Abstract

The approach is the statute approach, which is to examine the legal rules that apply in Indonesia, relating to the non-enforceability of court decisions in civil cases that already have permanent legal force (Inkracht). Data were collected through primary legal materials which include several laws that refer to civil law and secondary legal materials by digging up information related to the content of the research being studied, and using several books, journals, and previous research. Execution of a decision or what is known as execution is a forced action taken by the Court to a party who has lost to implement a decision that has permanent legal force, this becomes a series of decisions that are included in the end of a civil case process concerning the rights and obligations of a person both in a matter or dispute. From this study it can be concluded that the scope of execution of civil cases in its implementation is divided into two, namely real executions and executions with the payment of a sum of money. However, in carrying out the execution, several legal reasons were found that became obstacles so that the execution could not be carried out, including: the absence of executable assets, the declaratory decision, the object of the execution was in the hands of a third party, the land to be executed was not clearly defined. , changes in the status of land to be owned by the state, and the object of execution is abroad.

Abstract

The Industrial Land Use Agreement between PT SIER and the Tenants has been going on since the 1980s. According to PP No. 40 of 1996, the tenants have a Building Use Right over the Management Right for 30 years and can be extended for another 20 years. This study aims to determine whether the agreement is in accordance with the legal terms of the agreement because there are new provisions to extend its rights. This type of research is normative, the object of which lies in the principles applied in the contract and theoretical aspects of land law as well as normative studies related to the use of land on management rights. The results of the research from this agreement when viewed from Article 1320 of the Civil Code have actually been legally fulfilled as long as there is no element of coercion from the Tenant who pays the income. As well as the existence of a strong legal basis from PT SIER to make new provisions regarding income money to extend the Right to Build

Abstract

The research method used in this paper is a sociological juridical method, which means a research on legal materials that serves to see the law in a real sense and examines how the law works in the community. It can also be said that legal research is taken from the factors that exist in a community, legal entity or government. The results of this study are according to existing rules, the actual speed limit of vehicles is on the toll road 60km/hour and a maximum of 100km/hour, but the reality is that in the field there are still many road users who violate these rules. reports from members who are at their respective reconnaissance places using a tool called a speed gun to determine the speed of passing vehicles, the ticket itself is carried out at the toll exit. As for the obstacles themselves for the PJR Jatim 2 unit so far there have been none because everything went smoothly, while the obstacle was during the rainy season, namely the rain that made it difficult for members to measure the speed of passing vehicles because in the field clearly needed views and good weather to measure vehicle speed.

Abstract

If astronomers want to know if there is life on another planet, they first begin to determine if there is water on that planet. Because in order for life to exist, water must first exist. Science has already proved that life on Earth first appeared in water and passed from it to land - air and soil. Water, with its solubility, sustains the life of all living organisms in nature. Academician AP Karpinsky, the father of Russian geology, wrote, "Water is the most precious resource, and it is impossible to live without it.
