Abstract

Badan Akreditasi Nasional Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pendidikan Non Formal Jawa Timur (BAN-PAUD Jatim) adalah organisasi yang bergerak dalam bidang pelaksanaan akreditasi satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dan Pendidikan Non Formal (PNF). BAN- PAUD Jatim melaksanakan akreditasi melalui assesi dan visitasi langsung pada PAUD dan PNF di Jawa Timur. Dalam pelaksanaan akreditasi, ditemukan bahwa proses pemilihan asesor selama ini menggunakan cara manual, yang menyebabkan proses penjadwalan dan pembagian wilayah pelaksanaan visitasi asesi tidak terlaksana dengan efektif dan efisien. Masalah tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan merencanakan penembangan Sistem Informasi Pemilihan Penugasan Asesor yang bertujuan untuk membantu pelaksanaan pemilihan penugasan asesor selama proses visitasi dan asesi pada BAN-PAUD Jatim. Abstract

In Dinamika University exists an alumni’s website at http://alumni.dinamika.ac.id. According to an interview with the PLKA (Pusat Layanan Karir dan Alumni) division and other alumnis of the Dinamika University, it is found that the Alumni website is not fulfilling the needs of its user. From there, it is deduced that the main problems faced on this project is how to design the user interface on the Dinamika University’s Alumni website for increased usability with the UCD approach. In the UCD method, early and final evaluation of the design is carried on using heuristic evaluation with a severity rating scale ranging from 0 to 4, from the early design evaluation it is revealed that the old UI has problems of Catastrophic severity, which warrants a design adjustments and repairs. The designing process utilizes wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes. The general base and data for the designing process is gained from surveys of the PLKA and the alumnis, from which this design would later be subjected to a final evaluation to find out any usability problems, which using the same rating scale, is the rounded severity scale of 0, meaning that already fulfilling the need

Abstract

One of the problems that often encountered in the environment of students in the Undergraduate Study Program is the selection of elective courses. Problems that arise ranging from students having confusion in the selection process to unstructured selection due to lack of guidelines. This can impact students to feel wrong in choosing and cause these courses to be unable to support the learning process. The existence of a class of courses that classify each subject based on the discipline of knowledge can be used to determine student criteria for the available class of courses. Student courses grades that have been taken and the student's interests will be grouped based on the class of courses. Later the value of these courses and student interests will be calculated using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. The result will be directed to what elective courses are in the class of courses recommendation. A Decision Support System (DSS) was produced which aims to be a tool for students in selecting elective courses based on the results of previously calculated class of courses recommendations. With the selection based on a proven method, the selection becomes more structured.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Artha Bodhi Iswara Surabaya (STIKES ABI) right now is using the website to carry out learning activities, and registration activities. The STIKES ABI website has been created since 2016 and has made many changes every year. The problem with the STIKES ABI website is that the number of visitors has recently decreased. The average number of visitors is 77 per month. Since the beginning of using the STIKES ABI website, there has never been an evaluation of its success. Therefore, in this research, an analysis of the success of services on the STIKES ABI Surabaya website was carried out using the Delone and McLean models which consisted of information quality variables, system quality and service quality as independent variables and usage variables, user satisfaction variables and net benefit variables as dependent variables. This research used 151 samples consisting of 62 active STIKES ABI college students and 89 general society including new students candidate. According to the results of descriptive analysis, obtained the average value of each variable. For the system quality variable obtained an average of 3,54 which means nearly good, for the information quality is 3,62 which means nearly good, for the service quality is 3,51 which means nearly good, for the usage is 3,42 which means good enough, for the user satisfaction is 3,57 users which means nearly good, and the net benefit is 3,61 which means nearly good. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis according to the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method showed that the value of the system quality variable that affected the user satisfaction variable by 43,18%, the quality variable had affected the user satisfaction variable by 31,73%, the user satisfaction variable had affected on the usage variable by 45,39% and the user satisfaction variable had affected on the net benefit by 48,77%. Based on the results of this affection, it shows that STIKES ABI Surabaya must improve the system quality and service quality so that is useful to increase user satisfaction of STIKES ABI website. So it can be useful to increase the number of website visitors.

Abstract

The development of e-business has led to the emergence of a new business model, namely Financial Technology, which helps the public to be able to obtain financial transaction services quickly and easily. However, not many companies know how to design the right business model, especially fintech. Therefore, this research was conducted to design a financial technology business model using a business model canvas based on the consumption values of a case study of OVO application users in the city of Surabaya. The Business Model Canvas has 9 elements to be used, namely Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships and Cost Structure, while the Consumption Value has 5 elements to be used, namely Functional Value, Social Values, Emotional Values, Epistemic Values, and Conditional Values. In this study, OVO is used as an object of research because it is one of the most successful fintechs in Indonesia. The sample in this study used Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents and the technique for analysing the data used SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The results showed that Functional Value significant all nine elements in BMC, while Social Value significant Channels, Emotional Value significant Key Resources and Key Activities, Epistemic Value significant Channels and Customer Relationships, Conditional Value significant Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Key Resources and Key Partnerships.

