Abstract

Pembiayaan yang disalurkan bank syariah masih didominasi oleh pembiayaan non bagi hasil, yaitu akad yang berdasarkan jual beli (murâbahah). Dominannya jenis pembiayaan murâbahah dibandingkan jenis pembiayaan yang lain disebabkan beberapa faktor. Dari sisi penawaran bank syariah, pembiayaan murâbahah dinilai lebih minim risikonya dibandingkan dengan jenis pembiayaan bagi hasil. Selain itu, pengembalian yang telah ditentukan sejak awal juga memudahkan bank dalam memprediksi keuntungan yang akan diperoleh. Sementara dari sisi permintaan nasabah, pembiayaan murâbahah relatif lebih mudah operasinya dibandingkan dengan jenis pembiayaan bagi hasil. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh volume pembiayaan terhadap margin pembiayaan murâbahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Banjar, (2) Pengaruh bagi hasil DPK (Dana Pihak Ketiga) terhadap margin pembiayaan murâbahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Banjar, dan (3) Pengaruh volume pembiayaan dan bagi hasil DPK (Dana Pihak Ketiga) bersama-sama terhadap margin pembiayaan murâbahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Banjar. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Banjar periode Januari 2013 sampai dengan Agustus 2015. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi dimana pengukuran parameter dilakukan dengan menggunakan Eviews versi 7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Volume pembiayaan berpengaruh negative dan sangat signifikan terhadap margin pembiayaan murâbahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Banjar, (2) Bagi hasil DPK (Dana Pihak Ketiga) berpengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap margin pembiayaan murâbahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Banjar, dan (3) Volume pembiayaan dan bagi hasil DPK (Dana Pihak Ketiga) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap margin pembiayaan murâbahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Banjar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financing of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the mudhârabah contract provided by KSPPS-BMT eL-Taqwa Cidewa Ciamis. The mudhârabah financing product KSPPS-BMT eL-Taqwa Cidewa Ciamis is a solution for interest-based banks. This descriptive-qualitative research utilizes observation, interview, and document study techniques to obtain data information. The results showed that the implementation of the mudhârabah contract at KSPPS-BMT eL-Taqwa Cidewa Ciamis in determining the profit-sharing was adjusted to the understanding and requests of prospective customers. Two categories of profit-sharing are carried out, the profit-sharing ratio (%) for both parties is determined at the beginning of the contract before the income is known so that the monthly installment payments are fixed, and the profit-sharing ratio (%) is determined at the beginning of the agreement. Still, the installment payments are not fixed because adjusted to customer income. As for the role of the mudhârabah contract for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), of course, there are various kinds of developments experienced by every entrepreneur, seen from the good developments and some experiencing poor development so that they encounter obstacles in their business.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how the effect of inflation on revenue sharing from the Musyarakah financing contract, how the effect of operating costs on revenue sharing from the Musyarakah financing contract, and how the effect of inflation and operating costs together on revenue sharing from the financing contract. musharakah at PT. Bank Jabar Banten Syariah. This research is quantitative. The sample used in this study is in the form of monthly financial statements of PT. Bank Jabar Banten Syariah for the period 2017-2021 published on the official website of Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority, and Bank Jabar Banten Syariah. The type of research data is secondary data. The results showed that partially inflation and operating costs had a positive and significant effect on revenue-sharing for the results of musyarakah financing. Taken together, inflation and operating costs have an impact on revenue-sharing from the Musyarakah financing contract, as evidenced by the probability-F statistic of 0.000038, which is much smaller than 0.05. Then the contribution of the variable inflation and operating costs to the income of musyarakah financing is 0.275489 or (27%). At the same time, the remaining 73% is explained by other variables that are not examined or are not included in this research model.

