Abstract

The vision of the Dinas Perpustakaan dan kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur, "East Java fond of Reading and orderly Archives". One of its mission is to manifest the people of East Java fond of reading.  Website is one of the library's facilities and infrastructure that should be improved. Based on flagcounter, total averages visitors during the last three months is around 5,013 visitors (Flagcounter, 2017). After implemented, it has never done evaluation concerning the system quality, information quality, and service quality of the Website. Based on the existing problems, analyzing the success can be used as consideration for owner of the Website in developing the Website. Analysis of success in this research using DeLone and McLean by analyzing the system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and Net Benefit of the Website. Research results on a sample questionnaire spread with 130 general public, indicating that the variable information quality is positive and significant effect against user satisfactions. User Satisfaction variable is positive and significant effect against Net Benefit. The variable information quality has significantly influencing variable Net Benefit through the intervening of user satisfaction. Recomendation for owner of the website should enhance timeliness, the existence of access, access speed, use of interest, and has a clear objective on websites.

Abstract

Dr. Soetomo University(Unitomo) is one of the universities in Surabaya which has a library. One of the mission of Unitomo Library is to develop Unitomo Library with facilities and services based on technology and communication. In order to achieve this mission, the Unitomo Library should determine the level of user satisfaction of existing information technology services. So far, users still have not providing suggestions regarding existing services, due to lack of direction from the Library. Thus, the Unitomo Library has some difficulties in knowing the quality of information technology services till today. Based on the problems above, appears a need in the form of user satisfaction analysis applications with Service Quality method wherein Service Quality methods used to analyze the gap between expectation and reality which is accepted by the user. Existing processes in this application include validity test, reliability test, Service Quality calculation, and quadrant analysis. This application can store questionnaire data, perform validity test, reliability test, application can also do satisfaction analysis using Service Quality method. In addition, this application can also provide analysis results in the form of quadrant analysis and recommendations required by the library to develop OPAC services in the future.

Abstract

Citra Husada Medical Clinic is a premier medical clinic which also provides inpatient services. In this clinic has 2 floors with a capacity of 15 patients consisting of 8 room rooms and 7 chambers, where to register the hospitalization is done on the 1st floor and inpatient services on the 2nd floor. In the business process so far there are problems where the absence of information on the 1st floor administration of vacant rooms and to complete the administrative registration takes up to 20 minutes, the calculation of the cost of payment is still done manually causing the risk of mistakes and the time to complete up to 10 minutes, and still no detailed reporting to the management about the activities on the care in which the reporting is still limited to the written notes on the book by the administrative floor 2. Based on these problems, Citra Husada Medical Clinic requires inpatient information system to to reduce the time required to know the availability of empty rooms, accelerate the calculations performed ol eh the administration floor 2, and produce detailed reports to the management. The result of this research is inpatient information system which can show empty room and speed up administration registration to 9 minutes, accelerate the cost of hospitalization to 30 seconds and reduce the occurrence of errors in the calculation, and produce detailed reports to the management.

Abstract

Rapor Online is one of the innovations made by Surabaya education authorities. The assesment method is intended to facilitate the task of teachers in the process of filling in report cards (rapor), as well parents so that they can access their child’s score on their report cards. But in practice, Rapor Online does not run well as expected by the city education authorities. The parents cannot access their children’s report cards quite often, with complaints such as slow access and others. Likewise for the teachers of SMA Negeri 8 Surabaya, the Rapor Online application actually adds to their burden. Often teachers have to proceed data input more than once, and also since the server is located only at the city education authorities, Rapor Online can be difficult to access simultaneously, especially when approaching the report card printing period. Therefore, researcher conducted a research related to the acceptance of teachers against Rapor Online. Researchers are using UTAUT as a reference, an acceptance model that has been formulated by Venkatesh, et. al.. Researchers are using all the teachers from SMA Negeri 8 Surabaya, both permanent and non-permanent teachers, as samples for this research. The results obtained in this study indicates the existence of three variabels that are quite influential to the pattern of acceptance of teachers in using the Rapor Online application. The three variables are Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Behavioral Intention. Researchers convey if the process of data input in the Rapor Online can be made more quickly and easily, then the teacher will be glad using it, related to Behavioral Intention. As for the Social Influence variables, the school, fellow teachers and families must continue to support teachers so that they should keep follow the program that led by Surabaya education authorities.

