Abstract

Human Resources is the most important thing to create a good work environment in a company, of course having reliable resources is the hope of every company. At PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Sidoarjo the promotion was carried out manually by only paying attention to the tenure of an employee and with a simple annual performance appraisal, so that the decision making process was still not effective in making decisions. With that, we need a Decision Support System which will be useful for leaders in making decisions by adjusting the criteria and target values expected by the company. Then the application of the method applied is the Profile Matching algorithm. With this method, the user can find out the difference in competence between individual competencies and the competencies expected by the company. PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Sidoarjo needs an application that is useful in helping make a decision on the placement of employees in a position. So that the results are obtained in the form of a report on the complete calculation of the profile matching algorithm up to the recommendation rating of prospective employees which can later be considered by HRD in the promotion selection process

Abstract

: The Academic Information System (AIS) website is a web-based academic information system application with the aim of providing information about academics to students. With the AIS students can find out information related to campus academics such as student biographies, class forums, departmental curriculum, semester lectures, Study Plan Cards (SPC), class schedules, attendance, thesis, Study Results Cards (SRC), list of grades, transcripts , and finance. The results of interviews with Information Technology at PGRI Ronggolawe Tuban University that the number of visitors in September and February was due to guardianship by students who used the SIA application to view Study Plan Card (SPC) information. The results obtained from this study serve as recommendations for improving the user interface and user experience on the Academic Information System (AIS) website of the University of PGRI Ronggolawe Tuban. So that students can find information about lectures easily and with an easy-to-use interface design. From the results of the questionnaire, the improvement in the value of each indicator is Learnability 2.56, Efficiency 2.94, Memorability 2.31, Error 2.38, and Satisfaction 2.43. The final result of calculating the average for each indicator is a value of 2.52. According to the Likert scale from a value of 1-4 the value of 2.52 is in the good category.

Abstract

CV Dwi Teknik is a spring manufacturer company located on jl. Balong Dinding Gg 3, Menganti, Gresik. The problem in this company is that the recording transaction of stock materials still uses notes to record transactions. This can pose a risk of delays in reporting or recording stock transaction of materials due to the absence of real time recording of transaction of stock materials. There is no safety stock in this company where safety stock is needed so that there is a stock of materials available when there is high demand. Based on these problems, the solution is by making a application that can record transaction of stock materials and safety stock calculator using service level calculation. Based on the test results and evaluation, it can be concluded that this application can record a transaction of stock materials, perform safety stock using service level calculations, a notification that displays materials that have reached safety stock, create a reports of transaction of stock materials or reports of safety stock.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various aspects of life, also has an impact on education. The Government has replaced the learning system, which should have been face-to-face directly to online. It makes students difficult to digest the information conveyed by the lecturer. With online learning, students find it difficult to find out the lecturer's busy schedule, and find it difficult to find the right time to contact the lecturer. Based on these problems, the author proposes a solution in the form of a startup find lecturer idea, this startup idea requires validation from the user to find out whether this startup is feasible or not. This startup find lecturer idea can provide facilities that can make it easier for students to contact lecturers. There are features for students who are undergoing final assignments, practical work, communication with guardian lecturers, lecturer schedules, announcement boards and status, as well as a list of lecturers for other purposes such as the interests of campus organizations. The validation of the startup idea of finding lecturers is carried out using the design thinking method and testing is carried out using the Usability Scale System. The display of the prototype presented as a result of the idea created has been tested on dynamic university students, resulting in an average System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 79.9 which means that the prototype containing the startup idea is acceptable with a percentile range of 85-95.

Abstract

Abstract: Dinamika University (Undika) is a private university located in Surabaya. It has two faculties, namely the Faculty of Technology and Informatics (FTI), the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), and the Faculty of Design and Creative Industries (FDIK). To support the learning process, Undika has various learning facilities and one of them is a library. The library at Undika itself has four online services in the form of a website, one of which is repository.dinamika.ac.id. This website contains information on a collection of scientific works related to the work of the academic community that can be accessed by anyone. in 2020 the whole world including Indonesia will experience a pandemic, so that the learning process and services in the field of education are carried out online, so that the repository.dinamika.ac.id website service needs to be optimized. This is supported by graphical data on the number of visitors to the repository website, which in 2020 did not increase significantly. Therefore, in this study, an evaluation of the repository.dinamika.ac.id website was carried out with the DeLone and McLean model by distributing questionnaires to 88 respondents from Dinamika University students, then a descriptive analysis of each variable was carried out. The results of the descriptive analysis obtained the average value of each variable. For system quality variables, an average of 3.76 is obtained which means close to good, for information quality 3.63 which means close to good, for service quality 3.60 which means close to good, for use 3.55 which means close to good, for user satisfaction 3.68 which means close to good, for net benefits 3.5 which means close to good. From the total of each variable obtained an average of 3.62 which means it is close to good. The results of the inferential analysis show that from the results of the hypothesis analysis above, which have a significant influence between variables to other variables, namely: the use variable affects the User Satisfaction variable by 34.6%, the user satisfaction variable affects the Net Benefit variable by 45.6%, Usage variable has an effect on the Net Benefit variable by 41.9%, and the Information Quality variable has an effect on the User Satisfaction variable by 49%.

