Abstract

PT Elang Jagad is a metal manufacturing company which produce furnace stoves. During this time the orders company an average of 10,000 units. Company have capacity which can only supply 7,500 units and no unfulfilled residual orders so that orders delayed continuously every month. The company currently can not make an engine  investment decision. This is because the company is not able to analyze the feasibility of the investment calculation. From these problems PT Elang Jagad requires a differential accounting information system for count buy or not to buy the machine, it created an application feasibility calculation of investment assets. This system can count the difference between the value of investments to revenues net cash / net present value, rate of average profit investments / average rate of return, how fast the investment return / payback period, the ratio of investment value with receipts of cash / profitability index and the interest rate of investment / internal rate of return as the basis for measuring the feasibility of the investment.This application is able to generate a report calculating the net present value, payback period, average rate of return, internal rate of return, profitability index and to produce the feasibility of the investment information that can be used to give alternative investment decision-making machinery in PT Elang Jagad.

Abstract

In fulfilling orders for subscriptions , companies must improve performance in terms of planning. So far the problem in CV. Azaria Abadi Permai is planning needs raw materials and production is still in expected and done manually by the passage production planning inventory control. In this case often happens miscalculation planning raw needs an impact on exactly the number and availability of the raw materials that it production process.                    Solution proposed for the completion of the problems in the top is using methods Material Requirement Planning. This method aims to count the needs of raw materials and the arrival buy raw materials used the results of the evaluation of three lot sizing the technique, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, and Period Order Quantity.                    The result of this research is able to analyze method lot sizing namely, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity and then to choose the cost of inventori the most economical in each this method.

Abstract: Jawa Pos is one of the print media in the form of a newspaper that has long published in Surabaya. Revenue earned from the Jawa Pos newspaper sourced on the sale of newspapers and from the number of ads that are loaded, including the job advertisements. As a print media company that is growing rapidly, Jawa Pos extremely utilize information technology and communications, both hardware and software.In general, an online job fair there must be new jobs, new jobs lists provided by the labor provider. Log in, used to log into the application, whether job seekers or job providers. Administrators, contains the information required by the manager of the online job exchange website.By looking at the opportunities that exist, then the Jawa Pos requires a system that is able to provide information that could increase its advertising revenue and business opportunities in the online world. Until now there have been several sites the labor market, among others, is jobsdb.com, duniakarir.com, and jobloker.co.id. Where the online job market is still using a search based on criteria not support the request and Job Applicants selection process. So Jawa Pos wants to create a job market that is superior compared to other job market, Job Fair advantages owned by Jawa Pos is going to be supported by the selection Job Applicants.Keyword: Labor, Applicants, Opportunities, Application

Abstract

Abstract: State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) Bandung is a vertical institution of the Directorate General of State Assets Management (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance. The existing problems in KPKNL Bandung is uncontrolled mail management, such as errors in recording, archiving and distribution. It is occured due to the abbundant number of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as to support the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on archival regulated by the Director General of State Assets Management No. 145 / KN / 2013.The solution offered is in the form of computerized application for incoming and outgoing mail administrative management that can produce a computerized data and facilitate the execution of the groove mail administration in accordance with the stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that includes the step of system planning, system analysis, system design, and implementation of the system.The results showed that the application has been made to help the recording, archiving, and monitoring the distribution of mails, layout archiving and sorting of mailings in accordance with the SOP. In addition, this application can also generate archiving reports that can be used as the basis for decision making by the officers of KPKNL Bandung.Keywords: Application, Mailing Administration, Standard Operating Procedur

Abstract

The diversity of the community in Surabaya can be quite diverse. In addition to the public consists of Surabaya city itself, also consists of non-Surabaya. The Surabaya city communities would require public facilities such as hospitals, bank, or university. Non-residents of Surabaya is not easy to find the desired public facilities, given that non-Surabaya residents do not know the location of public facilities in the city of Surabaya.Existence of the desired public facilities as well as the route to be taken. To support this capability, this system will be developed on Android-based mobile devices for supporting feature Global Positioning System (GPS) and mobile Google Map (mGMap). In order for the location of public facilities as well as the route to be taken by the more accurate method used Ant Colony, Ant Colony method work is by adding pheromone on edge-edge which is the best part of the tour are determined from the start of the algorithm is executed. The advantage of this method is capable of determining the shortest distance to the desired location of public facilities accurately by using more parameters. Some of the most influential parameter is the number of cycles, the number of routes, as well as the number of nodes used.With this system people are expected to know the location of Surabaya public facilities appropriately and accurately. In addition, the system developed along the shortest route to the place of public facilities desired by the user and the shortest alternative route. Keyword: Android, Route, Location, GPS