Abstract

As the elements of regional goverments East Java DPRD  has an important role in order to improve the citizents welfare, therefore it is expected DPRD activities can be widely known by the people of Jawa Timur. The official website of East Java DPRD, named www.dprd.jatimprov.go.id provide information about council’s activity agenda,council organization structure, digital library, task and responsibilities and parliament news is expected to provide an overview about DPRD activities.According to the interview with the staff of East Java DPRD, there is a broken link in the current website. DPRD Jawa Timur currently planned to improve the current website, therefore DPRD requires feedback for the evalution. The solution give is by conducting a study about analysis of the influence of website quality towards user satisfaction. The analysis is based on Webqual 4.0, according to (Barnes & Vidgen, 2003) Webqual 4.0 is one of the methods of measuring website quality based on user perceptions. WebQual 4.0 consist of 3 categories namely Information Quality, Service Quality and Usability, but in this study added 4th category called User Interface Quality(Hasan, 2014). All of 4 variables will be used as a reference to construct the questionnaire, the results of this research Information Quality,Service Quality and User Interface Quality has a positive influence towards user satisfaction. Further recommendations are given in the form of  Graphical User Interface (GUI) design to improve the website.

Abstract

PT. International Stars is a company engaged in the field of distribution that produces sandals and shoes urrently PT. International Stars already has about 400 retail stores that market slippers and shoes. Related to the number of such shops PT. Stars international must monitor the performance of the store with all aspects of assessment include: aspect of revenues, customer satisfaction, as well as aspects of aspects of the performance of the employees at the store. But in the assessment process conducted PT International Stars still use the system manually and computerized and not the result of shaped documents report. So in the manufacturing process and the fulfilment of market strategies will be less fast. In the absence of an accurate assessment of the systems and structured imposes on his old company in response to business growth in the field. Based on these problems, then created a performance assessment application store by using the balanced scorecard method of web-based that can ease the process of assessment and supervision of each store. By displaying the performance results in the form of a nominal or numeric value comparison between stores. Based on the trial results, the performance assessment system of retail stores can help an area sales manager in reporting data for each store with more effective, from the results of the report will also facilitate the operational part in monitoring the results of the development of the whole store.

Abstract

BCA is the bank that provides  the best experience of its facitlity, one of their facility is mobile banking for their customers, it is called  m-BCA, stands for mobile BCA. There are many features on m-BCA, like m-Admin, m-Transfer, m-Payment, m-Commerce, m-Info, and cash withdrawl. Until 2011, the users of m-BCA reached 2.3 million users that take advanteges from it (detikFinance , 2011). The problem is m-BCA now has so many complaints from its users, like errors often occurred on the system and less user friendly. There are also users that encountered problem when it comes to try to login on m-BCA (detikFinance, 2014). Based on the problem and with analysing the successness of mobile banking m-BCA using DeLone and McLean model (2003), it composed by System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Usability, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefit. The Data used in this case is primary data that obtained from questionnaire which was filled by 125 respondents. Then the data is analysed with descriptive analysing to understand the successness of m-BCA and SEM analysing to understand the factors which are affected the successness of m-BCA. The results of this research show that the positive effect of variable Quality System against user satisfaction. System Quality variables have positive influence against the use of. The variable quality of the positive effect of the use of the service. To increase the success of m-BCA then it should improve the quality of Information on m-BCA that will have an impact on user satisfaction so as to achieve kebermanfaatan NET that can enhance the success of m-BCA. Recommendations for m-BCA, namely: 1) to the quality of the system should preferably be developed more flexibility the system so that it can be reached from anywhere, 2) to the quality of service should be improved security.
