Abstract

Jemursari Islamic Hospital has a hospital management information system (SIMRS) in 2013 until now. Inpatient installation information system is a system of admission, hospitalization to hospital. It will be slow, from the beginning of SIMRS implementation until now there are still problems found in the implementation of SIMRS. The problem is the service process that still exists a few stages long, inpatient services in the way available still requires more than 15 minutes have been using information systems, incompatibility of inpatient data with the system, mismatch manual manual report on the system and the nonconformity of the class ordered by the patient with the initial order and the patient's information about the medical record.            Therefore, to overcome the problem above the solution is to conduct an information system audit at Jemursari Islamic Hospital of Surabaya by using COBIT 4.1 method. COBIT 4.1  method there are 4 stages of planning, preparation, implementation and reporting audit. Four stages produce a solution of a hospital management information system (SIMRS) and results for this information. The final value of the information system is 3.91 which has a manageable and scalable meaning.

Abstract

BMT Amal DD cooperative as a syari’ah financial cooperative working a credit unit activity. The process of writing and transaction of the members still uses manual way that is by writing transaction of the members in a big book transaction. This causes many problems, such as the difficulty in finding the transaction of the members because the coorperation clerk has to find the transaction data one by one in every transaction book. Besides that, the calculation process of the monthly instalment and the division of profit can cause new problems. Based on the existing problem, it is needed saving and loan cooperative application which can help solve the problems in BMT Amal DD cooperative. The saving and loan cooperative application will assist the cooperative clerk in finding the data of members transaction, calculating montly instalment, calculating the division of the profit as well as helping to make financial report. The application  of saving and loan cooperative can manage the transaction data in BMT Amal DD cooperative resulting information in the form of members saving transaction, cost transaction report, instalment payment report, operational cost transaction report, profit division report, general journal report, general ledger, balance report, and lost and profit report.

Abstract

SMA Dharma Wanita surabaya is one of senior high school in Surabaya are also trying to improve the quality of education. One of the efforts is having facility library with good service. The Library was run by one staff. Limited have time staff library difficulty in doing the duties of them serving members and friendly and manage a collection of.Based on explanation above, then a library information system was built by. The library's web-based information systems can ease the task of library staff in providing information the catalog data. Members can view the transaction that is being done and suggest collection. This library information systems able to provide transaction reports quickly and can be accessed anywhere. The system can display collection suggestion data and visits conducted by members of the library. As admin staff can print a membership card and the card catalog.

Abstract

The process of learning in high school from year to year changed so quickly and directly proportional with development of technology.  Process of development started from teaching which the source from educators (called teachers) who given to the high school students then changed to be “learn together”. This points are requirements of today students and past student is difference. The today students exist is being called “Digital Native” who students so close with gadget. The devices can be used by teachers and students for learning anytime and anywhere with mobile-based learning applications. Currently, mobile-based application for learning have not standard of learning. Standards learning consist by basic competencies, core competencies, and indicators as a reference of learning contents, exercises, and tasks. There is no standards in other learning mobile-based application it because making a learning application which have standards competencies to display learning contents, exercises, and tasks that can also be used for discussion via chatting. Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian Daerah is a government agency that has the task to make the formulation and implementation of policies and conduct education and training. Currently BKD has managed all employment documents. management is still done manually, the absence of recording of borrowing and return of documents. Problems - problems that arise from the condition of the company above is the loss of archival documents because the return is not returned properly due to lack of loan record. In addition, when searching documents will take a long time ranging from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the number of documents sought. It also happens to not get the document while searching, because when the document is completed lent is not returned properly or misplaced in the process of return. The next problem is the absence of recording while borrowing documents and also returning documents. The problem caused no history of the document whether it has been returned or has not been returned so that the impact when searching the document because there is no document information being borrowed or not.To solve the problem, the Archives Archive Management Dictionary will be created which can record all document management activities

