Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is part of Institute Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya. PPTI’s Main Function is to support visions, missions, and goals. To achieving the visions, missions, and goals, PPTI must have a good plan, including the mechanism plan to manage the relations between PPTI it self and with the service user. The Mechanism process will be used by PPTI to fulfill the Stikom Surabaya Information Technology’s needs. to achiveing the goals, PPTI need to do some research that based on Information Technology Infrastructur Library v3 (ITIL v3) standart, which is Service Strategy. Process of making the document refered from Service Strategy process number 5, Business Relationship Management. The result of this research is service portfolio document which contain customer portfolio, socialization’s standart and procedure, training’s standart and procedure, user complaint’s standart and procedure, socialization’s policy, training’s policy, and user’s complaint policy, that will be used by PPTI later.

Abstract

Sentra UKM MERR Surabaya is an icon symbolic for Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) which is built in Surabaya. Sentra UKM MERR Surabaya currently experiencing problems with the stock record which still using stock card to record the stock so that mistakes still happen and also the transactions such as sales report, best seller UKM, best selling item, products report, customer report, ukm report and stock mutation report that doesn’t work well. On the other hand the promotions of the products also doesn’t work really well, we can see it from the visitor that only approximately 50 people. The solutions that given is build an online shop that can manage sales transactions, give more actual data about the stock product and helps promoting the products. Besides that, it also facilitate communication between Sentra UKM MERR Surabaya, UKM and customers. This online shop can help administration to manage the sold product without the stock card and this application can generate reports such as sales report, best seller UKM, best selling item, products report, customer report, ukm report and stock mutation report. Based on the results of user evaluation obtained value 67,5% that stands for very good and 32,5% stands for good.

Abstract

Bank Mini is an accounting lab that used as a student financial payments and saving for students and employees of SMK Negeri 1 Sumenep. Bank Mini managing public savings, special savings, and general payment. Problems exist in Bank Mini is the process of recording transactions and financial reporting using a manual process using the books and records of other transactions, which potentially cause recording and accounting calculations errors. The school wants a Bank Mini information systems, but the schools didn’t know and can’t determine the appropriate system needs to be applied to the Bank Mini. The solution offered is to make the analysis and design of Bank Mini information systems that can generate the analysis and design of recording transaction processes, preparing reports accounting, and reporting of transactions. The process of analysis and design of this research includes the step of collecting data through interview and observation, analysis, system design, and evaluation of system design. The results showed that the analysis and system design can explain design of the transaction recording process, the reporting accounting process, and reporting processes used computing based processing, so it can be used as guidelines for implementation of Bank Mini information systems in the future.

Abstract

Lamongan District Land Office is a regional office of the National Land Agency. Have a role in public service for the people who want to take care the land certificate. Public services do need to have a good quality including the performance of all employees. In Lamongan District Land Office are the so-called performance assessment Job Target Employees. The problem that occurs is a long time calculation and miscalculation performance assessment.Of the problems found then the proposed design the wake application performance assessment based on the target civil servants working in Lamongan District Land Office web based. The application will perform calculations according the formula that has been incorporated in the application, so that it can cope with arithmetic errors that occur and accelerate the calculation time. Applications can be accessed anytime and anywhere, so although officials are outside the assessor's office fixed the performance appraisal can be done.Results of testing with the District Land Office Lamongan is built applications can perform calculations according the formula set forth in SKP. Applications can be accessed through mobile. Applications built to generate employee performance evaluation report by unit and the year requested.Keywords: Land Office, Performance Appraisal, Employee Work Goal

Abstract

Micro businesses, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) Burhan Foam is a business that manufacture or production of the folding mattresses, pillows and bolsters that produce based on customer orders.During this time, SMEs have a profit decline with increased order in some types of mattresses.And also have a decreased orders for some other type of mattress. This is because SMEs do not have a mechanism to calculate the exact cost of production.SMEs do not calculate the overhead costs (operating the factory) into the calculation of the production cost.These conditions make the specified price is too high (Over Budget) or too low (Underbuget).From these problems, the author created design applications determining the cost of production in SMEs Burhan Foam using Job Order Costing (cost of the order).Which generates reports raw material costs, labor costs report indirect, fixed factory overhead expense reports, report variable factory overhead costs, and report the cost of production.Other than that, the system also generates reports bookings per month.Based design applications made and trials that have been done, found that the cost of production information needed by SMEs and the details of the element of cost of production have been found.

