Without orderly recording, there will be a lot offorgetfulness, bothprograms, therapy and outcomeof therapy. Abstract

Livestock is one of the aspects that play a role in increasing state revenues. One of the animals are very much in breeding cows are animals. Because the cow has the benefit that pretty much started from the skin, meat and milk. In maintaining the cattle, the disease is one of the risks that must be faced. Just as a cow is suffering from certain diseases that can damage the quality of cow milk production. There is also a disease that can lead to miscarriage and even death in cattle, especially infectious disease. Cow disease was not a little, there is caused by bacteria, parasites and fungi. Of course this can not be allowed because it can be very detrimental to cattle owners. For it is necessary to act quickly and appropriately to the sick cow. Solutions to overcome the above problems is to use an expert system application in determining the type of the disease in cattle. By using the expert system application we can know the type of the disease quickly through existing symptoms in cattle and provide appropriate measures to mitigate them. Abstract

The expansion of marketing areas is the mission that needs to be done by all companies, including by PT. DAPI (DuPont Products Agriculturan Indonesia). One cause of the difficulty of PT DAPI to expand the marketing area is the lack of information on potential land in Indonesia. Not to mention the vast area of Indonesia with a few islands and some areas are still a wilderness that is difficult to reach. DuPont currently do not have a system that can analyze potentially useful area to be a reference to conduct target marketing area expansion. Potential area is the area of the earth's surface that has the potential to grow something crops. The condition can be a potential area of forest and fallow areas by plants. Image Processing is the process of processing data in the form of images, where the process will process map which is also an image. Image processing method used to determine potential areas for planting a crop with the selection of a particular color on the surface of the earth. The results of the surface of the earth will diggabungan with the results of analysis of the potential growth of plants by altitude. According to climate Junghuhn associated with plants that grow and produce in accordance with the temperature optimum habitat. Conclusions drawn from the manufacture of this system is Geographic Information Systems Land Potential Determination Using Image Processing has been successfully designed, is built and implemented so as to produce the analysis of potential areas located in Indonesia by applying image processing to analyze the height map and map the Earth's surface. Results of analysis of Geographic Information Systems can also be used by other GIS applications for Geographic Information System is dead save into a format commonly used by GIS applications. Results of analysis of Geographic Information Systems can be used as a reference PT DAPI to help determine the areas of marketing expansion.

Abstract PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Nganjuk branch is one branch of PT. Federal Internatuonal Finance, Inc. is engaged in the retail motorcycle financing business and electronic equipment. In the process of financing, one of which relates directly to the customer is marketing. At the time of serving the customer in the field, the problems often faced by marketing that marketing can not check the status of customer data such as pengeekan member and previous arrears, do add a new customer, to process the transaction (in this case the application process until the approval of financing), displays information about the data traffic to the dealer / store, the number of incentives, and the target number of transactions received, that all these can not be done directly in the field saaat. In addition, another problem encountered is the monitoring process will be marketing a visit to the dealer / shop and monitoring achievement of the targets of marketing can not be properly monitored by the admin .Based on all the exposure of the above problems, it takes an application that can perform customer data management, including customer data-checking process, and can add new customer transaction process, and can display information on the number of transactions, the number of targets and the amount received by marketing incentives, which can be processed directly when marketing is the field, as well as can be. make the process of monitoring the performance of marketing is done by the admin. Since the majority of marketing is the mobile phone users, the author tries to build an application "Customer Data Management and Monitoring Performance-based mobile marketing" to answer the above requirements. As a result of the implementation of the Customer Data Management applications and mobile-based Marketing Performance Monitoring has been done, marketing can make the process of checking customers' data, add new customer, and transaction processing to financial filings with the approval of retail financing directly through mobile devices are carried in this case is mobile. In addition, the admin can monitor traffic and monitor the achievement of the target marketing marketing by using applications that are in the office. Abstract

Installation Management Information Systems unit in Haji General Hospital (RSU Haji Surabaya) to handling of the processes that one of them is the installation of outpatient information system. This system handles a public patient and cooperation with third parties. Activity in the process include patient registration processes, patient service action, use of health / medicine, history of patient examination, details of the cost of patient care. In managing the process, use some application modules that implement the concept of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), where the implementation of the application is primarily an outpatient installations have not been audited to ensure IT alignment with business goals. To measure how far the alignment between business processes, applications, and the company's business strategy is necessary to do an audit information system with standard CobiT 4.1. Because the calculation of COBIT there that can represent the maturity level of a company. While service quality has a great influence for the installation of outpatient care, the audit focused on the customer perspective of the Balanced Scorecard. The result of this audit stated that the installation process maturity level is at its outpatient-defining process which signifies that the organization has a formal and written standard procedure, but there was no supervision to perform the procedure, allowing the occurrence of many irregularities .. The development of computer network technology is currently growing exponentially along with the increasing users who make use of the computer network. In a computer network is addressing systems named IP address.Public IP address in use today is IPv4; The user who added the more led to exhaustion of IPv4 addresses are available on the internet. To overcome these problems developed types of IPv6. IPv4 can not directly linked with the IPv6 tunneling system is required to integrate both the IPS in a network of computers.In this final project will design a system of tunneling in a network of computers that use IPv6 as a server and client in which IPv6 data packet takes through the network IPv4 which is still existing and there occurs the process of Christianization engkapsulasian IP address, either peng-enkapsulasian IPv6 in IPv4 packet or vice versa.When using file-sharing whereby and the webserver by doing a test upload and download by the client. Abstract

Infectious diseases are diseases that are harmful to infants because it can spread rapidly. Delay in treatment of diseases can cause more severe disease and difficult to cure. Cost to consult the experts are not cheap. Therefore parents need a system that has the ability as an expert for diagnosis of disease. Expert system diagnosis of infectious diseases in infants was built for the diagnosis of tropical diseases attributable to virus infection, fungus and bacteria. With this system parents can get answers to infectious diseases suffered by their toddlers. The system provides information on diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The system uses a forward chaining method. This method of tracking each patient's symptoms, mencokkannya with existing rules, and produces a diagnosis based on the knowledge base. The test result with expert knowledge system diagnosis indicates that the system is capable of detecting the disease and provide treatment based on symptoms that have been experienced by users.