Abstract

UD Eka is a manufacturing company that sells goods as well as raw materials for footwear manufacture such as soles and heels. The products will be sold to several distributors, while for the sale of basic raw materials the manufacture of footwear is marketed to the craftsmen outside the company. In conducting sales activities to customers, UD Eka has problems in providing credit limit to customers who have bad credit record. So that will result in stalled credit payments by customers in the future. In addition, the company also experienced the problem of lack of good oversight of the company's receivables. Based on the problems currently problem, then made a system that can solve these problems. From these transactions can generate accounts receivable age, maturity receivable report, maturity receivable report, customer contribution report, product contribution report, customer sales trend report, and product sales trend report. From the test results, applications that have been made to generate reports related to sales and control of receivables that are expected to assist companies in making decisions related to the number of bad debts.

Abstract

Library is the source of all libraries that exist in an educational institution. This makes the library a benchmark for the quality of an educational institution. With this role, the library becomes the source of all knowledge for students who want to hone their thinking ability to the outside world. Like the current era of globalization rapid development of information technology, so the schools are required to follow the development of information technology in the school library. Library of SDN Klampis Ngasem I Surabaya nowadays, apply the conventional service process that is all the data is still written in the collection and while searching the required data should open the collection's collection, it cause slow in searching data, circulation service or report making. A library also requires a system to collect data, process data, store data, view data and channel good information, one of which is to have high data accuracy. To meet these needs, the business that must be done by the library is the utilization of information technology such as computer along with other library information system application besides the improvement of human resource and system improvement. Kata kunci: Aplication, Library

Abstract

CV Langganan is a manufacturing company in West Jakarta area that has existed since 2001. The company is engaged in the production of jewelry made from gold and gems. The production process is done when the stock in the store has been sold, the jewelry products produced have different specifications between each other. In the process of making jewelry there must be costs incurred by the company, the cost is often known as the cost of production. But now the company in determining the cost of production has not been based on the three elements of the cost of production, namely the cost of raw materials, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs. This resulted in the company having difficulty knowing the value of the profit earned and can not determine the selling price of the product. Based on the impact of existing problems, the company can apply the calculation of cost of production by using the full costing method. By using this method the company can calculate all the elements of production cost into the cost of goods. Based on the results of tests conducted on the application built, states that this application has been able to produce a report on the cost of production.Keywords: Full Costing, Cost of Production, Cost Accounting

Abstract

SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya with a total of 664 students divided into 4 majors, namely majoring in multimedia, light vehicle engineering, audio video techniques, and banking. Light vehicle engineering and audio engineering video have difficulties in asset management, such as borrowing, returns, and maintenance of goods. The staff still uses the logbook that must be filled by the students. The tool man also does not provide receipts for the items borrowed by the students, therefore, making it difficult to track the availability and viability of the goods. In the process of generating the report, the tool man has difficulties in reporting quantities, specifications, clarifications, and feasibility of certain asset items.Based on the above description of the problem, an asset management application was built, which can assist the head of facilities and infrastructure, the tool man, and students in lending, return and maintenance of goods. This application can help Tool man, in the process of creating reports, reduce the loss of goods and simplify the control of goods.From the asset management test results can generate lending reports, return reports, best-selling assets, as well as a list of assets, employees, and students. Keywords: Website, SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya, Asset Management.

Abstract

Toko Yuni is a motor vehicle spare parts store in Central Maluku District that sells goods in the form of motorcycle vehicle tools of Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki brands. Customers mention goods to be purchased to employees, then employees take the goods on display shelves in accordance with customer demand, after that employees record the name of goods, the amount of goods and prices of goods purchased into a piece of paper then calculated using a calculator. The business process is still going wrong when recapitulating daily transactions resulting from missing selling note, it often happens to run out of supplies of merchandise and the goods can accumulate. The solution of these problems is with an application that can record the receipt of goods and sales of goods by applying inventory control using safety stock. with safety stock, inventory will not run out of goods, the system will provide notification in the form of alerts when inventory has reached safety stock.
