This study aims to determine the efforts of Islamic Financial Institutions in empowering SMEs, strategies and important roles carried out by LKS in order to empower SMEs through the provision of capital to be managed in business. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, a method that only describes various forms of paradigms about empowerment strategies for SMEs, the most important data sources in this study are related to the search for library data, relevant books, and scientific papers. others relevant to the object of study. The results of this study indicate that there has been much power and effort carried out by the Islamic Finance Agency in order to empower SMEs, this can be proven by the existence of several programs, products, and financing aimed directly at SMEs. The strategy used is; provide complete information as well as promotion to SMEs, provide financing for their business development, provide financing in accordance with the type of business that SMEs are involved in with the concept of sharia principles. The implication of this research is to continue to provide services professionally and provide the best so that they are truly able to provide community welfare, more selective in providing financing so as to minimize the losses that will occur, increase technological resources so that SMEs can easily access information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of legal protection for consumers who are in dispute with Islamic banking institutions through arbitration forums. Implementation of Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 61/POJK.07/2020, namely the establishment of an Alternative Institution for Financial Services Sector Dispute Resolution (LAPS JK), one of the dispute resolution mechanisms through arbitration. The appointed arbitrator is obtained from the internal procedures carried out by the institution. So that there is potential for arbitrators to be non-neutral in examining cases that affect the protection of Islamic banking consumers. The type of research used is qualitative research with a normative approach. Data collection was carried out through a desk-review process, while the analysis process was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that even though the arbiters who examine cases between consumers and Islamic banking institutions come from Alternative Dispute Resolution Institutions, one of which is the Association of Indonesian Sharia Banks (ASBISINDO), the neutrality of these arbiters has been supervised by the existence of a code of ethics that has been established by the institution. If the arbiter is proven not to be neutral in examining a case, then there is a mechanism for enforcing the code of ethics. So that the potential for conflicts of interest in alternative dispute resolution through arbitration between Islamic banking institutions and their consumers can be avoided.

Abstract

Lots of life problems experienced by humans due to lack of wealth, but on the other hand, people who have excess wealth also experience many problems. Generally, people who have excess wealth will be arrogant and arbitrary, feel that everything can be managed and see other people who are below them in a small way. A study has found a clear link between wealth and indifference to the feelings of others. In Indonesia, we receive a lot of information through various media about the arrogant attitudes of rich people. Increasingly, news about this matter has become routine consumption for the community and of course it will have an adverse impact. For this reason, researchers want to further examine how the urgency of maqasid sharia is in managing assets. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. To answer the existing problems, researchers will use secondary data that has been previously published. This research concludes that humans must be aware of the nature of their existence and the various resources they have are not absolute ownership, because absolute ownership belongs only to Allah Swt. The big step to free oneself from mismanagement of wealth and greed is to return to God, Allah Swt. and focuses on how to be a better Muslim

Abstract

Reduced community activity and mobility due to the policy for handling the Covid-19 pandemic, has hampered the pace of MSME business activities in the city of Parepare. This has had an impact on a drastic decrease in the income turnover of these MSME business actors. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of producing some findings on the MSME turnover recovery strategy in the city of Parepare by using data sources obtained from informants from MSME actors and the Parepare city government, in this case the Parepare City Trade Office, as well as analyzing several scientific literature studies that discuss same problem. The results of this study indicate that there has been a decrease in MSME turnover in the city of Parepare by 73.50%, therefore a turnover recovery strategy is needed that can be implemented immediately, including through employment strategies, production strategies, financial strategies, and marketing strategies. This is an alternative strategy that can be applied to MSME players in the city of Parepare in recovering turnover after the Covid-19 pandemic has passed.

Abstract

Samarinda's woven sarongs, which are rich in various patterns or motifs, make the cloth attract the attention of many tourists, from local to foreign tourists who visit the city of Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Coupled with the launch of the Samarinda Weaving Village by the chairman of Dekranas and the Governor of East Kalimantan, visitor traffic increased. This is because, from this woven culture, there are many lessons that can be drawn, starting from its cultural values to how this woven sarong will accommodate a large number of workers who can improve the welfare of the city. This study uses a qualitative research method, in which the source will be obtained through the field media, namely going directly to the place to conduct interviews with several women who empower Samarinda woven sarongs. The place where the research will be carried out is Samarinda Weaving Village, which is located on Jalan Pangeran Bendahara, Samarinda Seberang sub-district. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling in the form of 4 (person) respondents from Samarinda sarong weavers who live in the Weaving Village, Samarinda City. Apart from that, documentation studies will also be used on published reports from previous studies. From the entire process, research results were found in two perspectives, namely the local wisdom value of the Samarinda woven sarong and the creative economic potential of the Samarinda woven sarong economy. The value of local wisdom lies in the selling value of Samarinda's woven fabric which will increase/increase when socio-cultural functions are optimized. While the potential for the creative economy, this can advance the economy among women in order to get additional income. This is because the potential for this woven sarong is not only used as a sarong, but can be processed into a variety of other items ranging from suits, bags, or can be used as souvenirs at various Samarinda events. And from this it can also improve the economy of the Samarinda city.