Abstract

PT. Putera Rachindo Sejahtera is a company that produces furniture with different raw material needs as customer. the company currently has a thousand suppliers from home and abroad to meet the raw material needs. The process of selecting a supplier for raw materials using criteria such as quality, price, distance, conformity delivery, and delivery time.  So it takes a long time to choose the supplier of more than one thousand suppliers that exist .To help companies shorten time supplier selection, made a decision support system application supplier determination using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Steps being performed on the system that determines the criteria and sub-criteria. Then determine the weight of test criteria and consistency, followed by determining the range of values and weighted sub-criteria. The system generates a priority assessment of suppliers eigen vector calculation criteria with sub criteria. based eigen vector application is made and a series of trials that have been done, the application can generate reports on a supplier of raw materials. Recommendations given supplier is a supplier with the highest ranking three parts purchasing to aid in decision making.

Abstract

Depo Galvalum is a company that moves in galvalum distributor .The process of business on purchase system done by Depo Galvalum still based on Information stock availability . The buying system goods less could be handled well because there is no recording. Sales system just do recording of daily transactions . Recording producing such the total revenues and the amount of goods sold out. The results of recording have not been able to provide information the to conduct an evaluation on a system sales. Leader have only information to the number of goods that have been sold and the rest of the goods. From the report leaders will check repeated that takes time long enough, This leader find it difficult to analyze reports sales still in the form of rekap sales.With the this problem then required inventory information system of goods on Depo Galvalum web-based equipped with reorder point to buy goods next. Of the analysis and design of which is done to provide information on sourcing , an inventory of goods , sale of goods , and preparing reports. The design process produce information system an inventory of goods to suit the needs of Depo Galvalum. These information systems help the Depo Galvalum in the process of purchase of goods , an inventory of goods , sale of goods , and preparing reports.Kata Kunci: information system, inventory , Depo Galvalum , reorder point.

Abstract

Abstrak: In a government agencies , websites be a pleasant important as a delivery of information , communication , and transactions between public administration. Government agencies in education and training (Bandiklat Prov Jatim) have a website www.bandiklat.jatimprov.go.id website that aims to provide information on the activities and institutional training to Government Employee. However , managers website Bandiklat Prov Jatim feel website built could not attract internet users to visit www.bandiklat.jatimprov.go.id .This needs to be an increase in on the quality of the website bandiklat prov east. The purpose of this research to analyze the links between the quality of website and user satisfaction.. Analysis the quality of website do with some stage, first the data collection and interview to the related. Then make and spreading the questionnaire.The analysis influence the quality of website use Multiple Linear Regression, among others test validity, realibilitas, test the assumption, and the the regression coefficient together and partial. The results of the analysis testing this indicates that variable the Usability Quality, and Information Quality have had a positive impact and significant impact on User Satisfaction while in Interaction Quality do not affect positive and significant impact on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School Surabaya library need satisfactory service for the convenience of visitors to the library. However, business processes that occur there are still underway manual so that the existing data is not integrated with each other. Additionally librarian often difficulties in data searches both when borrowing, repayment and checking on the sanctions. And also with the members and visitors of the library have difficulty in finding the availability and location of collection.To solve these problems, then created a web-based library design of information systems that integrate existing data so that the information collection can be obtained quickly and accurately. The system is able to improve service in terms of borrowing, repayment, reservation, recommendation and search the collection. It also can accelerate the performance of the library and can provide accurate reports to the librarian.From the implementation of web-based library information system is implemented, it can be concluded that the system can ease the librarian to perform control on borrowing, reservation, booking, recommendation and preparation of reports. Besides members can to search information, booking and nomination of the collection. And based on the results implementation of the system of the questionnaire given to the 5 respondents, indicate that the display system, ease of navigation and precision process assessed either by the user with an average yield of 3.3 sequentially; 2.8 and 3.
