Abstract

Auto 2000 is a network of sales, repair, parts providers of Toyota, and maintenance that management is fully handled by a company. Astra Internasional Tbk. Auto 2000 is currently the largest automotive company in Indonesia which controls approximately 42% of Toyota's total sales. Auto 2000 there is a workshop that will serve or meet customer complaints contained in cars under the Toyota brand. Currently what happens in Auto 2000 Kenjeran, especially in the workshop service advisor (SA) is still looking for solutions or actions in case of problems with the car. At the time of checking by frequent customer waiting times become long, it creates a queue of cars to check for damage to the car. The misdiagnosis of damage by SA will be returned by the SA to recheck the damage done to the customer's car. By using the rule-based system method this method will work well when the problem starts from collecting / uniting information and then looking for what conclusions can be drawn from the information is able to analyze the kind of damage that occurs in the car engine. Questionnaire results from each position as follows, the head of the workshop gets a result of 100% with a percentage of the value is very appropriate, PTM gets a result of 100% with a percentage of very suitable value, FO gets a result of 96.66% with a percentage of very suitable value, SA gets a result of 99.16% with a percentage of very suitable value. The result of the alignment of positions is 99.10% which in the percentage of the value of the figure is included in the category is very appropriate.

Abstract

Tulungagung is one of regencies in East Java which has many various tourism object, from natural, historical, culinary, artificial, and shopping. Hence, the tourist should more selective in choosing tourism objects that suit their wants and needs. This tourism object selection is very important for travel convenience, so it does note cause problems for the tourist. In order to solve this problem, a Decision Support System for selecting a tourism object in Tulungagung was built. There are 5 criteria used: cost, distance, cleanliness, type of tourism, and facilities. In this research, the method that used is Profile Matching and this system was built on a web basis. The result of this research is that Decision Support System for choosing a tourism objects in Tulungagung can make tourist more easier for choosing tourism objects that suit their wants and needs. Keyword: Decision Support System, Tourism Object, Profile Matching

Abstract

Academic business processes consisting of Registration, Class Distribution, Teaching and Learning Activities, and Assessment.The obstacle handled by the school is the academic process which still uses a manual system which causes the decision-making process to be hampered.The solution given is to create an information system that can facilitate teacher performance in making decisions related to the preparation of teaching and learning activities.Software development starts from the specification of user requirements and continues through the stages of planning, modeling, construction (construction), and submission of the software system to users (deployment) which ends with assistance through the resulting software. This information system is designed and built according to the needs of TK Negeri Pembina II Mojokerto, namely the academic administration process for data management and also facilitates related processes related to the academic process.

Abstract

PT Syahid Husada Dewata is a company engaged in the marketing and maintenance of laboratory equipment located in Bali. If employees whose performance falls below the performance standard, it can hamper transactions. Currently assessment uses Essay method, carried out by one assessor, performance appraisal if done with one perspective can lead to subjectiveity. Current assessment are still in descriptive making it difficult to rank the employees. The solution implemented to overcome these problems is to create an Employee Performance Appraisal System with the 360 Degree Feedback. The application of the 360 Degree Feedback Method used to increase the point of view of appraisal. In order to make it easier rank employees, it’s necessary to convert a descriptive assessment into a scale. Graphic Rating Scale method is used so that the final results of the assessment can be immediately determined for the best ranking of employees. The results obtained from this study are in the form of a performance appraisal system that can be used to take assessments from parties around the assessed employee. The resulting performance appraisal report can be directly used to rank employees. The resulting system also meets the testing phase and meets the design needs of users.

Abstract

PT Inmaksindo Infiniti Graha is a real estate company in Surabaya and has a website, namely https://www.inmaxproperty.com. The website is used for the process of buying and renting property, users of the INMAX Property website are people who are looking for property to buy or rent. The problem is when users who want to buy property access the website there are several problems, such as inadequate information, there is a lack of filters in the search feature, no login and register features, and no agent scheduling and indent property features. From these problems, evaluation is carried out using the Heuristic Evaluation method consisting of 10 principles, namely Visibility of system status, Match between system and the real world, User control and freedom, Consistency and standards, Error prevention, Recognition rather than recall, Flexibility and efficiency of use, Aesthetic and minimalist design, help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors, Help and documentation. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that there were improvements in the indicators of Consistency and Standards, Flexibility and Efficiency of Use, and Help and Documentation. Therefore, a redesign was carried out with the Double Diamond model with the steps Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver. Based on the results of the redesign that have been evaluated, it is found that the display indicator of the KPR simulation on the principle of Consistency and Standards which was previously 1.90 (respondents disagreed) after the redesign increased to 2.73 (respondents agreed). Meanwhile, the Email Agent button is available to discuss the property on the principle of Flexibility and Efficiency of Use before redesigning the mean is 2.43 (respondents disagree) after redesign it increases to a mean of 3.03 (respondents agree). Whereas in the indicator there is a contact us feature to make it easier for users who want to ask about the desired property in the Help and Documentation principle before redesigning the mean 2.47 (respondents disagree) after redesign it increases to mean 3.30 (respondents agree). For other principles, there is no need for improvement because the respondent agrees with the existing design.

