Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of training on the work ethic of employees of Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Syariah KCP Ciamis, as well as the influence of human resource development on the work ethic of employees of Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Syariah KCP Ciamis, and to determine the training and human resource development. simultaneous influence on the work ethic of employees of Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Syariah KCP Ciamis. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique is done by filling out questionnaires, observing and interviewing. This research uses non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. This is because the population is relatively small, namely only 14 employees of Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Syariah KCP Ciamis. The analysis model used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5% or 0.05, then in this study, the author uses the SPSS 20 application to process the data. This study shows that partially training has a significant effect on the work ethic of employees of Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Syariah KCP Ciamis as evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable of 5.428> 2.20099 and the human resource development variable partially has a significant effect on the work ethic of Bank Jabar employees. Banten (BJB) Syariah KCP Ciamis is proven by the value of tcount> ttable of 6,000> 2,20099. Meanwhile, the training and human resource development variables simultaneously affect the work ethic of the employees of Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Syariah KCP Ciamis as evidenced by Fcount> Ftable of 288.792> 3.89. Then the results of the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2 test) show that training and human resource development have an influence on the work ethic of employees of Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Syariah KCP Ciamis by 97.8%. The remaining 2.2% is influenced by other unknown variables and is not included in this study

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the leadership style to improve employee performance in the perspective of Islamic economics in Toserba Yogya, Banjar City; (2) to know the organizational culture to improve employee performance in the perspective of Islamic economics at the Yogya Department Store, Banjar City; and (3) to determine the performance of employees at the Yogya department store, Banjar City in the perspective of Islamic economics. Data were collected through observation and interviews with store managers, employees and consumers of the Yogya Banjar Department Store. The results showed that the leadership styles at the Toserba Yogya Banjar include democratic leadership style, analytical leadership style (analytical), and assertive leadership style (assertive). In the view of Islam, economics or iqtishad comes from the word "qosdun" which means balance (equilibrium) and justice (equally balanced). According to the author, Leaders at Toserba Yogya Banjar have been fair in their duties as leaders, then always respect employees starting from small things so as to make employees motivated. At the Yogya Banjar department store itself, according to the author, the organizational culture has implemented values ​​that do not conflict with Islamic economics, including in terms of the company's core values, namely "honest, loyal, and humble" which are also always applied and taught in Islamic economics. . In addition, for monotheism (faith in God) in the organizational culture at the Yogya Banjar Department Store, it is implemented, among others, by doing prayers every day, both morning, afternoon and evening. And for justice itself in the organizational culture itself can be seen by fulfilling the rights for employees so that employees fulfill their obligations in their work. The goal of Islamic economics is mashlahah (benefit) for mankind. In this case, all members (both leaders and employees) always try their best in carrying out their duties at work and cooperate well in completing their work by helping each other between divisions.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of the motivation to avoid usury on the decision to become a customer at Bank Jabar Banten Syariah KCP Ciamis; (2) to determine the effect of product knowledge on the decision to become a customer at Bank Jabar Banten Syariah KCP Ciamis; and (3) to determine the effect of motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer at Bank Jabar Banten Syariah KCP Ciamis. This quantitative research uses the correlational method. The results showed that (1) there was an influence of the motivational variable to avoid usury on the decision to become a customer at BJBS KCP Ciamis. This is evidenced by the value of t-count (2.058) > t-table (2.051); (2) there is an influence of knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer at BJBS KCP Ciamis. This is evidenced by t-count (2,920) > t-table (2,051); and (3) simultaneously, the variables of motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products together influence the decision to become a customer at BJBS KCP Ciamis. This is shown from f-count (27.534) > f-table (3.354).

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are first, to find out how the effect of product, price, location and promotion on customer loyalty at Owl Barber Shop Ciamis partially. Second, how the influence of product, price, location and promotion on customer loyalty at Owl Barber Shop Ciamis simultaneously. Third, to find out which variables are the most dominant influencing customer loyalty at Owl Barber Shop Ciamis. Sampling was done randomly with the number of respondents as many as 30 people. Data collection using observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multicorrelation test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that the t-count value of the product variable (2.168) > t-count (2.059) so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, the price variable (27.735) > (2.059) so Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. While t-count location variable (0.744) < t-table (2.059) so that Ho is accepted and H3 is rejected, and promotion variable (1.619) < t-table (2.059) so Ho is accepted and H4 is rejected. This means that the product and price variables partially affect customer loyalty while the location and promotion variables partially have no effect on customer loyalty. The most dominant variable influencing customer loyalty is the price variable with the t-count value (27.735) greater than the t-count value of product variable (2.168), location (0.744) and promotion variable (1.619).

