Abstract

Weight-bearing exercise (fitness) has now become one of the urban lifestyle in the world, especially in Indonesia. The slogan "Healthy Life Begins with" being promoted by the Government appears to have been understood by the people of Indonesia. But not everyone can make fitness a healthy lifestyle due to the limitations of science and knowledge about the world of fitness itself. This has been anticipated by the provider of fitness gym, in this study conducted at the Atlas Sports Club Surabaya, namely by providing the Personal Trainer (PT), that is, those who assist customers in running fitness is good and right. But to be able to use the services provided by Personal Trainer where providers will cost more expensive than the cost to become a member (member). Based on the description, then be made based visualization applications mobile fitness guide that can help the member fitness Atlas Sportss Club Surabaya who do not use the services of Personal Trainer. This application guide contains a fitness movement that displayed visually through text and pictures and videos, nutritional guidance, control and alarm schedule a private workout scheduled gym classes at Atlas Sports Surabaya during the next month, and can provide information about the world of fitness the form of articles and tips that can be accessed easily and can be renewed. With this application the mobile phone can now be used as a medium of interaction, especially the visual guidance of mobile-based fitness guide. Abstract

Management becomes indispensable in this era. Project management was one of that. In the knowledge area, project management can be divided into cost and time management. The goals of cost and time management are to produce a calculation of an effective estimated cost and efficient time management. This system was built to produce an effective cost estimate calculation based on Cost of Quality method and good time management based on Critical Path method. After the implementation and evaluation, the system has success to created project cost estimate and time management based on Cost of Quality and the Critical Path method. Abstract

Surabaya Zoo is one of the garden cultivation and propagation of flora and fauna which is located in the center of Surabaya. Surabaya Zoo commonly abbreviated KBS has many types of flora and fauna in it, so the KBS to be one of Surabaya citizens in tourist visits during the holiday weekend. The zoo is located at No. Setail road. 1 Surabaya is one of the famous zoos in Indonesia. Different types of animals and plants bred and cultivated in the zoo, so that people can watch with a very complete collection of wildlife and plants that exist. Many also a collection of rare animals are also available on Surabaya zoo's beloved residents, Given the extent and the large number of collections of animals at Surabaya Zoo needed a tour guide based android application to become a personal tour guide for visitors to these attractions. Application Tour Guide Surabaya Zoo has several facilities including digital maps and routes to help visitors to enjoy the visit and also contains information about the animal and public facilities are available in the area of ??Surabaya Zoo.
