Abstract

The production of raw materials is an important component in the Sablon Garment Surabaya for the smooth operation of production is highly dependent on the existence of raw materials. Therefore, the state of production of raw material in the warehouse Sablon Garment Prints must be really well-run, so that data ordering, receiving, and expenditures can be stored safely. Current conditions in the warehouse Sablon Garment Surabaya still a lot of data loss, data ordering, receiving, and expenditures are still not recorded properly.To solve the above problems, the storage and data recording of raw materials need to be converted into digital data and computerized form. To meet these needs, the application needs to be made on the production of raw material procurement Sablon Garment Surabaya. Stages of making this application begins with communication, planning, modeling, construction, and operation. Once tested, the application of the procurement of raw materials for production can produce digital data in the form of data of raw materials, supplier data, employee data, city data, the data for the brand, administrator data, ordering data, data on revenues, expenditures data, reports reservations, reception reports, expense reports and statement of changes in stock. Keywords: Keywords: Applications, Raw Materials Procurement, Raw Materials Booking.

Abstract

Owner Estimate (OE) is the price of goods or services what is calculated based on the expertise and data that can be accounted for. Determination of OE for software projects until now is guided by the Indonesia Presidential Decree No. 70 of 2012, which only describes OE for the procurement of goods, construction projects, consulting services, and procurement of other services. In that regulation does not specifically explained the determination of OE for the software project. So in this case Committing Officer (CO) as a constituent of OE have adversity to determining OE for software development projects. Based on these problems then built the application of determining owner estimates (OE) price for the web-based software development projects, which the method calculation used for effort estimation is Use Case Points (UCP). Built application will be able to perform the calculation of Unadjusted Actor Weight (UAW), unadjusted Use Case Weight (UUCW), Technical Complexity Factor (TCF), and the Environmental Complexity Factor (ECF). Then from these values, the application will calculate the effort estimation that continued with the process of calculating the direct costs of personnel. Further, the application can also calculate the direct non-personnel costs, profits, taxes, up to the cost estimation. From the testing and evaluation conducted, the application can generate value Unadjusted Actor Weight (UAW), Unadjusted Use Case Weight (UUCW), Technical Complexity Factor (TCF), Environmental Complexity Factor (ECF), effort estimation, direct cost of personnel, direct cost non-personnel, profits, taxes, and cost estimation. So that can be concluded that application can be used to calculate the price of Owner Estimate (OE) for software development projects of small and medium-scale governance.

Abstract

One task of Disaster Management Operation Control Center (Pusdalops-PB) is providing support for pre-disaster activities with the aim of anticipating the danger by collecting, processing and presenting data and disaster information. One of these activities is to assess the danger as the building blocks of contingency plans. However, there are problems such as difficulty in processing hazard assessment due to the lack of precise parameters.To overcome the problems faced, then Pusdalops PB need to create a web-based system that can assess the danger of the disaster in East Java. This system can be accessed by the informant through the medium of the web and SMS by sending the information and parameter values of the disaster. Information and values will be used as input parameters in the system do a hazard assessment.With this application can help the Pusdalops PB in assessing the danger of the disaster in East Java. Hazard assessment can be seen in a daily report that shows the value of the dangers of disasters. Informants can transmit disaster information and parameter values into the system to do a hazard assessment. This application can help BPBDs in the area in knowing the development of hazard assessment of the disaster.

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center is a laboratorium company in  Dharmawangsa number 66 and 70 Surabaya. Parahita has applied infromation technology which integrated and centralized to increase the customer satisfaction and service quality that is called Parahita Information Systems (PARIS). However, the problem in the application of PARIS is no transaction data saving overall and some time difference result between the output and input in the application. So far, the root of the problem is unrecognized.                Information System Audit which refers to COBIT 4.1 audit standard is applied to overcome the problem. COBIT 4.1 audit applies ISACA audit steps. The steps are preparation, planning, implementation and report. The types of audit are financial and customer perspectives. The financial perspective consist of two aims of business, eight aims of TI and twenty processes of TI. The customer perspective consists of four aims of business, thirteen aims of TI and twenty three processes of TI.                The result of information system audit application has 3,63 in financial perspective. It can be called as Defined which means information system activities in the company as standard work procedures and communicate through formal activities. In addition, it is found the invention and reccomandation for improvement and development system.

