Abstract

Baitul Hasanah Youth Mosque located on Asem Jajar Street, Tembok Dukuh Sub-District, Bubutan Sub-District, Surabaya City has several activities that are often carried out to study Islamic studies, sholawatan and khotmil quran. In the assessment activities, a reduction in the number of assumptions taken as a learning process is carried out. Mosque youth administrators want to bind members to keep getting religious knowledge every time they receive information technology assistance. This research is designed to create a Mobile Learning application that allows users to access learning content without being asked by place and place.Mobile Learning that will be built using the concept so that learning can be done every day with more interesting and motivating applications to do something that can be done to carry out these activities. The data source used in this study was canceled 10 user accounts that have been registered and email verified. Based on the results of trials on each function in the system shows that the application of learning by applying the concept of gamification to the Baitul hasanah mosque youth has been going very well and the results are in accordance with the system design.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Telkom Indonesia as a customer-oriented company certainly must understand and know how important customer assessment of services, agencies or organizations. at PT. Telkom Indonesia has a problem that is Telkom Indonesia does not know about the opinions or customer reviews of IndiHome services on websites and social media. At present Telkom Indonesia only knows customer reviews or opinions through complaints directly or via Customer Service (CS) telephone. Based on the existing problems, the solution is obtained in the form of an application that can display customer reviews whether positive or negative. Customer reviews can be processed words / sentences using the text mining method and words / sentences can be classified as positive and negative classes using the naïve Bayes method. From the results of the sentiment analysis research it can be concluded that the sentiment analysis in this study can display a visualization of the results of the sentiment analysis classification in the form of pie charts and produce a sentiment analysis classification as evidenced by 100% function testing, testing calculations with different values with the same classification, and 100% accuracy testing with predictive value / actual value is True Negative (TN). keywords: Sentiment Analysis, Telkom Indonesia, Naïve Bayes, Text Mining.

Abstract

The Tjoekir Sugar Factory is a subsidiary of the company of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X with its main business being the production of sugar which is located on the road of Irian Jaya, Cukir, Jombang, East Java. The Tjoekir Sugar Factory has 206 employees. every year the employee has a performance appraisal to find out the performance of each employee. Measuring employee performance is done in each unit by using the key performance indicator method. The assessment has several problems, one of which is the result of an inaccurate calculation of employee performance appraisal, so the human resources must re-calculate to justify the calculation. Based on the existing problems, the Tjoekir Sugar Factory requires a performance appraisal application using the key performance indicator method that can support the performance appraisal process of the Tjoekir Sugar Factory employee. The developed application can help several units (human, plant, processing, installation, financial, general resources and quality control) in the performance appraisal process. The design of employee performance appraisal applications developed can help the general manager, managers, assistant managers and young assistants in the process of data processing, assessing and evaluating appraisals and making employee performance appraisal reports.

Abstract

Barunawati High School Surabaya is a high school located at Jalan Perak Barat Number 173 Perak Utara Pabean Cantian District, East Java 60165 Surabaya City under the Barunawati Biru Foundation. At the Barunawati High School in Surabaya the teacher performance appraisal process is still subjective because the teacher performance appraisal is only assessed by the principal directly by considering the assessment criteria. Teacher performance appraisal has not referred to Permendiknas No. 16/2007 concerning standards of academic qualifications and teacher competencies. Teacher performance appraisal does not yet have an assessment history that impacts the difficulty of school principals to see teacher development so far. In addition, the results of the calculation of teacher performance are still many errors because it is done manually. The solution to be made is, a web-based application that can simplify the teacher performance evaluation process. The teacher performance appraisal process will use the Graphic Rating Scale method and refer to the Ministry of Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on the standards of academic qualifications and teacher competency. In this Graphic Rating Scale method the performance appraisal will be assessed by the principal's principal, the teacher as himself. The trial results show that this application can provide calculations in accordance with the Graphic rating scale method. And can conduct assessments in accordance with the rules set by No. 16 of 2007 concerning the standards of academic qualifications and teacher competencies. In addition, the application can also provide a historical assessment of teacher performance.