Abstract

PT. Pelindo Marine Service atau biasa disebut PT PMS merupakan salah satu BUMN yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT. Pelindo III (Persero). PT PMS bergerak dibidang jasa kepelabuhanan, salah satu jasanya adalah layanan Sarana Bantu Pelayanan Pemanduan (SBPP) yang meliputi layanan pemanduan dan layanan pemenuhan kebutuhan kapal. Dalam melaksanakan layanan tersebut, PT PMS memerlukan layanan administrasi yang dapat mencatat segala aktivitas yang ada pada layanan SBPP. Layanan administrasi yang dilakukan masih belum dapat terintegrasi dengan bagian/divisi terkait. Akibatnya proses pengerjaan administrasi menjadi lama karena penghitungan tagihan-tagihan tersebut masih manual. Maka dari itu, solusi yang didapatkan berupa sebuah sistem layanan administrasi SBPP. Layanan administrasi SBPP meliputi pelayanan pemanduan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan kapal yang dapat terotomatisasi penghitungan tagihan dan menerbitkan invoice secara langsung. Sistem dapat terintegrasi dengan bagian/divisi terkait sehingga lebih mudah dalam mengerjakan tugasnya. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Dari hasil sistem layanan administrasi SBPP dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat melakukan penghitungan tagihan secara otomatis dari pengajuan layanan SBPP hingga menerbitkan invoice.

Abstract

As time goes by, number of vehicles are greatly increase. The vehicle users will be in a difficult situation to find assistance with the location of the nearest repair shop if something happened to their vehicle. Human are social creatures. This concept is the basis for the development of the crowdsourcing concept. The combination of the internet and the crowdsourcing concept can be a powerful resource in getting a job done. Over time, vehicle users become lazy about maintaining vehicle performance. They assume that the vehicle is still fit for use. This assumption is will causes more damage to the vehicle. This condition has a business opportunity by seeing the increase in the number of vehicle and the demand for routine vehicle service. Based on these problems, a start-up using the crowdsourcing concept is proposed which helps the community in providing and seeking assistance as well as the location of the nearest workshop as well as helping the nearest workshop to get business opportunities. Based on the results of testing the application can bridge the fulfillment of the needs of service users and service providers, so it can be concluded that the application is functioning properly.

Abstract

The AEMA Glasses store is a shop that sells various accessories that was founded in 2010, the shop provides various driving accessories such as glasses, cloth slayer, mask buff, gloves, hats, masks and belts. Currently the AEMA Glasses shop is only a shop, so the buying and selling process only occurs in that shop. This is a drawback for this store because customers who want to order from outside the area cannot be served quickly and customers also cannot see the catalog available in the store. In addition, shop employees also experience difficulties in recording sales and calculating shop turnover because this AEMA shop still uses books and a calculator in the transaction process, which causes frequent differences in the number of goods calculations.Based on the existing problems, a web-based UI / UX design solution was found with the Lean UX method which consists of several stages, including Declare Assumption, Create MVP, Run an Experiment, and Feedback and Research. By including 30 samples, namely AEMA Glasses shop customers and 7 samples, namely AEMA Glasses store employees, so a total of 37 samples.Based on the results of the analysis and observations that have been made, a prototype design was made using the Lean UX method which was then tested on AEMA Glasses customers and AEMA Glasses employees which resulted in the success rate of prototype testing for customers reaching 72% and the success rate of prototype testing for admins reaching 86%.

Abstract

kemahasiswaan.dinamika.ac.id is a website from the student affairs section of the Dynamics University which contains important information for students. According to information from the head of student affairs, the website has never been evaluated for usability and redesign of the appearance of the website based on user needs. To determine user needs, the author has conducted a website usability evaluation questionnaire to determine the level of usability and user pain. Based on the problems obtained, an analysis and design of the user interface / user experience (UI / UX) has been carried out on the Undika student website using the google design sprint method. From the test results, it was obtained the results of statements from respondents stating that the UI / UX design was attractive, it was easy to find out the existence on the website, and the use of colors that was comfortable to use. With these results, it can answer problems based on user's pain. Overall, the implementation of the google design sprint method has resulted in a UI / UX design that suits user needs and answers crucial questions based on the problems obtained from the usability evaluation with the Website usability evaluation.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is one way to determine the quality of employee in the company. The performance appraisal process at PT Surya Segara Safety Marine often experiences several problems such as the submission of employee performance appraisal reports that are not on time because the calculation process from the human resources development staff has not used the system. In addition, there is no appropriate appraisal method to assess employees which causes appraisal to be a little difficult. The appraisal applied by the company only uses one side as an appraiser, namely the head of the department, which reduces employee motivation. This study aims to obtain an overview of the employee performance appraisal application through the 360 degree method in PT Surya Segara Safety, so that it can help companies to present performance appraisals for human resource development. The study used a qualitative approach through data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Application creation method with Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results showed that the performance appraisal application through the 360 degree method can provide performance appraisal notifications as a reminder so that users immediately carry out the performance appraisal process. The performance appraisal application through the 360 degree method provides 4 answer options that make the assessment results more varied and include assessment indicators so that the assessment becomes objective because it takes opinions or feedback from three parties, namely head of division, co-workers, and theirself. It is hoped that this method can make the performance appraisal at PT Surya Segara Safety Marine more objective and can restore employee motivation compared to previous assessments.