Abstract:Memorandum newspaper headquartered in Kembang Jepun No.167-169 Street, Surabaya. Memorandum is a weekly newspaper company that stands on 10 November 1969 and has many years become a popular newspaper in the field of media information. Human resources is a source of competitive advantage and the key elements that are essential for success in achieving competing objectives. An individual employee increased position employee promotion will encourage human resources as a whole in increased productivity. Based on observations and interviews, the company experienced problems in the process of position employee promotion as well as items that are still considered in general and not detailed, although the company has the competency standards are structured, and the frequent occurrence of errors in perekapan as well as the calculation of assessment data as it is still done manually and the length of time required to run multiple processes in position employee promotion. For overcome these problems, then made an application solution Promotion of Employee Competence Based on PT. Memorandum Sejahtera. This application can shorten the process and the time taken is 25 days become 9 days at the stage of promotion of employees by way of doing automation such as data recording competence and perekapan results of promotion of employees (1 day), the performance assessment (7 days), analyzing assessment and reporting of assessment results promotion of employees (1 day). Keywords: Application, Position Employee Promotions, Competency Standards

Abstract

CV. Sigma Sukses Kreasi is a consulting business services that will conduct socio-economic studies to determine the feasibility of Indomaret establishment. But, in practice there are many problems. In the data processing is still very slow, moreover the analysis process of determining a recommendation of feasibility is still speculative, accordingly the result of recommendations are not comprehensive and consistent.So that, it requires an application with the calculation method that can improve the analysis process of determining the feasibility of Indomaret establishment. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods is used to define weights of feasibility criteria. And then, the weights of feasibility criteria will be used in the questionnaire data assessment that used the Graphic Rating Scale (GRS) for resulting the value of the feasibility of Indomaret establishment.According to the trial results, this application can determine the feasibility of Indomaret establishment, particularly in the case study at Indomaret Dharmawangsa. In addition, based on the trial results, this application can help the data processing to be faster, and the analysis process of determining the recommendations of feasibility of Indomaret establishment become more comprehensive and consistent.

Abstract

Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Profesi Indonesia (LP3I) Surabaya is an educational institution that has supporting facilities, one of them is the library. There are some problems in the LP3I’s Library, such as: the collection is less well documented, there is no reminder to remind the borrowers whose term loan collection will be expired, and there are no reports like visitor reports and collection report that often borrowed, so the librarians understand which collections is often borrowed, and who visit the library frequently.From the problems, offered solution is a library application that uses SMS Gateway to provide a reminder for members that loan collection period has expired. The study also applies the waterfall method. The method sequentially starting from requirements analysis, system design, programming, testing programs, implementation and then maintenance program.The results showed that the application of web-based library can help officers in circulating collection and reporting. In addition, library members can also be helped with the search collections and a reminder to return the library collection. Keywords: Library, Circulation, SMS Gateway.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: IT assets in Kota Probolinggo Religious Affairs is an operational support to any existing activities, so that the existing IT assets must be maintained condition and functionality. In the procurement planning process takes two months because he did not know the value of the economic life and in the process of planning the removal may also experience problems because the office does not use basic planning deletion based on the value of depreciation of assets, maintenance-related information and a list of damaged IT assets.Based on the existing problems, then solved by making IT asset management information system. In this system there is the process of inventory of IT assets, calculation of depreciation by the straight-line method, IT asset procurement planning, maintenance of IT assets and planning the elimination of IT assets.Information systems IT asset management is able to generate reports estimate the maintenance of IT assets, reports the economic life of less than one year, reports the economic life of the asset is close to 0, the report IT assets that pass through the economic life, the report IT assets active, reports loaning IT assets, reports depreciation, reports procurement planning new IT assets, IT asset maintenance schedule reports, report maintenance costs, reports IT assets that have been wiped out, and reports removal plan. Abstract: Regional Employment Board or BKD is owned by the government agency in charge of implementing the preparation and implementation of regional policies in the field of employment, and can be assigned to carry out the implementation of the authority delegated by the Government to as Representative of the Government in the framework of deconcentration. BKD East Java is an agency that specialized personnel in the area of East Java. To improve the quality of human resources, then carried out the assessment process, the assessment in question is the performance appraisal.Nowadays, the assessment using assessment form East Java BKD submitted in each city and distributed to agencies that have employees JFT. Long process of distributing a form of assessment, and the assessment results. In addition, BKD also need to collect data on JFT employees recommended for promotion. From each of the above problems, the biggest impact is employee development apparatus JFT will be hampered because the time is not in accordance with the schedule recommended training for employees.
