam memasarkan produknya.

This study aims to determine the development and empowerment, obstacles in empowerment, the role of government in empowerment. This study used a descriptive qualitative research design using survey methods, field observations, interviews and triangulation. The subjects of the study were the fishermen of Tempursari Subdistrict, Lumajang Regency with 70 fishermen. The results showed that: (1) the process of community development and empowerment included (a) increased skills and independence of the fishing community, (b) there were social, economic, and educational impacts, (2) inhibiting factors including the character or nature and thinking of the community different, constrained human resource readiness, community understanding is still low. (3) the role of government that is with the participation and involvement in community empowerment. (4) Strategies in developing the coastal zone, namely the community economy.

The activity aims to provide quality management assistance of financial governance on UD “DUA PUTRA†rice mill business in Kutorenon Sukodono, so that the company is able to improve the human resources ability in managing its business management; strengthen the human resources ability in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; improve the ability to separate between business and household finances; find easy capital access. The method used in this community service activity has several stages, including initial surveys, interviews in order to find offered problems and solutions, business management assistance, financial management and UKM operational funding assistance. The weakness of partner mainly lies in the limited human resources ability in manage their business, the unavalaibility of human resources who understand business bookkeeping regularly, unseparated business and household finances and limited capital access. Targets to be achieved, include: increase partner skills in running its business sustainably; strengthening the ability of partners in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; increasing the ability of partners in separating business and household finances and obtaining easy capital access.

This activity aims to assist product packaging innovation, innovate flavors and product variances, and provide marketing assistance. The approach offered for solving partner problems consists of surveys, interviews, practice, monitoring and evaluation. The product innovation and marketing assistance that has been proposed has succeeded in making soy milk packaging more attractive and varied, while the innovation in the taste of soy milk also makes the product taste different from before, marketing assistance makes partners more competitive and can expand the market This activity is fully supported by the soy milk business group, because it succeeded in providing new ideas in terms of providing packaging design, flavor variance innovation and product marketing.

The economic development and basic human needs that must be fulfilled triggered the existence of entrepreneurs group, both by productive and non-productive community. In general, because it is managed in a family or household environment, sometimes the management tends to be less serious and confused between family and business finances. From this reason, there was an interest in partnering with a honey business “Fresh Bee†owner namely Bhella Shely Afrilianti in Sumbersuko, Lumajang regency. The partner runs its business to help her family economy. The passion of partner in developing this business should be appreciated, however it requires the ability to face similar business which is quite rife. In raising Klanceng honey requires natural land because this is the advantage of Klanceng bees that its food also naturally sourced so that the honey are very high quality and a great interest to the community. The need for land is what makes this family need capital access to fulfill it. The weakness of partner mostly on financial governance which is still mixed with family finances. The implementation of this community service activity achieved the target, (1) the partner’s skill improvement in running its business in sustainable manner, (2) a simple orderly and healthy administration, which mean it is able to separate household and business finances and (3) get capital assistance from financial institutions. The intensive assistance and supervision to the partner need to be done periodically and not stop until the completion of this program. Therefore, the activeness of the team and the ranks of STIE Widya Gama Lumajang community in providing guidance to this partner needs to be carried out continuously.

This Community Service Activity is expected to provide the following outcomes for partners understanding partners in financial management, implementation of financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM. The implementation of this Community Service (PKM) activity is carried out using the lecture, tutorial and discussion methods. Based on the results of the implementation of activities that have been carried out, there are several things that can be concluded from this Community Service activity, namely a. The training that was carried out was able to increase the desire to learn more deeply about financial recording activities in particular and increase the ability to do business in general. b. Training participants are able to explain and understand basic accounting concepts, accounting cycles and accounting information systems, c. The training participants still have a lot to learn and practice in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM.

Distribution channels have an important role in the distribution of a product from producers to the end consumers in order to meet the wants and needs of consumers. This is one of the obstacles for UMKM in expanding distribution channels. Coriander Crackers (Baren’s Kriuk) is a small and medium business that was established around the end of 2018 which is located in the village of Curah Lele Balung District Jember Regency. The problem faced by the home industry of coriander crackers barri 's kriuk is in the field of marketing especially the marketing area (distribution channel) which is less expanded, especially in the jember city area. Community service activities are expected to produce targets in accordance with partner expectations, namely: (1) Broader marketing area (distribution channels) so that products are better known to the wider community; (2) Better packaging innovation.

UMKM Jamu is engaged in the health sector by producing traditional herbal medicine which is believed to be effective in preventing the growth of cancer cells and various other diseases. This UMKM is located in Wonorejo Village, Lumajang Regency and from the beginning, marketing was only done in the area around Lumajang. Over time, UMKM managers must think about product protection. Therefore, this assistance is carried out with the aim of being able to provide understanding to the UMKM Jamu Ibuk producers related to Intellectual Property and its benefits for UMKM. In its activities, it was explained that product protection would increase originality, so of course it would increase sales. In addition, product protection will prevent producers from various parties who want to make plagiarism from Jamu Ibuk.
