Abstract: 178 pharmacies founded by Mrs. Lusi August 2013. The pharmacy is located at No. 178 Jalan Surabaya East Ploso. At this time, 178 pharmacies to check the card stock, if the stock exists then checks completed but if the stock is empty then the pharmacy will make a reservation by making a memorandum of reservations that will be given to the supplier. Supplier will make the process of creating a memorandum of expenditure which will be given to the pharmacy as proof of purchase along with the drugs ordered by the pharmacy. Based on data from 178 pharmacy expenditure in the period June, July and August 2014, there are number of drugs with an empty stock reached 45%. From these percentages outlined that for high spending levels (≥ 70%) with 34% the amount of medication with an empty stock, while the expenditure level moderate (<70%) are 11% the amount of medication with an empty stock.According to this problem, then the solution is to make the design of the application of medicines in pharmacies 178 using ABC analysis, ROP (Reorder Point) combined with less safety stock and lead time. Doing so can help the pharmacy to pharmacy owners can assist in controlling the drug supply in the display or in storage. As well as 178 pharmacies can help owners in decision making for the future development of the pharmacy business processes.From the test results and evaluation system that has been created it can be concluded from the Application Inventory Control at Pharmacy 178 is the application can generate output reports ABC classification and reporting of inventory control to help the pharmacy in addressing the problem of shortage of stocks which contributed to the decline. The report formed also can help the pharmacy to do scheduling. This application also generates reports to provide information to managers such as reception reports per period, per period expense reports, inventory reports per period, and report expired.

PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (SUCOFINDO) surabaya move in the service sector inspection and audit, testing and analysis, certification service, training service, and consultation. The company has some parts namely the administration, financial, operation, human resources, marketing, sales and support operation. The operating part is a part a main in the service for customers, the role of this part to support operating by digging resources from the personnel and put him on the operational in accordance with qualifications.                    Management and data processing the choice of officers field recently applied PT SUCOFINDO done manually and less objective. It was considered objective is an election officers who is not based on their competence the elections without seeing lifetimes and track record of activity the officers. Because curriculum vitae and track record wasn’t archived  well in addition to compare between the officers one with other officers needed accurate and time because it’s should be flip through the curriculum vitae tree and track record. Factor the choice of officers the field namely curriculum vitae tree and track record, the status of the presence of officers, and calculation manday ( salary ) per day.               Their final task is research that yields planning application selection officers to assist with the management the choice of officers , based on the results of the trial and evaluation research.

Paris (Parking Information System) is a information system to deal with parking security and performance. Paris can handle parking transaction with one area one Paris online and offline. It is not efficient anymore if have more than one parking area in far location that cannot connected properly. It must doing update or making report in all parking area. All parking area must be connected and can be communicated. Paris Management Client is a application for connecting all Paris. Offline Paris and online Paris can synchronize data. Member data can distributed in all area with one insert. Not only that, parking member can get parking availability information from Paris Management Client because offline Paris always communicated with online Paris in some interval of time. Paris Management Client developed with waterfall SDLC method. Starts with analysing system’s need, then making a system design, coding application, and then testing application. The result is Paris Management Client can help SSI as developer to control all Paris, help client to update data or make report, and help member to get parking’s slot easily. recommendation for Paris is develop mobile application for member that can be give information visually, not only text.

Abstract:PT CMSS is a company that operates as a distributor of building materials. Mitra 10 has an assortment of products by category and type complete with a comfortable place. The booking process sales that occurred customers come to the store to make a reservation.The problem that occurs is when customers come to view and select items. When the desired item is not available then the customer will be disappointed. The Company does not have an online booking system that can simplify the customer. To overcome the problems above, the author made design sales online ordering application to facilitate customers. Researcher using Waterfall SDLC model that worked in gradually. In this application has 3 user is a customer, admin and manager.Applications have been made to fix the sales order problem. It can simplify the ordering process online sales.

SMA SHAFTA is one of high school education  institution which is located at Jl. Lontar Citra Raya Surabaya. SMA SHAFTA Surabaya. Have an information System including the System of academic information. The lack of academic information have an impact on the educational process which will impact on the assessment or accreditation of the high school SHAFTA. Academic dashboard application is an application can help to monitor the academic activity foreach students. The application was made with SDLC method. The testing result shows that the application can give informations in visual form with their key performance indicators.

PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia is a company engaged in the areas of services and stevedoring services in the port area. Where the main production equipment used is Harbour Mobile Crane (HMC). With a very expensive price and feasibility calculation process that is still limited trust. It can be difficult for the mechanic to explain the performance of existing machines to the managerial. So may harm the company because it can be swelling expenditures in case of late taking a decision.Writer try to made an application that can compute the value of the performance of a machine along with its economic value. The function of this application is to assess the feasibility of the two sides are assessed in terms of performance and assessed in terms of the economy. In terms of performance, the engine will be assessed by the MTTR and MTBF. The point is to get the value of the Availability and Reability.From an economic perspective, the machine will be assessed based on the value of assets and the cost of care. The votes of the two terms of the application will provide an assessment of whether the machine is still fit for use or not.

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is one part in the Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya (Stikom). PPTI has the responsibility to develop and implement Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Stikom Surabaya. PPTI has a wide range of services provided to users. However, PPTI still have not had a service catalogue. Service catalogue is needed to control and evaluate the services provided to users. Based on these problems, it is necessary to make a service design draft to meet the needs of the service catalogue. The service design is based on Service Design standard in the framework of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3). This research resulted in the business impact analysis document, service policy, the service description and service catalogue. The resulting document will be useful as a reference to control and evaluate the services provided to users.

H2LC clinic is a clinic Aesthetic & Anti Aging berkonsisten apply the concept of healthy living by combining elements of beauty and health of the skin and body. Clinic H2LC presenting beauty products from the best herbal ingredients and are safe to use in the long term. H2LC clinic is located at Jl Raya Ngagel Jaya Utara No. 71, Surabaya. Business processes H2LC include Care Clinic, Consultation, and Beauty Products. At this time the business process at Beauty Clinic H2LC not computerized, so that the customer data collection process, data collection product, supplier data collection, sales transactions, purchases and sales summary along with any purchase requires a long time. Because the sales department must seek customer data one by one on the shelves available, sales should check the remaining products are available manually and record sales transactions manually memorandum cause difficulties in clinical H2LC merekap sales reports. Section pharmacist experienced difficulties in checking the stock of products available or empty and had trouble buying a recapitulation report. H2LC clinics often mangalami emptiness products that cause customer clinics H2LC not satisfied due to existing products are often empty and requires a long time to order these products. Therefore, in this final project made an inventory control application using methods Ecomomic Order .Quantity (EOQ) in Surabaya H2LC Clinic. Applications Inventory Control Method Using EOQ can set the number of product inventory, in order to produce the amount of products supplied is not too much or not too little (empty)

Decision support system of promotion is a system that helps the decision maker in determining the right staff in getting a promotion speed and validation in processing the information is one requirement needed by the support of the decision to be able to minimize the risk it. Analytical Hierarchy Procces (AHP) is one method that is aimed at making information to support the decision of the decision maker.AHP method works by composing a complex problem and multiple criteria into a hierarchy structure, in which each level is filled with a certain element. The method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).SDLC has a cycle to develop or create a system by starting from one stage to the final stage and back again to the early stages of forming cycles.The results of the study produced is expected to support the decision maker in determining the employee who received a promotion.