Abstract

Hal yang paling penting bagi perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang mana manusia sebagai penggerak perusahaan dan merupakan faktor utama untuk dapat mencapai tujuan sebuah perusahaan yaitu kunci keberhasilan perusahaan agar tetap berkembang dengan baik. Mengelola sumber daya manusia merupakan hal yang penting dalam pencapaian tujuan. Setiap perusahaan menginginkan karyawan yang berkinerja tinggi, karena akan mendorong pada perkembangan perusahaan. Karyawan yang memiliki kinerja tinggi akan menunjukan hasil kerja yang baik, sedangkan karyawan yang kinerjanya rendah akan menghasilkan kerja yang buruk. Kinerja yang tinggi dapat diperoleh dengan beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja yang tinggi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja terdiri dari banyak faktor seperti gaji, rekan kerja komunikasi dan pekerjaan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja karyawan di Bank BJB Syariah Tasikmalaya 2) Untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan di Bank BJB Syariah Tasikmalaya 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank BJB Syariah Tasikmalaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang karyawan Bank BJB Syariah Tasikmalaya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier sederhana. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan analisis menggunakan microsoft excel dan software statistik SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, pada variabel kepuasan kerja di Bank BJB Syariah Tasikmalaya (X) berdasarkan hasil skor kuesioner dengan mayoritas responden pada pilihan jawaban cukup setuju dan setuju membuktikan dalam kepuasan kerja sudah cukup baik. Kedua, pada variabel kinerja karyawan di Bank BJB Syariah Tasikmalaya (Y) berdasarkan hasil skor kuesioner dengan mayoritas responden pada pilihan jawaban cukup setuju dan setuju membuktikan dalam kinerja karyawan sudah cukup baik. Ketiga, berdasarkan Uji Regresi Linier sederhana, variabel kepuasan kerja mempunyai tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,228 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,228 < t-tabel 1,692. Hal ini berarti Ha diterima sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena tingkat signifikasi yang dimiliki variabel kepuasan kerja < 0,05 (0,228 >0,05) dan nilai t hitung < t-tabel (1,228 < 1,692). Adapun nilai koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,044, artinya presentasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 4%. Sedangkan sisanya (100%-4%=96%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model regresi ini.

Abstract

The Muslims have such a strong and fundamental work ethic because it boils down to faith, deals directly with God's power, and is a matter of life and death. A Muslim in every work must be earnest and energetic. In other words, it must be with a high work ethic so that the resulting performance would be more leverage because a Muslim is a more worker (smart-worker). This also applies in an organization or company such as Rabbani which is a company with an activity program that applies Islamic values. This research uses correlational research method, using quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, assumption test using normality test, and hypothesis test by using simple linear regression analysis, and t test. Based on the results of this study can be seen that: 1) Islamic work ethic in Rabbani Group Tasikmalaya said good. This is evidenced by the average value of Islamic ethos work variables of 47.77; 2) employee performance in Rabbani Group Tasikmalaya is enough. This is evidenced by the average value of employee performance variables of 30.10; 3) the influence between variables based on the correlation coefficient of 0.373 means that the value belongs to the low level of relationship, that the work ethic of Islami and employee performance have correlation with the low level of relationship. While to see whether or not the influence of this research is done with t test, which shows that t arithmetic of 2.127 with a significance value of 0.042 so that the significance value of 0.042 <0.05 means there is a significant influence between Islamic work ethic variables on employee performance on Rabbani Group Tasikmalaya. Influence is obtained by 13.9% which means employee performance variables influenced by Islamic work ethic variables, while 86.1% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the effect of murabahah financing on increasing customer’s income. The study was conducted in one of the fastest-growing syariah financial institutions in LKS Al-Uswah Branch Ciamis. Murabahah financing is one of the productive financing developed at LKS Al-Uswah Branch of Ciamis. The descriptive verivikatif method is used with the correlational research approach (correlational research). This study’s data collection techniques are by questionnaire—the number of samples taken with incidental sampling technique of 30 customers. The data of this research are financial data analyzed with a coefficient of determination and simple linear regression. The paired t-test sample was used to analyze customers’ income before and after financing. The magnitude of murabahah financing effect to increase customer income in this research is 17,3%. In comparison, the rest that is 82,7%, is another factor that can influence the growth of customers’ income besides murabahah financing. Correlation coefficient value included in the category of moderate level of relations that is equal to 0.416, the value of correlation is marked positive (+), meaning the relationship of financing with income increase is unidirectional. So it can be concluded that murabahah financing significantly affects the increase in customer’s income.