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the mechanism for using murabahah bi wakalah contracts for KSPPS members; (2) benefits of murabahah bil wakalah financing contract for members of KSPPS Al-Uswah Banjar; (3) the implementation of the murabahah bil wakalah contract on the financing product of KSPPS Al-Uswah Banjar members. This qualitative research uses a case study method. Data collection techniques used direct observation to the KSPPS Al-Uswah office, conducting interviews with managers, employees and customers who carried out murabahah financing at KSPPS Al-Uswah, and relevant documentation. The results of the study illustrate that the mechanism of the murabahah bil wakalah financing contract in KSPPS the contract that is carried out first is the wakalah contract, the benefits of the murabahah bil wakalah financing contract for members are to provide an easy process in terms of financing and help SMEs that need business capital, and the implementation of the murabahah bil contract. wakalah at KSPPS Al-Uswah Banjar has not been in line with DSN MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning murabahah in the first stipulation paragraph 9 states, "if the bank wants to represent the customer to buy goods from a third party, the murabahah sale and purchase contract must be made after the goods in principle become the property of the bank." Then the contract that must be carried out first is the wakalah contract, after that the murabahah contract is carried out. However, the implementation at KSPPS Al-Uswah wakalah contract was signed after the murabahah contract and carried out at one time.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the marketing strategy of gold partner products at Bank Jabar Banten Syariah KCP Cikurubuk Tasikmalaya; (2) to find out the SWOT analysis in determining the marketing strategy at BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk; and (3) to find out how the marketing strategy is to increase sales of gold partner products at BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk. This qualitative research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or observable behaviors that are carried out in case studies with observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study illustrate that the marketing strategy used by Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk is the marketing mix or called the marketing mix which includes product, price, service, location and promotion strategies. So with this marketing mix, Bank BJB Syariah has experienced an increase in customers from the previous year, this is evidenced by data obtained by researchers from Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk, but the increase experienced is still less significant because many competing institutions also have the same advantages and lack maximum of Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk in implementing the marketing strategy that has been implemented. The SWOT analysis determines the marketing strategy for the gold partner product that has been implemented by Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk has helped Bank BJB Syariah itself in analyzing various threats, opportunities, weaknesses, and strengths. So that Bank BJB Syariah KCP Cikurubuk can analyze market conditions significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the risk management of murabahah financing and determine the impact of risk management implementation on murabahah financing settlement solutions. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that produces descriptive data using data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentaries in accordance with the title being observed. The risk of financing at BSM KCP Ciamis has two risks, namely sidestraiming or force majeure. Sidestraiming is a risk that arises from the mismatch of a customer financing request with the use of the customer's financing. Meanwhile, force majeure is the risk that arises from events outside the bank's predictions, such as natural disasters and accidents. Risk management carried out by BSM KCP Ciamis is by gathering information, collecting documents, and verifying its customers. These three steps are carried out using analysis. The analysis used by BSM KCP Ciamis is 5C analysis, namely character (character), capacity (capacity), capital (capital), collateral (guarantee), and conditions (conditions). Among the 5Cs, there are the most prioritized, namely analysis of character (character), capacity (capacity). If the customer has a problem, the bank will resolve the problem by using several methods including rescheduling, reconditioning, or restructuring. The implementation of risk management carried out by BSM KCP Ciamis can be categorized as healthy financing, because the non-performing financing is below 7%, namely 2.5%. This success is not only carried out by one party, but for the support and cooperation of all components in BSM KCP Ciamis

Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategies are being used to increase the income of Grab Majenang drivers. Then the researchers will dig up information on how to improve the economic welfare of drivers after becoming a Grab driver. After that, the researcher then examined the strategies developed and implemented by the drivers of the Grab Majenang indigenous group based on an Islamic perspective. Data were collected by observation, interviews (interviews), and documentation. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative method, namely by formulating the data obtained and then classified in order to answer the formulation of the problem. The results of the study show that the strategies applied by drivers to increase income in an effort to improve their economic welfare have been good and appropriate to be applied both in the short and long term. Then the changes in the economic welfare of the drivers, namely from before becoming a Grab driver (partner) and after becoming a Grab driver (partner), the results are quite drastic in improving their economy. Furthermore, it is obtained from the results of reviewing and analyzing these strategies using guidelines that are in accordance with the Islamic economic perspective. So that the results of an Islamic economic view on these strategies show that these strategies are feasible and good to implement because they do not contain elements of fraud or fraud that can harm other parties which is strictly prohibited by Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The effect of Shopee's E-Commerce Facilities (Features) on student consumptive behavior. The data collection techniques uses a questionnaire method with a population of STEI Ar-Risalah students for the 2018-2021 academic year who have the Shopee Application, where purposive sampling is used as a sampling technique. IBM statistical application version 26 is used to assist researchers in analyzing research data through simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the Shopee E-Commerce feature has an effect on student consumptive behavior. This is indicated by the results of the t test which shows the tcount value is greater than ttable (19.295 > 1.667) and a significance value of 0.000 which means it is smaller than the standard 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic economic principles in the development of the Sharia laundry business "Mr. Cling Ciamis". This qualitative research with descriptive method is based on data from interviews and documentation. The results of the study conclude that the Islamic economic values applied by Laundry Syariah "Mr. Cling Ciamis" are monotheism, justice, free will, and responsibility have been implemented properly. In addition, the application of Islamic business principles continues to increase in line with progress or good business development. The development of the "Mr. Cling" Laundry business can be seen from the addition of business branches and the presence of several "Mr. Cling" Laundry agents in several places. The aspects of the application of Islamic economics are viewed from several indicators: marketing, human resources, and social.