Abstract

Adi Husada Nursing Academy is an educational institution in the field of nursing that conducts Diploma lecture 3. Adi Husada Academy Surabaya was established in 1983 and located in Kapasari street Surabaya. During this time, academic difficulties in the recapitulation of attendance of students and lecturers as well as the academic value of the students. This is because the recapitulation is done one by one from the report of 183 lectures. While the recapitulation of academic value of students should be done by selecting one by one with the name of the students with the subject followed. From the existing problems of administrative applications required courses that can assist in the process of recapitulation of attendance of students and lecturers as well as the academic value of students. Recapitulation of student attendance is used to know the status of students in the examination. Based on the results of trials that have been done, the application successfully assist in the process of recapitulation. This journal discusses the outline of the academic application design lecture at Adi Husada Nursing Academy Surabaya.

Abstract

Abstract: Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com are companies involved in online markets and malls. To respond to opinions, criticisms and complaints, Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com have a website platform that reviews the services and services offered by the three companies. The website platform is named priceprice.com. The type of comment is a large amount of unstructured text. This condition can cause online shopping companies to miss useful information from a collection of text documents.The setimen analysis is specified in this case study to rank the popularity of online shopping sites in Indonesia. In this study only discussed three online shops, namely Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli.com.This case study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method with k-fold cross validation testing to ensure data accuracy. The Naive Bayes method is used because it is more suitable in the operation of sentiment analysis in this study compared to other methods. In this study Lazada is the most popular online shop compared to Bukalapak and Blibli.com. Based on calculation accuracy naïve bayes uses k-fold cross validation for Lazada to have an average 96,5%, Bukalapak 93,9% and Blibli 89,7%. Keywords: Lazada, Bukalapak, Blibli.com, Naive Bayes

Abstract

This research aims to design and build academic administration information system web based at Ta'miriyah senior high school in Surabaya. On this research analysis and design of the system using the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall. This methodology includes a number of phases, namely the stage of system analysis, system design and implementation of the system. The data used in this architecture is data grade X period 2015-2016, an active teacher data, and the data subjects that have been designated by the Administration. The results of this final project is design and build academic administration information system web based that can be used by parents to monitor their children activities in relation to the information school administration. For further development may be suggested to make android-based system as well as the added summary and download report Administration information.

Abstract: PT. Superintending Company of Indonesia (Persero), or better known by the acronym PT.Sucofindo, is an Indonesian state-owned enterprises engaged in the field of inspection, supervision, testing, and assessment of export and import goods. SUCOFINDO produced a products in the form of a certificate. The problems that exist in the print process, certificate is archieving number of certificates paper are still done manually and requires a long time to recapitalize a number of certificates paper. To solve the above problems, by applying design certificate data recording application, which to make the printing officers seeks in the archives certificate number certificate paper, tracing certificates paper use and report the use of paper certificates per period. Keywords: Sucofindo, certificate, certificate data recording

Abstract

Abstract:  The selling process of computers in CV. Data Baru currently ongoing manually. So far the sale of computers in CV. Data Baru can be done directly or indirectly. For the direct sale customers can come directly to the store, while for the sales are not directly usually customers ordered the stuff by telephone and email.The impact to the customers who are derived from out of town have to wait to certainty whether there were any supplies of ordered computer. Catalog computer information also could not be known directly by customers. CV. Data Baru need an application that can do the computer selling process. Application designed is expected to ease CV. Data Baru in the online computer selling process. Application designed to produces information report sales of computer, payment customers report, and reports supplies computers.