Abstract

Dinamika University (Undika) is one of the private universities in East Java which has two (2) faculties and nine (9) study programs, namely: 1) the Faculty of Economics and Business has three (3) study programs, namely, S1 Accounting, S1 Management, and DIII Office Administration; 2) The Faculty of Technology and Information Technology has six (6) study programs, namely, S1 Information Systems, S1 Product Design, S1 Visual Communication Design, S1 Computer Engineering, DIV Film and Television Production, DIII Information Systems. Based on the existing problem, applicants as part of marketing so far have never collected data on the expectations of new students at Undika as part of an evaluation of service improvement at Undika. The impact that occurs is that the Penmaru section has difficulty evaluating the quality of services that need to be improved. Thus, Penmaru can market out with services inside Undika if students are satisfied. The next problem is that there is no comparison of expectations and perceptions of new students. The impact that occurs is the difficulty in comparison, because the comparison can serve as a comparison of how well the services provided and will determine the priority of services that you want to improve in certain parts through analysis. In fact, every improvement in service quality will increase customer satisfaction. Based on the above problems, Penmaru needs an application for analysis of new student satisfaction using Importance Performance Analysis. Based on this, an application is made that can generate analysis based on questionnaire data processing. The results of the analysis can be used to assess the quality of service based on the results of a comparison of the perceptions (expectations) of new students on the real service obtained with the expected service. The quality of service in this study uses Parasuraman theory with five dimensions, namely: Tangible, Reliable, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya is one of the vocational schools in Surabaya that focuses on the arts. The location of SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya is on Jl. Siwalankerto Permai No. 1 Surabaya. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the whole world has made their activities run online. One of the distance learning methods applied by SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya is to use the E-Learning application in the teaching and learning process between teachers and students. E-Learning is one form of using the internet in improving the learning process through cyberspace. Based on the results of a questionnaire involving teachers and students as respondents in this study, the problem that occurs is that teachers have difficulty in conveying material to giving assignments to students. So that students do not receive material and task information properly and cause students not to get the information correctly and late such as learning materials, assignments, to lesson schedules. This study aims to provide recommendations for designing user interfaces for E-Learning applications used in SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. The result of this research is a user interface design that is made based on the steps contained in the User-Centered Design (UCD) method by carrying out six steps namely, Plan the user centered design process, Understand and specify the context of use, specify user and organization requirements, Produce design solutions, and Evaluate design against user requirements. The results of this research evaluation use the Website Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE) which has four categories, namely Content, Organization, and Readability, Navigation and Links, User Interface Design, and Performance and Effectiveness with an average point value of 0.610 with a usability level. "Good" means that the E-Learning application at SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya can already be used by teachers and students quite well.

Abstract

Dinamika University (Undika) is one of the private universities in Surabaya. Undika has one of them is the service and counseling section. Counseling guidance services aim to help students develop themselves and overcome academic problems, social problems, and personal problems that affect the academic development of students. The problem is, as a website that is still relatively new, it is necessary to develop a website according to the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, namely feedback at the Deployment stage. Therefore, in this final project, feedback was conducted in the form of an evaluation of the e-care.dinamika.ac.id website with the DeLone and McLean model. The DeLone and McLean model is used because in the DeLone and McLean model there are variables that contain system quality, information quality, and service quality. The DeLone and McLean model is also equipped with usage variables, user satisfaction variables, and net benefits variables.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pernyataan dari 30 responden meliputi 15 masyarakat dan 15 anggota SKCK Polresta Bandung yang menyatakan sangat setuju dan setuju mempunyai nilai 100%, masing-masing indikator memperoleh jumlah 21 responden sangat setuju dan 9 responden setuju dengan kata lain perlu diadakannya pembaharuan tampilan website pelayanan SKCK Polresta Bandung. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari wawancara dan observasi adalah perlu dilakukan perbaikan terhadap tata letak informasi, kejelasan fitur yang digunakan dan agar tampilan website lebih terlihat modern. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode atau tahapan yang ada pada design sprint untuk mengatasi masalah terkait tampilan user interface dan heuristic evaluation untuk pengujiannya. Untuk memaksimalkan hasil dari penelitian ini penulis juga menerapkan model user centered design sebagai salah satu cara untuk memperbaiki tampilan user interface yaitu dimana peran responden sangat berguna dalam setiap proses yang akan penulis lakukan. Berdasarkan hasil dari proses yang sudah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, pada penelitian yang menggunakan metode design sprint ini terdapat perubahan tampilan user interface yang menghasilkan peningkatan pelayanan SKCK Polresta Bandung dan dapat membantu pengguna memperoleh nilai 100% dari responden dalam melakukan penerbitan SKCK menjadi lebih baik dengan presentase 66,7% sangat setuju dan 33,3% setuju, efisien dengan presentase 70% sangat setuju dan 30% setuju, kecepatan dengan presentase 76,7% sangat setuju dan 23,3% setuju, terakhir ketepatan dengan presentase 80% sangat setuju dan 20% setuju yang berarti rancangan purwarupa yang sudah dirancang dapat diterima oleh pengguna.
