Abstract

Background: Data of Riskesdas 2018, cancer prevalence in Indonesia showed an increase. The highest prevalence was in Yogyakarta which showed result 4,8/1000 population. New cervical cancer cases in Yogyakarta ranked second. The different prevalence of HPV between female sexual workers (FSW) and general population was 42,7%, higher than the general population. Objective: This study aims to determine the factors that influence the early detection of cervical cancer in FSW in Gedongtengen Public Health Center Area in 2020. Methods: This research used an observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The research subjects were 40 female sexual workers (FSW) in Gedongtengen Public Health Center area, with the data technique taken was random sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis used Chi-square test, Fisher exact test, and logistic regression. Results: Variables associated with early detection behavior of cervical cancer were knowledge (p-value=0,001), attitude (p-value=0,008), and access to information (p-value =0,006). While age (p-value=0,705), education (p-value=0,510), income (p-value=0,709), length of work (p-value=0,642), and age at first sexual intercourse (p-value=0,594) were not related to early detection of cervical cancer. The most influential factor was attitude (OR=20,598) CI 95% (2,585-164,110). Conclusion: Factors affecting early detection behavior of cervical cancer were knowledge, attitudes, and access to information. The dominant factor was attitude of the respondent.

Abstract

The competence of midwives in early detection of pregnancy risk and prevention of stunting is an important factor to improve health status. The competence of midwives contributes to the improvement of maternal health status by 79%. In addition to the ability of midwives, the independence of pregnant women is also needed in improving the quality of life of children. In the era of the pandemic, access to information is increasingly limited, so it is necessary to develop information technology that is easily accessible by all groups. The purpose of this article is obtaining a theoretical study of information to improve the competence of midwives and obtaining a theoretical study of information technology to increase the independence of pregnant women in early detection of pregnancy risk and stunting prevention. The design used is a literature review. Articles are collected using search engines such as EBSCO, Science direct, and Proquest. The criteria for the articles used are those published from 2015 to 2021. Based on the articles collected, the results show that Utilization of information technology can be used for various things. The target of information technology can penetrate various circles. The need for information technology today is unavoidable and must be improved. Website-based application is one of the information technology that can be accessed by anyone who has the internet and its use is easy. The conclusion of the study is that information technology can be used in early detection of pregnancy risk and stunting prevention.

Abstract

Anemia is the most common medical problem in the world, especially in developing countries. Adolescent girls are one of the groups that are prone to anemia. The target of the anemia prevention program has been developed to reach young women as a strategic effort in an effort to break the knot of nutritional problems. This study aims to determine the effect of body image and knowledge of stunting on the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls in Matang Seulimeng Village, Langsa City in 2021. This type of research is quantitative with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were young women in Matang Seulimeng Village, Langsa City with a total sample of 62 people. Bivariate analysis using Chi Square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between body image and the incidence of anemia in young women in Matang Seulimeng Village, Langsa City with a p value = 0.01, there was a significant relationship between knowledge of stunting and the incidence of anemia in young women in Matang Seulimeng Village, Langsa City with a value of p value = 0.048. It is hoped that the health office, puskesmas, community nurses and village midwives will provide counseling about anemia in adolescent girls and prevention of stunting from an early age.

Abstract

The role of a mother for the first time is a pressure and stressor for primiparous mothers during the postpartum period, psychological adaptation is needed at this time. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the psychological adaptation of primiparous postpartum mothers in the work area of ??Payung Sekaki Health Center. This study used a descriptive correlational design and a cross sectional approach. The research sample was 50 respondents who were taken based on the inclusion criteria using accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chi square test. There is a relationship between husband's social support and history of childbirth on psychological adaptation of primiparous postpartum mothers with p value (0.033) < ? (0.05). There is no relationship between family economic status and maternal psychological adaptation primiparous postpartum with p values (0.231) > ? (0.05) and there is no relationship between culture and psychological adaptation of primiparous postpartum mothers with p value (0.944) ? > (0.05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that husband's social support and history of childbirth affect adaptation psychological primiparous postpartum mothers. Meanwhile, family economic status and culture do not affect the psychological adaptation of primiparous postpartum mothers. It is suggested to the health care to be able to provide postnatal class facilities for mothers to minimize psychological adaptation disorders for postpartum mothers.