Abstract

The pharmacy installation at Jemursari Hospital in Surabaya tasked with serving the patient’s medical needs. There are several problems in pharmaceutical installations today, one of which is management of medicane procurement. For now the management of medicane procurement at the RSI Surabaya is based on estimated, this cause uncertainy how many medicinal products must be ordered, and when the time for ordering medicane. In addition, the uncertain number of medicane request every week result in confusing in the pharmaceutical departement in procuring medicane. The solution of the problem is making a medicane procurement application that will help the pharmaceutical departement to procure medicane in the future. The information provided to the pharmaceutical departement will be in the form of forecasting the procurement of medicane using the double exponential smoothing method. Provides information when the medicane must be ordered again using the Reorder Point (ROP) method. Provide minimum stock information that must be available in the warehouse using the safety stock method. For application design using the SDLC method. Based on the result of application testing that uses the black-box testing method with sellenium tools using 22 data test case, 100% results are obtained so that the application for determining medicane procurement is in accordance with the needs of the hospital.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Husada Utama (RSHU) Surabaya dalam menciptakan perawat yang professional, maka setiap perawat RSHU Surabaya harus mempunyai sertifikat terhadap setiap tindakan keperawatan. Dalam proses sertifikasi pada RSHU Surabaya dimulai dari perawat mengajukan kompetensi yang akan diujikan. Setelah itu perawat melaksanakan uji kompetensi sesuai dengan skema yang sudah ditentukan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) perawat. Kemudian asesor akan melakukan penilaian dan menetapkan hasil kelulusan kompetensi. Pada uji kompetensi RSHU Surabaya semua proses mulai dari pengolahan data, pendaftaran, skema kompetensi, perencanaan, sampai penetapan hasil semua masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Akibatnya dapat menurunkan produktifitas RSHU Surabaya pada proses uji kompetensi karena membutuhkan waktu yang ralatif lama serta tidak terujinya semua elemen atau Kriteria Unjuk Kerja (KUK) yang seharusnya ada pada tiap unit kompetensi karena pada saat skema kompetensi tidak sesuai dengan SKKNI dimana hal ini nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kompetensi perawat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah membuat aplikasi uji kompetensi yang dapat melakukan skema kompetensi sesuai dengan SKKNI dan mengkomputerisasi semua proses uji kompetensi. Hasil dari aplikasi uji kompetensi perawat menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun dapat melakukan skema kompetensi sesuai dengan SSKNI dan dapat mengkomputerisasi proses uji kompetensi.Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Uji Kompetensi, Standar Kerja Nasional Indonesia

Abstract

Estimated cost of the software project is very important for the government before the project tendered. The government must determine the HPS (Harga Perkiraan Sendiri) by surveying the price of the project in each region. Because there is no specific regulation related to the HPS itself in the presidential regulation. Perpres No. 70 of 2012 explains that HPS is only for the procurement of goods or services and there are no specific regulations related to HPS for software projects. Therefore, the government has difficulty determining the estimated total value of software development projects. based on these problems, the application of determining the cost of a software development project was built using the COCOMO II method. The application built can determine the estimated total value of a software development project using the COCOMO II method before the project is tendered. So the government is easy to determine the HPS in each software development project.

Abstract

SMK Ketintang Surabaya is one of the private SMK located on Jalan Ketintang 147-151 Surabaya. Every year SMK Ketintang opens registration for prospective new students. The process is carried out with new students or parents of new students coming directly to the SMK and filling out the registration form. The process resulted in the accumulation of registrants, the process of checking prospective students' data and payments tended to be slow, there was a discrepancy of data written in the registration form with those recapitulated by the PPDB committee, archives in physical form that were prone to data loss and damage, the work of the committee piled up causing late confirmation to the principal and the slow process of announcing the admission of new students. The solution that will be made is, an application for developing rules driven workflow management system for new website based student admissions. This application has features such as file checking, recording, reporting, archiving, and announcements to speed up the process of accepting new students. With this application made helps improve the performance of those who handle the registration process. This application also helps in archiving documents that are converted into data. The acceptance of new learners is also easier in managing student data and making reports. The results of the trial application for the development of rules driven workflow management system on the acceptance of new students of the Surabaya-based SMK Ketintang website were able to assist in the management and archiving of new student registration data and the ease of distributing related documents for immediate approval.

Abstract

SIAM is a web-based academic information system application at WR Supratman University in Surabaya with the aim to provide information about students' academics. From the results of a review of the SIAM similarweb application, there were fewer visitors due to the unattractive and less responsive user interface / user experience on the smartphone display, whereas the number of users through smartphones reached 78% more than users accessing via a PC. Besides that, from the results of the questionnaire to 30 users, it is known that the appearance of SIAM when accessed via smartphone 84% of students stated that the application still looks less attractive and still does not look neat. The solution of this problem is to design a user interface / user experience that is specific to smartphone devices using the Lean UX method, consisting of 4 stages namely Declare Assumptions, Creat an MVP, Run an Experiment, Feedback and Research. The test was conducted on 30 students of WR Supratman University. From the First iteration it is known that the success rate of the prototype reaches 85%, while the second iteration reaches 92% which indicates an increase in the user interface / user experience from before. This shows that the prototype produced is good enough in terms of user interface / user experience so that the prototype can be easily used on a smartphone display
