Abstract

Abstract: PT. Indonesia Japan Medical Instrumentation (PT. JIMI) in collaboration with several health centers in Indonesia, such as by a clinic in Tulungagung and Klinik Catur Warga (KCW) in Mataram. Cooperation of both sides of the related procurement of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). PT. JIMI as an investor MRI and KCW as a user and the owner of the asset. Joint Operation between PT. JIMI and KCW requires KCW applied to report the amount of MRI usage and the income derived from the operation of the MRI. KCW reported it every month. PT. JIMI as investors need to anticipate the possibility of fraud in reporting is done KCW.  Cheating in question is related to the amount of data manipulation tool use MRI and income derived from the operation of the tool. In case of manipulation of the data in the report will have an impact on the results received nominal PT. JIMI. So that would inhibit PT. JIMI as soon as possible to restore the initial capital they have invested. Of the possibility of reporting fraud committed KCW, PT. JIMI need for monitoring directly related to the operation of the MRI theirs. Based on the description above problems, then made a telereporting clinical applications integrated with PACS and Medview® Medview® existing Cloud. Telereporting clinical application consists of two parts, namely the Report Server and Report Client. Report Client side access patient data stored MRI examination results in Medview® Cloud. Report Server to access the database side Medview® PACS based on log data and patient examination data.

Abstract

Based on the primary functions of radio RRI (Radio Republik Indonesia) as the broadcast of music, where there are still many errors in the playback songs that are not in accordance with the rules and policies established by RRI Pro 2 FM. The subject matter is already made a determination and a standard rule in rotating track but in the implementation process track management is not going well because they MD (Music Director) less obey the rules that have been established, while the need for an arrangement of the song should be in accordance with the rules and daily needs of each event on broadcast activities. The resulting consequence is the ineffectiveness of the rules and affect the request or sms from radio listeners.The solution is to design management applications track PRO 2 FM. This application is able to facilitate MD in presenting or rotate songs with songs based on the rule of RRI PRO 2 FM so as to produce a daily or weekly playlist of songs that fit to the RRI PRO 2 FM. From the evaluation results can be concluded in this research is to produce applications that can help head of programming and Music Director in managing the song in order to avoid mistakes and have been able to meet the rules of the rotation track up to 100%.

Abstract

Abstract: STIKOM surabaya are the institutions that moves that puts forward in the fields of information and technology education. This is proven by the facilities and infrastructure that education be able to support the entire process. One of them is computer laboratories (labkom) that are located on the floor blue of stikom six buildings of surabaya. Labkom ever happened incident power lines fell, the incident had an impact on server down, and all the activity of going on labkom come to rest and wait for the recovery of server. The handling of the incident is now only management knowledge based server.  Server added management if there is an incident recording and the provisin of this was not conducted the status of resolution, so if the incident happen then have to wait staff who know the improvement of the incident. The incident happened chronicled in detail should be complete by the time the events of server management. Abstract

Proses penjadwalan yang dilakukan oleh PT BERLIAN JASA TERMINAL INDONESIA (PT BJTI) selama ini memunculkan permasalahan berupa penggunaan area dermaga yang belum optimal. Maksud dari penggunaan area dermaga yang belum optimal adalah terdapatnya jarak yang terlalu lebar antar kapal sehingga menimbulkan banyaknya area dermaga yang kosong pada waktu penjadwalan tambat kapal. Permasalahan ini akan berdampak pada minimnya jumlah kapal yang tambat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi penjadwalan tambat kapal. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini diusulkan aplikasi penjadwalan tambat kapal menggunakan Tabu Search, dimana penjadwalan ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan area dermaga sehingga dapat memaksimalkan jumlah kapal yang tambat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang sudah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang telah dibangun pada penelitian ini telah mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan area dermaga. Hal ini terlihat pada peningkatan jumlah ruang sekitar 35, 51% setelah menggunakan aplikasi dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

Dinas PU. Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Kabupaten Sumenep as executive agencies wheel development.  Bidang penataan ruang became a top priority along with the occurrence of resistance in the city of sumenep, among others, the construction of a drainage channel, local roads and sidewalks. Problems encountered can not do monitoring with respect to time, cost, and project work progress in the field. So in the initial evaluation and identification work difficult, it often causes a delay in the implementation of the project work. To overcome the obstacles faced by bidang penataan ruang, can be done by means of building the application of monitoring and evaluation of the project in bidang penataan ruang di dinas PU. Cipta Karya Sumenep. Monitoring included the time, cost, and work progress. If there is a mismatch of the project, the system will give an alert/notification to immediately followed up. The results of monitoring will be evaluated by the system for each stretch out. So if there is a discovery that could harm the project can be identified since the beginning. At this stage of implementation, the application indicates conformity with the expectation of 100% and worth to be used. Based on test data planning and realization, obtained results information monitoring and evaluation of each project is presented in the form of the curve S.
