Abstract

The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the CSR Program for Community Social Welfare can be said to be in accordance with the conditions in the field. The target group is one of the foundations caring for children with special needs and the foundation for fostering disabled children in Surabaya. And the supporting factors of this application are the community and the agency, while the inhibiting factor of this application is the frequent shortage of crew when implementing CSR programs. company power. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the implementation of CSR programs for the welfare of the target group. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation and literature review. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling. The informants in this research are Tax & CSR Division, Assistant Manager of Public Relations, Peduli Kasih Foundation for Children with Special Needs, YPAC. The analysis technique of this research is qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the CSR Program for Community Social Welfare can be said to be in accordance with the conditions in the field. Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a government employee who has a very important role in the implementation of local and regional development. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in charge of the Sidoarjo Regency Transportation Service carries out services and maintains an excellent work ethic, as well as the totality of performance so as to provide benefits to the community. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the quality of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Transportation Service of Sidoarjo Regency. This study focuses on a performance theory proposed by Mitchell with performance indicators, namely the quality of work. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data obtained and collected using observation, documentation, interviews and using books, journals and policy documents as sources. The results of this study are the quality of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Transportation Service of Sidoarjo Regency which has shown good work results in accordance with the rules and tasks given. The existence of providing welfare for the apparatus in the form of rewards for employees whose performance has a positive impact on work motivation. The level of awareness of responsibility in carrying out the duties of each State Civil Apparatus is already high, either with direct or indirect supervision by the leadership.

Abstract

Work discipline is highly emphasized to civil servants for the success of an organization or government agency, which is more broadly a common goal that has been designed together. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the level of performance and factors that affect the performance of employees at the Department of Environment and Hygiene, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study focuses on one performance indicator, namely discipline. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews with sampling technique. The data analysis technique is by collecting data, presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that employees at the Environmental and Hygiene Service of Sidoarjo Regency still have employees who are late and neglect finger print attendance. In addition, there is a lack of motivation from leaders to their subordinates not to be late.

Abstract

The direct population administration service innovation (Pak Ladi) is an innovation from the Pasuruan Regency Dispendukcapil. This study aims to analyze communication in population administration service innovation. In addition, this study aims to determine the obstacles that occur in communication in direct population administration services (Pak Ladi) in Pasuruan Regency. This research uses structural innovation theory. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with the technique of determining the informants taken by the author in this study, namely the service implementers (Department of Population and Civil Registration) Pasuruan Regency and the community as recipients of population administration services. The results of this study indicate that Communication on Direct Population Administration Services (Pak Ladi) in Pasuruan Regency is still not optimal. This is due to obstacles such as the lack of socialization from the government to the community and the lack of coordination between agencies. Based on the results of data analysis techniques, namely data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclutions).

Abstract

Based on instructions from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN RB) it has implemented a policy that since 2014 is the year of public service innovation. With the increasing demands given by the community regarding excellent public services, innovation is needed to support these demands. Its tangible form, with the launch of the PAS MANTAP application as an application based on public complaint services. The purpose of this study is to determine, describe and analyze the relative advantages of complaint services through the MANTAP PAS application. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results in this study are relative advantages shown by the speed of response to each incoming report. Based on the authors' findings regarding the relative advantage that in terms of time, it can cut more time (time efficiency) and in one door that is passed on each report.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of growth opportunity, capital structure, dividend policy on firm value. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were 6 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis uses Eviews 9 analysis with the aim of testing growth opportunity (X1), capital structure (X2) and dividend policy (X3) on firm value (Y). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between growth opportunity, capital structure, dividend policy on firm value. Likewise, the variables of growth opportunity, capital structure, dividend policy have a simultaneous effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of management policies and control controls in reducing traffic accidents in the Tulangan area of ​​Sidoarjo Regency. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In the data analysis technique using data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the safety standard in traffic management and engineering policies, namely the Bureaucratic Structure in organizational planning, has been well controlled. Resources in preparing policy formulation materials are divided into two parts, namely the Management Section and the Traffic Engineering Section with several personnel who have the competence to implement a policy plan for regulating the use of road networks and traffic movements. Disposition in the policy forms the attitude of the implementer, namely providing program support and commitment in carrying out traffic management and engineering policies. Communication is carried out by coordinating between implementers in traffic safety standards by carrying out safety for schools and the community. . So that there are several influencing factors in traffic management and engineering policies, such as several complaints from the public because the service has not been fully satisfactory, so a survey is needed by looking at traffic conditions and the need for improvement.

Abstract

The Gresik Environmental Service's partnership with NGOs ECOTON and ASBAG which focuses on waste management in environmental management. This study aims to determine the partnership between the Government, NGOs, PKK, the community in waste management and the obstacles. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling and data collection techniques, namely through the methods of observation, interviews and document analysis. This research focuses on equity, transparency, mutual benefit. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model in Sugiyono (2014: 246), namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions.

Abstract

The role of the village government in this case is influential in increasing public awareness about waste management in Lalak Village with the village government program, namely sorting waste independently which aims to increase public awareness about the importance of waste management due to the lack of role of the village government in increasing public awareness through management rubbish. The purpose of this study was to determine and understand the role of the village government which has an impact on public awareness in waste management in Lajuk Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study focuses on the role of the village government, namely the role of the village government as a pioneer. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out by observation, documentation, interviews with informants and using sources from books and journals.

Abstract

Modern retail is a business channel selling consumer goods directly and indirectly with the fastest growth for consumer goods companies in Indonesia. With the rapid growth of the modern retail business in the Sidoarjo area, it is enough to cover the existence of traditional retail in the vicinity. After the enactment of the Sidoarjo Regency Regulation Number 10 of 2019 concerning Supermarket Arrangement in Sidoarjo Regency, can the regulation provide protection and maintain the consistency of the existence of traditional retail amidst the proliferation of modern retail. The research uses normative research based on the legal approach. With the changes in the Regional Regulation of Sidoarjo Regency Number 10 of 2019 concerning Arrangement of Supermarkets in Sidoarjo Regency from the previous regulation, Regent's Regulation Number 36 of 2016 concerning Arrangement of existing Minimarkets and the changes made.