Abstract

The Career and Alumni Service Center (PLKA) is a career development center that aims to become a liaison between companies and job seekers, especially those from Undika. PLKA has several work programs to connect companies with job seekers. But at this time, a problem was found, namely the absence of a supporting application that could monitor alumni looking for work or jobseekers (alumni). Based on these problems, in this research, a dashboard system application was made to make it easier for PLKA to monitor jobseekers (alumni). In building a dashboard system application for PLKA using the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The result of this research is that this application can help PLKA find out information related to monitoring the number of alumni applying for job vacancies, the number of applicants based on activities, the number of job vacancies, and the number of graduate competency promotion activities in real-time and can determine the value of the KPI indicator used as a comparison target with actual achievements. In this way, this application can be used as a basis for decision making in higher education management for determining higher education strategies related to career development.Keywords: PLKA, Dashboard System, Monitoring Jobseeker, Alumni

Abstract

Dinamika University library has an online catalog to search for books. to determine the category / class referring to the ddc23 book takes approximately 3 to 10 minutes. the problem that exists is that the library manager has difficulty determining the appropriate category because the determination of the category is not fast enough. the purpose of this research is to produce a book category classification system with the naïve bayes classifier algorithm (case study: undika library) to determine classification quickly and improve the suitability of book categories. naïve bayes classifier is a method used for classification in which the process is divided into two stages, namely the learning stage and the testing phase. classification uses class 000 of ddc23, where the data is divided into 311 training data and 78 testing data and the results of the accuracy test are 73% which shows the naïve bayes classifier algorithm can be used as an algorithm for classifying book categories because of its high accuracy. the level of testing accuracy is influenced by the large amount of training data and the category dictionary used. Classification of categories is done in a faster time with the system only takes 24 seconds 39 milliseconds.

Abstract

SMK Ketintang is one of the vocational high schools in Surabaya. SMK Ketintang Library to support the process of teaching and learning activities for students, namely the library. The existence of a library is helpful to add or increase knowledge for students. Nowadays there are problems in libraries, namely when collecting book data, borrowing and returning books, librarians still use papers. In addition, when members decide what books to borrow members have to search for books on the shelves directly, members need more time when searching for books to be borrowed. In addition, because there is out of stock collection of books, the library section sometimes get difficult to provide book recommendations according to student needs. Based on these problems, the solution obtained is by making a web-based application using the item-based collaborative filtering method which can help the library business process become more structured in one application and provide book recommendations to members who are looking for or will borrow books. The method of implementing this method is applied, namely reading data from the loan history. Then the data is processed using this method as to produce data output book recommendations that have never been borrowed by members.

Abstract

The promotion of Employee Position at PT Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya is still done manually, so it does not close the possibility if the decision making is done subjectively by only looking at certain aspects, in the selection of employees who only see from the mass of the lingering work that assumes it must be more competent is not effective. Looking at the existing problems, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed that can help solve problems in decision making by adjusting the criteria and weights that have been determined by the company. The method used in decision making is the Profile Matching method. With this method we can find out the employees who fall under the weights and criteria of promotion of positions at PT. Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya. There is a problem with PT. Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya needs a decision support system in determining the promotion of employee positions. The system development method uses a waterfall model which is a systematic and skuensial software development that will be built using the Laravel Framework, PHP, and MySQL database programming languages. The final result in this research is the making of a Decision Support System for The Promotion of Employee Positions at PT. Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya with Profile Matching method based on this Website can determine employees who deserve to be considered and have not been selected to choose one of the best in occupying the position. After the decision obtained in the application of the decision support system, the system will display a list of prospective employees who can be balanced to be an option in the promotion of office.