Abstract

Water is an essential need for living things, especially water for consumption. In Indonesia, the demand for clean water is constantly increasing, thus providing an opportunity to open a business in the field of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK). Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Cijantung Ciamis has a drinking water company business unit “Quro Hexagonal” long been marketed in various regions. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy, product, price, distribution, place and promotion used in the Quro Hexagonal water company. This study uses a qualitative field method. Test the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed that to meet consumer demand, company management uses four marketing strategies, namely product, price, distribution, and promotion. This Quro Hexagonal water product uses a Life Energy engine, a mineral water system, from this process it will produce quality water. The prices that the company offers are high prices because of the excellent water quality. Distribution, Quro Hexagonal water company in running its business to market its products has reached the cities of Banjar, Pangandaran, Tasikmalaya, Kuningan, Majalengka, Cirebon, and surrounding areas. Promotion, the Quro Hexagonal water company conducts sales promotions by utilizing the distribution of the alumni of the Cijantung Al-Qur’an Islamic Boarding School to become agents or consumers of Quro Hexagonal water.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi persaingan di dunia bisnis khususnya di lembaga keuangan dari waktu ke waktu yang semakin ketat, sehingga perusahaan harus membuat strategi pemasaran baru untuk mempertahankan dan meraih pangsa pasar yang lebih tinggi. Dari hal tersebut upaya pengembangan kualitas layanan harus dilakukan dan berorientasi pada pasar atau masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa, beberapa diantaranya dilihat dari produk, pelayanan, dan lokasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, pelayanan, dan lokasi terhadap preferensi nasabah atas produk simpanan wadi’ah di BMT Alrahmah Ciamis dan faktor yang mendominasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari 35 responden nasabah BMT Alrahmah Ciamis dengan menyebar kuesiner. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, regersi linier berganda, uji hipotesis melalui uji T dan Uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Dari hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda di dapat hasil persamaan Y = 0,794 + (-0,085) X1+ 0,131 X2 + 0,538 X3 bahwa produk, pelayanan, dan lokasi searah dengan preferensi nasabah. Nilai R square merupakan nilai penentu yang dapat menjelaskan pengaruh yang terjadi pada variabel preferensi nasabah yang disebabakan oleh variabel produk, pelayanan, dan lokasi sebesar 71,1%. Sedangkan sisanya 35,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini. Dari uji statistik yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap preferensi nasabah sebesar 0,115, pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pereferensi nasabah sebesar 0,381, lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pereferensi nasabah sebesar 0,647, dari hasil tersebut apabila produk, pelayanan dan lokasi meningkat maka akan meningkatkan preferensi nasabah. Adapun variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap preferensi nasabah atas produk simpanan wadi’ah di BMT Alrahmah Ciamis adalah variabel lokasi, karena mempunyai nilai koefisien determinasi parsialnya paling besar yaitu sebesar 64,7% dibandingkan variabel lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of productive waqf to reduce poverty levels in Ciamis Regency. The research method used is empirical research. Data were collected through interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that (1) the management carried out by Nazhir used the POAC method (Planning, Organizing, Acting, Controlling) in order to achieve what was expected by the wakif so that the waqf property was utilized in accordance with its purpose; (2) implementation of waqf development through the establishment of mini markets. Until now, it has started to develop with the opening of a canteen near the area of educational institutions, laundry, and already has an inventory of two-wheeled vehicles. To increase productivity, a poverty alleviation model is currently being developed through scholarships for underprivileged and orphaned students. The obstacles faced in optimizing the program are limited capital, low competence of human resources

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan pengaruh harga dan lebel halal pada kosmetik terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswi Institut Agama Islam Darussalam Ciamis. Penelitian dilakukan di kampus Institut Agama Islam Darussalam Ciamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian autokorelasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu, sebagian sampel penelitian diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji persyaratan dengan menggunakan uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji t dan uji F. Pengaruh Harga dan Label Halal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian kosmetik mahasiswi Institut Agama Islam Darussalam Ciamis. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh uji F yang didapat nilai F hitung > F tabel (5,158 > 3,232), sehingga Ho ditolak.
