Islamic business ethics teach people to have a good behavior and to avoid the bad ones. It is based on Islamic values. Islam has a role about the weights of goods. It has been written in Al-Qur’an and hadits. Islam suggests people do business in a right way; because Islam deals with productivity in trade. Abstract

The aim of this research are to know objective condition of curriculum at Muamalah Courses now (that still be used now) and to know development of curriculum based on stakeholders needs. Analysis model that be done is interactive analysis, with four components: data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification doing by simultaneously. The result is both in term of design, implementation and evaluation still need reviewed and assessed comprehensive and completely based on stakeholders needs.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this study is to knowing the concept of sharia tourism services and facilities at Biru Kersik Coast in Marangkayu through reviewing the DSN-MUI Fatwa number 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016, and how its development accompanied by supporting and inhibiting factors.Design/Method/Approach: This study uses a descriptive analytical approach, to reveal a problem and the situation as it is at Biru Kersik Coast. It intensively implemented a qualitative approach to obtain information. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The selected informants who are directly related to the Biru Kersik Coast Tourist.Findings: The concept of Biru Kersik Coast tourism services and facilities in Marangkayu are worthy as a tourist destination because of the accessibility and facilities provided. A sharia review of the Biru Kersik Coast tourist attraction in Marangkayu shows that the Coast has not yet fully adopted tourism services and facilities according to sharia principles because there are several aspects that have not been fulfilled such as not being separated between male and female visitors. Meanwhile, aspects that are in accordance with sharia principles are the presence of facilities and infrastructure for worship, bathrooms and places for ablution, halal food and drinks, and does not provide access to pornography and immoral acts as well as entertainment that leads to polytheism and immorality.Originality/Values: The main contribution in this study is to determine the suitability between the tourist destinations of Samarinda Biru Kersik Coast with the DSN-MUI, so as to create a tourism environment that is in accordance with sharia. Therefore, the atmosphere in tourism will provide a safe environment, without fear of things that are forbidden by the sharia.

Abstract

Waqf is one of the sources of Nation's income that can empower the sharia economy. The Implementation of waqf cannot be separated from the supervision of the Indonesian Waqf Board. Indonesian Waqf Board supervises at the provincial level as an independent institution tasked with empowering productive waqf. In this study, the supervisory process carried out by the Indonesian Waqf Board in South Kalimantan applies the empowerment of productive waqf by the Indonesian Waqf Board of South Kalimantan to the development of the sharia economy. This study aimed to determine how to implement the empowerment model applied by the Indonesian Waqf Board to the sharia economy. This research is a descriptive study with a sociological and normative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation with the determination of informants through purposive snowball sampling. The results showed that from these results the implementation of (1) the waqf model for building construction in building facilities and infrastructure, and (2) the waqf model for business development covering agriculture, animal husbandry, and business units. The two models are then linked to management, including investment management and productive waqf distribution management. The management of the Indonesian Waqf Board in South Kalimantan implements the empowerment of Human Resources with the supervision of nazhir based on waqf law, sharia economic system, and waqf administration or entrepreneurship. The managerial process is inseparable from the leadership factor. Through direct supervision by South Kalimantan BWI staff and the Ministry of Religion, control is carried out to oversee productive waqf assets.

Abstract

Persoalan kewarisan selalu menarik untuk dipelajari dan dikaji, khususnya kewarisan yang ada di Indonesia. Hal ini terjadi karena masyarakat Indonesia sangat dinamis dalam masalah kewarisan, di samping banyaknya pilihan yang ada dan berkembang di masyarakat. Paling tidak ada tiga (3) pilihan ketika ingin membagi harta warisan; (1) berdasarkan hukum Islam, (2) berdasarkan hukum adat, (3) berdasarkan KUH Perdata. Karena masyarakat sangat banyak, peneliti hanya memilih ulama yang juga merupakan bagian dari masyakat untuk dijadikan obyek dalam penelitian ini. Dipilihnya ulama dalam penelitian ini, karena di satu sisi mereka mengetahui tentang hukum kewarisan berdasarkan hukum Islam, tetapi di sisi lain mereka juga hidup dalam masyarakat yg sangat plural. Apakah keilmuan mereka tentang hukum kewarisan Islam dapat mewarnai tentang tata cara pembagian harta warisan dalam keluarga mereka ataupun ketika mereka diminta masyarakat untuk menyelesaikan persoalan kewarisan ? ataukah justru para ulama tersebut mengambil jalan damai, asalkan keluarga tetap utuh dan kemaslahatan keluarga tetap rukun. Dari 15 ulama yang diwancarai, dapat ditipologikan kepada tiga cara pembagian waris di kalangan ulama di Samarinda, yaitu berdasarkan hibah, faraid, dan musyawarah keluarga.