Abstract

This research aimed to validate te effect of islamic branding, islamic advertising and product quality on purchasing decisions. The approach in this research used quantitative and data collection methods by distributing questionnaries and supporting data collected trough documentation techniques. Respondents from this study were 50 business consumers of muslim fashin helmi convection. This research was an analytical technique using validity test, reability test, normality test, multicoleniarity test, heteroscedasticity test, F-test, T-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicated that the test material data can be said to be valid and can be proven by testing the validity. The conclusion from the calculation of the data shows an insignificant positive value between the Islamic branding variable (x1) on the purchasing decision variable (y) but there is a significant positive between the Islamic advertising variable (x2) and product quality (x3) on the purchasing decision variable (y). this is proven by multiple linear regression test and T test. The results obtained show Islamic advertising and product quality can be used as a strategy to form and maintain purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract, The industrial era 4.0 has changed to the era of society 5.0. It requires all aspects of life to change with the era of its time. Whether you want it or not, Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in Indonesia must also adjust to the growing era. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of islamic-kaizen and the extent of the implications of islamic-kaizen in Islamic Financial Institutions in order to achieve maqashid al-syairah in order to answer the challenges of changing times. Kaizen is often referred to and used in the manufacturing industry but is rarely referred to and used in Islamic Financial Institutions. Kaizen derived from Japanese culture is analyzed and applied in Financial Institutions used for improvement in a better direction according to islamic sharia. Using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques are carried out in a combined or triangulation manner and then the results are expected to emphasize meaning more than generalization. The data collected using library research with the main data taken from the Indonesian Sharia Banking Financial Statements (LKPSI) from 2018 to 2021 from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and supported by secondary data from books, journals and the internet, problems related to Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) were found. With the concept of islamic-kaizen the problem is analyzed its implications in Islamic Financial Institutions. From this research, it is concluded that Islamic-kaizen will affect Islamic Financial Institutions if carried out continuously and become a culture based on the main objectives of Shari'a (maqashid al-syariah) so that prosperity can be achieved.

Abstract

The model for empowering the Ponorogo district government in empowering the local community's economy through the krampyeng market is viewed from an Islamic economic perspective. This activity at the Krempyeng market is a form of economic empowerment model for local communities in order to prosper, improve and revive the economy of the Ponorogo area, especially in rural areas or sub-districts. The enthusiasm of the Ponorogo district government regarding the krampyeng market is that the Chairperson of the Empowerment and Family Welfare Mobilization Team (TP PKK) has the role of facilitator, planner, implementer, controller and activator at each level for the implementation of the PKK program. In leading an area, as a leader Ponorogo Regency when viewed from an Islamic economic perspective is in accordance with conceptual leadership such as the basis of monotheism, leader responsibility, justice, equality among fellow Muslims, deliberation. Abstract

Sale and purchase is an agreement to exchange goods/services that have value, between 2 parties with agreements/conditions justified by syara'. Shari'a means that buying and selling is tried in accordance with the terms, pillars and other matters related to buying and selling. Humans as social beings who live together need one another, hikmah from buying and selling can help humans for this qualitative survival. This study uses a literature research study through novels, diaries and other literature to form a theoretical basis. To examine written sources such as scientific diaries, literature reference novels, encyclopedias, scientific essays, scientific papers and other sources both in writing and in digital formats that are relevant to the object being researched either in the form of text or writing as well as to describe the online shop. Buying and selling in essence is not only consumptive in nature and only has material factors to gain profit in this world, but also essential benefits in the hereafter, of course by paying close attention to the principles of buying and selling which are permissible according to syar'i. At present, business models are emerging using modern technological sophistication. With the development of electronics, it influences aspects of human life, especially in online buying and selling transactions, namely the internet. Technological growth makes it easier for someone to access the internet. This convenience is utilized in fulfilling all daily needs as well as buying and selling transactions of goods or services via the internet/online. Online transactions are the same as offline, which distinguishes the place for transactions in cyberspace, even though they are in different regions. Buying and selling online is permissible if it matches the requirements of Islam. As long as no one is harmed and agrees, buying and selling online is allowed.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out to which the implementation of the utilization of productive zakat based on justice in increasing the welfare of mustahiq, this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Data collection used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of productive zakat is carried out in the form of providing business capital to micro and small business actors in three programs, namely business skills training, micro-enterprise development in the archipelago, and independent mother entrepreneurs. Utilization of productive zakat in the context of justice, Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat has applied the principles of justice in the process of utilizing zakat to mustahik, where the principle of justice in Islam is justice in a proportional form, namely by distributing zakat funds based on the level of need for mustahik on a priority scale, there are also the term justice in the form of equal rights and obligations in the sense of not discriminating between one mustahik and another mustahik, so that mustahik who have felt the benefits of zakat funds directed to productive activities can improve welfare and help meet the needs of their families in the future

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and company size on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. This research is a quantitative research with a causal approach. Purposive sampling method as many as 13 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Multiple linear regression analysis for the hypothesis of profitability, leverage and firm size on disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. And analysis of regression moderation with the absolute difference value approach for the hypothesis of profitability, leverage and company size on disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting which is moderated by the sharia supervisory board. The results of the study with multiple linear regression analysis show that profitability, leverage and firm size have a positive effect on disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. Analysis of the moderating variable with the absolute difference value approach shows that the sharia supervisory board is able to strengthen the influence of profitability, leverage and company size on disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting.
