Abstract

Ayopanen is an application-based marketplaces websites engaged in marketing. Application of Ayopanen used to bridge farmers who sell its products and customers that want to buy products from farmers in particular chili. Current customer complain because the price of the retail traders in Chili varies rapidly in a fairly short period of time. The purpose of this research is to make the application Ayopanen for the management of sales transaction-based website in order to make the price of products sold by farmers is not much different when it gets to the customer, because the products are sold in take and Ayopanen managed by the farmers directly and bypass the sales from the farmer to the distributor to the merchants of hunter-gatherers. Trial results show that Ayopanen applications can perform transaction product sales from farmers at a price that is cheaper than the price of a given retail merchants or distributors at this time to the customer

Abstract

CV Remaja Dua is a company in the field of convection. The problem that exists today is that this company only accepts orders as much as 3000 clothes per month, the rest of the company does not accept the work of clothes again. While the capacity of machines and employees can work up to 3536 clothes per month. This is because the company has not optimized the performance of production employees. Another problem is the lack of good production scheduling so companies often experience delays to complete the order. Based on data obtained from 40 orders per month there are 15 orders that are late or about 37% of orders are late in the process. With the existence of the problem, then owner of CV. Remaja Dua wants a production scheduling app that can be used to minimize the delay of the finished time of the order and optimize the performance of production employees. The results of the trial and evaluation conducted, showed that the Design of Production Scheduling Applications at CV Ramaja Dua produces production schedules and distribution of workmanship in accordance with the capacity of each employee. In addition, applications can also increase the maximum number of orders up to 35% of the total maximum orders received each month.

Abstract

The East Java Library and Archives Automation application began operations in 2010 developed by the library automation section and financed by the Government of East Java. One of the library automation applications is library library search application available in three computer units. Collection search apps can browse library collections quickly, but after interviews with 30 library visitors who used the collection search application there are still some problems with the collection search app view. The results of these interviews indicate there are still some look of collection search applications that need to be improved. In order to fix display problems in the library library search application, UI / UX design will be done using WEBUSE Heuristic method. The WEBUSE Heuristic Method can find errors and measure the success of an interface design. The results obtained through the WEBUSE Heuristic method will serve as the basis for designing UI / UX recommendations to improve the look and quality of libraries library search applications. UI / UX design using WEBUSE Heuristic method resulted in 12 interface design designs as a recommendation to improve the interface design of library collection search application.

Abstract

The Information Technology Department of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) has a Service Desk team that is responsible for handling IT service incidents. Handling of IT service incidents is based on experience, knowledge and agreement. Recurring incidents haven't been handled permanently. It  has an impact on the use of resources in handling incidents.The Solution provide is information technology incident management. Incident management planning as a guidance for handling incident or recovery process of IT services. ITIL v3 as a framework used in developing structured work guidelines for incident management processes. ITIL v3 provides a consistent and repeatable process for restoring IT services.The results of incident management planning as a guide to management work in improving the handling of current incidents. The resulting work guide has been adapted to the internal processes of TPS and ITIL v3, so that it can be used directly as a guide in recording incidents, handling incidents, and resolving IT service incidents.

Abstract

Isoplus city ran has one of activity that is running race called isoplus city run at isopluscityrun.com. as long as the website has been implemented, there are 71,3% users that have accessed through a desktop device. there are some problems encountered by users, one of them is users cannot fully get and understand the information like the features and some of contents are too much to comprehend, so incompatible to be accessed with other deviecs. the solution is to develop a user interface at isoplus it run's website using heuristic evaluation methode and find the mistakes also to evaluate the successness of the website. The results of data processing show the level of problem improvement with high priority on the variable user control and freedom, namely assistance when the website error and the number of clicks and the problems in the aesthetic and minimalist design variables are incomplete information. The results of the design development by considering the initial design of the website and the results of the data processing of respondents. The final step is evaluated by the respondents using the heuristics evaluation method, from the ten variables average value obtained is 1.2 from the range of saverity rating value of 1 to 5, the value of 1 is that there is no problem which means the results of the design development that has been done has the level of problem in the category there is no problem in usability. The final results obtained recommendations in form of user interface design in accordance with the needs of the isoplus city run in supporting activities.