Abstract

Samarinda's woven sarongs, which are rich in various patterns or motifs, make the cloth attract the attention of many tourists, from local to foreign tourists who visit the city of Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Coupled with the launch of the Samarinda Weaving Village by the chairman of Dekranas and the Governor of East Kalimantan, visitor traffic increased. This is because, from this woven culture, there are many lessons that can be drawn, starting from its cultural values to how this woven sarong will accommodate a large number of workers who can improve the welfare of the city. This study uses a qualitative research method, in which the source will be obtained through the field media, namely going directly to the place to conduct interviews with several women who empower Samarinda woven sarongs. The place where the research will be carried out is Samarinda Weaving Village, which is located on Jalan Pangeran Bendahara, Samarinda Seberang sub-district. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling in the form of 4 (person) respondents from Samarinda sarong weavers who live in the Weaving Village, Samarinda City. Apart from that, documentation studies will also be used on published reports from previous studies. From the entire process, research results were found in two perspectives, namely the local wisdom value of the Samarinda woven sarong and the creative economic potential of the Samarinda woven sarong economy. The value of local wisdom lies in the selling value of Samarinda's woven fabric which will increase/increase when socio-cultural functions are optimized. While the potential for the creative economy, this can advance the economy among women in order to get additional income. This is because the potential for this woven sarong is not only used as a sarong, but can be processed into a variety of other items ranging from suits, bags, or can be used as souvenirs at various Samarinda events. And from this it can also improve the economy of the Samarinda city.

Abstract

Saat ini, Zakat menjadi salah satu instrumen yang dapat digunakan untuk pemerataan pendapatan. Hal tersebut dapat diwujudkan dengan meningkatkan jumlah penerimaan zakat dilembaga dengan terus melakukan upaya penggalian dana zakat. Di Indonesia terdapat lembaga semi dan non pemerintah yang memiliki wewenang untuk melakukan pengumpulan,  pengolahan dan pendistribusian zakat, Salah Satunya LAZ DPU Kalimantan timur. Dalam rangka untuk mengambil hati para donatur atau muzakki, LAZ DPU Kalimantan Timur haruslah dikenal oleh masyarakat. Salah satu cara yang digunakan perusahaan untuk memperkenalkan mereknya dan mengukur keberadaan merek di pasar dapat diketahui dengan ekuitas merek. Ekuitas merek tidak terlepas dari beberapa dimensi yaitu brand awareness dan perceived quality. Pengaruh brand awareness dan perceived quality sangat penting karena dengan adanya brand awareness masyarakat akan dapat mengenal dan mengingat kembali LAZ DPU Kalimantan Timur dan dengan adanya persepsi kualitas terhadap keseluruhan suatu produk atau jasa dapat menentukan nilai dari produk atau jasa tersebut dan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keputusan membayar zakat mereka terhadap LAZ DPU Kalimantan Timur jika mereka ingin berzakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness dan perceived quality terhadap keputusan muzakki membayar zakat baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah muzakki di LAZ DPU Kalimantan Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 94 dari 1748 populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala Likert, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel brand awareness dan variabel perceived quality  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan muzakki membayar zakat di lembaga amil zakat dana peduli ummat Kalimantan Timur baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the implementation of child support payments post-divorce in Kutai Timur Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The research method used is a field study with a normative-empirical approach. Primary data sources were gathered through interviews with the Chief of the Religious Court in Sangatta, judges, child support claimants, and other relevant parties. The results of this research indicate that child support payments after the dissolution of marriage in the jurisdiction of the Religious Court in Sangatta are still not functioning properly. This is due to the economic incapacity of the fathers and negligence on the part of fathers in providing post-divorce child support.
