Abstract

PT Kasa Husada Wira Jatim is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of various health purposes such as gauze, sanitary napkins, and cotton. Currently on the company there is no process of controlling the raw materials in particular so as to make the company often experience shortages of raw materials at the time will make the production process orders from customers. The above problems required an application of raw material inventory control using Economic Order Quantity to provide the quantity of raw materials must be purchased at a certain period for a minimum fee. And then calculate the Safety Stock to determine the amount of safety stock by comparing the use of raw materials which will then be searched for standard deviation value. The last step is to calculate Reorder Point to find out the value of re-ordering point of raw material at the company. Test result, design of raw material control application yield five reports. The resulting report is customer order report, raw material receipt report, raw material expenditure report, raw material inventory report, and production report. Of the five reports can be used as a reference company in controlling raw materials.Keywords: Application of raw material control, Economic Order Quantity, Safety Stock, Reorder Point.

Abstract

Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya (Stikom Surabaya) is one of the private universities in Surabaya within the scope of Kopertis VII. The problems focus in Stikom Surabaya is on Technical Implementing Units (UPT) that responsible in serving the practical work. Currently, the existing system has not run well, so that information is not conveyed to Head of Study Program, Apprenticeship Supervisors, and Lecturer can’t monitor the progress of student who do practical work. Students of practical work who is too long in the implementation so that when they parents ask about the workmanship to Head of Study Program, Apprenticeship Supervisors, and Lecturer, they can’t said about the truth with the existing practical work . Mentoring schedule of apprenticesjip supervisor is not easy to be known by students so they have to meet apprenticeship supervisor for asking about the schedule. The students do not always write down the due date and the description of mentoring process directly on mentoring form. The problem above has been solved by creating analysis and design of monitoring application of work guidance at Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya. This application has the required data function, generating information and reports related to practical work. The application provides notifications by e-mail to students, academic advisor, apprenticeship supervisor, and PPKP staff. Based on testing results, analysis and deseign of the application, the resulting report is the progress development practical work, progress of the extention students, and practical work guidance card. Application also produce information related to practical work.

Abstract

Website SMKN 2 Trenggalek merupakan sebuah web company profile yang didalamnya terdapat fungsi-fungsi untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar di SMKN 2 Trenggalek. Proses belajar mengajar akan lebih optimal apabila seluruh civitas sekolah memanfaatkan penggunaan website dengan baik. Namun pada kenyataanya tidak semua civitas menggunakan website tersebut. Sehingga pihak pengembang dari website ingin mengetahui faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesuksesan website agar semua civitas memanfaatkan keberadaan wesbite untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Secara umum, penerapan teknologi harus dievaluasi dan diukur tingkat kesuksesan penggunanya. Selama penrapannya, website SMKN 2 Trenggalek belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi pengukuran tingkat kesuksesannya. Solusi dari masalah tersebut adalah dilakukan analisis variabel yang memperngaruhi kesuksesan website dengan menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean berdasarkan presepsi pengguna. Model ini memiliki 3 variabel independen, 2 variabel intervening dan 1 variabel dependen yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kesuksesan suatu teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel kesuksesan website dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) . Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan proposional Stratifikasi pada civitas sekolah SMKN 2 Trenggalek dengan jumlah 96 responden.Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada model DeLone dan McLean dari 96 responden, maka dapat diketahui variabel yang memengaruhi kesuksesan website adalah Kepuasan Pengguna terhadap Manfaat Bersih, Kualitas Informasi terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Informasi terhadap Manfaat Bersih, Kualitas Informasi terhadap Penggunaan, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Manfaat Bersih, Kualitas Sistem terhadap Pengguna, Pengguna terhadap Kepuasan pengguna, Pengguna terhadap Manfaat Bersih.

Abstract

The growing of ICT brought websites as an integral part of organization/company in terms of customer services. It is necessary to measure the website quality to identify end-user satisfaction and obtain the feedback. In this study, the website quality of Trimurti Surabaya highschool is measured using WebQual method. WebQual is an instrument for assessing the quality of websites from the perspective of the customer as the end user. Multiple linear regression is used to examine the association of each dimension of WebQual with user satisfaction. It is concluded that one of WebQual’ dimensions, i.e. interaction quality, does not influence user satisfaction significantly.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by the administration in making payment PMB registration, re-registration and payment of tuition payment per month is still done manually so that the schools often miss evidence of payment has been recorded. Then in making a payment summary report can be spent primarily to determine a decision as anyone who has not made a payment. The solution provided is creating and designing applications operating expenses based education website,because it can minimize recording errors and report transactions that may occur if done manually. Based on the trial results indicate that these applications can be overcome and reduce the problems that occur in the process of education operating expenses. In addition, the application also allows the administration when where a student is late to pay spp system will automatically send SMS notifications to parents in the form of a guardian. Keywords: Payments, Operating Expenses of Education, PG-TK Al-Olive Waru Sidoarjo

Abstract

PT Jasamarga Surabaya-Mojokerto is a toll road entreprise with the main task to build, operate, and maintain Surabaya-Mojokerto toll roads. The Surabaya-Mojokerto toll road passes through 4 regencies (Sidoarjo, Gresik, Surabaya, and Mojokerto) and passes 37 villages with 306.20 hectare of land. PT Jasamarga Surabaya-Mojokerto experience some obstacles in the application of information technology systems. Investments in information technology systems that have been run not support the bussines goals oh the company. Another obstacle is the absence of clustering and priority scale of technology system development. To handle these obstacles, it is necessary to make strategic planning of information system with Anita Cassidy approach for PT Jasamarga Surabaya-Mojokerto. Strategic planning of information system can help companies to implement information technology system that align with business strategy and corporate goals, also can help clustering and determine the direction of development of information technology system.

Abstract

Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya is a college in Surabaya that needs needs in running daily operations, such as the need for alma mater suits, t-shirts, and others. Needs are needed in quantities that are not small. In order to get the minimum price and maximum quality, Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya is a college in Surabaya held several tenders. The bidding process is currently conducted with a jury assessing the bidders by giving points 0 to 100 according to the assumption of the tender jury itself. There is no standardization of points against the assessment criteria. Unlisted or documented reasons the jury gives points against offers from participants. The percentage weight of each criterion is the same, so the actual criterion is more important than the other criterion is considered equal weight. These matters cause the possibility of misstatement of tendering and tender selection.The solution needed to overcome the above problems is the assessment by using scoring system method. Scoring system method is used to assist decision makers in determining the eligibility of bidders to be included in the list of alternatives to tender winner selection. To minimize the risks of winning the selection of winners in the tender process, it is necessary to calculate the percentage of priority weight.Based on the results of manual scoring system testing and calculation results by the system, obtained the result that there is no difference between the calculation manually with the calculation by the application so that the application can perform calculations accurately. The trial results show three tender reports with three judges and each tender has three participants and the result is between manually and calculated by the application.