Abstract

Proper feeding of toddlers is very important in the process of child growth and development, feeding can be influenced by the mother's attitude and behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the mother's attitude and the behavior of feeding children toddler in Puskesmas Rejosari, Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative method, the type of correlational research with aapproach cross sectional. Samples is 89 mothers with toddler in accordance with the inclusion criteria using a formula slovin. The analysis used is bivariate analysis using Chi-square test.  The results showed that 89 respondents who were studied showed that the highest maternal age group was 26-35 (58.4%), the majority of the education level were SMA (60.7%), most of the mothers were IRT (75.3%). Attitudes of mothers who have a negative attitude and have good behavior in feeding there are 21 mothers (51.2%), while mothers who have a positive attitude have good behavior in feeding totaling 30 respondents (62.5). Statistical analysis showed no significant relationship between maternal attitudes with behavior in child feeding toddler with a p-value = 0.391 with an alpha of 0.05, so that the  p-value> alpha  (0:05). There is a weak relationship between the mother's attitude and the behavior of feeding children toddler in Puskesmas Rejosari, Pekanbaru. Results Based on the research obtained, these variables in the same direction means the positive attitude of the mother, the mother likely to have a good behavior in feeding toddler. Abstract

Application Of Information And Communication Technology System (ICT) In Health Promotion. The era of globalization is now progressing very rapidly. One of the advances in information tech-nology penetrated the health field. Use and utilization of this technology is one of the right solutions for problem solving public services. At least utilization of it will address the geographical, time and socioeco-nomic issues. Some research mentioned that the utilization of technology in the field of health can improve health service and can change health behavior. Information is a very important thing, because all things related to public health is information that is well managed and safe, so it takes a safe and smooth system for all information obtained can be used for the benefit of health services more optimal and can benefit the entire community.

Abstract

Proyek pengembangan sistem informasi untuk pencatatan data pasien di rumah bersalin Azimar Anas bertujuan mempermudah dan mempercepat kinerja karyawan dalam mencatat informasi pasien, serta mengurangi kehilangan data dan pencatatan ganda. Menggunakan Visual Basic 6.0 dan MySQL, aplikasi desktop ini dirancang dengan metode kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung. Meskipun ini merupakan langkah positif, penting untuk mempertimbangkan teknologi yang lebih mutakhir daripada Visual Basic 6.0. Desain basis data yang efisien dan perlindungan keamanan data pasien adalah prioritas. Pelatihan staf dan pengujian aplikasi sebelum peluncuran adalah kunci kesuksesan. Pengembangan berkelanjutan juga diperlukan untuk memperbaiki dan memperbarui aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan dan perkembangan teknologi. Harapannya, sistem ini akan memberikan efisiensi dalam pencatatan informasi pasien dan meningkatkan pelayanan di rumah bersalin Azimar Anas.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Sistem Teknologi Informasi pada Manajemen Data dan Proses Informasi dalam Layanan Keperawatan. Metode yang digunakan ialah dengan melakukan pencarian artikel melaui basis data elektronik: ProQuest, EmeraldInsight dan Google Scholar, menggunakan kata kunci Informasi Sistem. Hasil: dari kajian literatur yang dilakukan di dapatkan hasil bahwa Sistem teknologi informasi memberikan dampak yang efektif dan efesien dalam pelayanan keperawatan, perawat dapat meminimalkan waktu untuk melengkapi administrasi pasien, dan kegiatan inti lainnya dari manual menjadi komputerisasi. Sistem Informasi teknologi dalam keperawatan juga bertujuan untuk menjaga keamanan dan kerahasiaan data pasien, memberikan dan menerima informasi yang bermanfaat dan akurat bagi profesi lainnya. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Sistem Manajemen Penggunaan informasi dalam ruang lingkup kesehatan dan khususnya pada bidang keperawatan telah memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan dan peningkatan sektor kesehatan juga telah memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan keperawatan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Penyakit Ansietas klien yang dirawat di rumah sakit karena penyakit fisik ditandai dengan rasa tidak nyaman, sedih, gelisah, khawatir. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk melaporkan penerapan terapi generalis terhadap tanda gejala klien ansietas dengan penyakit fisik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik melalui pendekatan model stres adaptasi Stuart dan konsep “Caring” Swanson terhadap 100 klien yang dirawat di rumah sakit umum. Penerapan terapi generalis menurunkan respons kognitif (25), afektif (57), fisiologis (38), perilaku (42), dan sosial (46). Direkomendasikan terapi generalis untuk diberikan pada klien ansietas dengan penyakit fisik di rumah sakit umum.

Abstract

In today's era of globalization, technological progress has expanded rapidly. One notable area of technological advancement is in the health field. In this era, people can access health information services through various media as a solution to health problems. One such advancement in information technology is seen in the health sector, including in medicine. The rapid progress in health technology has led to the development of numerous applications that support hospital organizations, medical practice, and health sciences research. This study, titled "Technology Development in the Field of Health," employs a direct method of literature review. The computer-based nursing information system used by nurses provides positive support in their daily work. In terms of application, the nursing information system can operate independently or more commonly be integrated as part of an electronic clinical medical record (EMR), enabling nurses to access and provide clinical information efficiently.
