Abstract

Letter is an important document in Surabaya High Court because it supports the business process activities Surabaya High Court. Therefore, the data must be complete mailing, distribution and storage should be timely letter should be well ordered. The conditions at the Surabaya High Court incomplete data writing letters, distributing archives are often delayed because of the long groove applies a system or procedure is too complicated. To solve this problem, so the storage and recording of the letter needs to be converted into digital data and computerized. To meet these needs it is necessary to be made application mail handling incoming and outgoing mail at the Surabaya High Court. Stages of making this application begins with communication, planning, modeling, construction, and operation. Once tested, the application management of incoming and outgoing letter can handle the recording process incoming letter, handle the disposition of incoming letter, handle the process of making a number of outgoing letter as well as recording your outgoing letter so, can generate data incoming letter, the data disposition, the data outgoing letter, and several reports including archiving reports, statements disposition, disposition tracking reports, and reports of outgoing letter.

Abstract

PT. International Stars is a company engaged in the field of distribution that produces sandals and shoes urrently PT. International Stars already has about 400 retail stores that market slippers and shoes. Related to the number of such shops PT. Stars international must monitor the performance of the store with all aspects of assessment include: aspect of revenues, customer satisfaction, as well as aspects of aspects of the performance of the employees at the store. But in the assessment process conducted PT International Stars still use the system manually and computerized and not the result of shaped documents report. So in the manufacturing process and the fulfilment of market strategies will be less fast. In the absence of an accurate assessment of the systems and structured imposes on his old company in response to business growth in the field. Based on these problems, then created a performance assessment application store by using the balanced scorecard method of web-based that can ease the process of assessment and supervision of each store. By displaying the performance results in the form of a nominal or numeric value comparison between stores. Based on the trial results, the performance assessment system of retail stores can help an area sales manager in reporting data for each store with more effective, from the results of the report will also facilitate the operational part in monitoring the results of the development of the whole store.

Abstract

Rejeki Glass Shop is one of the stores located in Jl . P.B. Sudirman 186 , Banyuwangi . Rejeki Glass Shop is a store that sells one of the important ingredients in the construction of a building is glass . Glass itself is very diverse , ranging from kind to the thickness of the glass .The problem arises when the order of glass pieces found in large numbers . Order in bulk piece of glass is glass for the windows of the building or the tank . In the cutting process , often resulting inaccuracy in analyzing the pattern. As a result the rest of the glass produced less minimal . It can only be known when calculating and describing the specific , from the patterns to be cut . After the comparison is known that there ineffective and inefficiencies cutting . Problems like this are often referred to as the cutting stock problem .Design Applications Cutting Stock Optimization Methods Integer Linear Programming In Rejeki Glass Shop, is expected to improve the cutting process becomes more effective and efficient . Abstract

Isoplus city ran has one of activity that is running race called isoplus city run at isopluscityrun.com. as long as the website has been implemented, there are 71,3% users that have accessed through a desktop device. there are some problems encountered by users, one of them is users cannot fully get and understand the information like the features and some of contents are too much to comprehend, so incompatible to be accessed with other deviecs. the solution is to develop a user interface at isoplus it run's website using heuristic evaluation methode and find the mistakes also to evaluate the successness of the website. The results of data processing show the level of problem improvement with high priority on the variable user control and freedom, namely assistance when the website error and the number of clicks and the problems in the aesthetic and minimalist design variables are incomplete information. The results of the design development by considering the initial design of the website and the results of the data processing of respondents. The final step is evaluated by the respondents using the heuristics evaluation method, from the ten variables average value obtained is 1.2 from the range of saverity rating value of 1 to 5, the value of 1 is that there is no problem which means the results of the design development that has been done has the level of problem in the category there is no problem in usability. The final results obtained recommendations in form of user interface design in accordance with the needs of the isoplus city run in supporting activities.

Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) or PT. Pelindo III is a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in the sector transportation. Duties, powers and responsibilities of this company is to manage the public ports in seven provinces in Indonesia. PT. Pelindo III has a vision "To be the perpetrator prime harbor service provider, is committed to spur national logistics integration". The company uses information systems and information technology (IS/IT), today the development of the IS/IT companies to only fixed requirements of this moment can be seen from the development of the IS/IT to meet the demand of the concerned division, not based on the vision, mission and goals of the implementation of IS/IT. PT. Pelindo III have adequate IT infrastructure but are not used efficiently, the impact occurs the gap between IT and SI because it is not clear how the selection process and management of IT infrastructure. Companies in some periods also perform change management due to several factors, one of which is the change in the business environment this triggers for change management (update) in the IS / IT are there but do not pay attention to the condition of the existing SI, this has resulted in some SI often experience decreased performance.To resolve these problems,  needed solutions that look different elements within the company as a whole as a whole and have architectural principles as the basis for the development of the IS / IT that is enterprise architecture planning (EAP). By applying EAP many benefits PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia  III (persero) as an enterprise.

Abstract

PT Gemah Ripah Loh Jinawi Industri (GRLJI) is a fertilizer industry company which produces two types of products; phosphate and dolomite. Thecompany has quite large business process in ordering the fertilizer products from customers, manufacturing raw materials until delivering the accomplishes products to the customer back. However, in raw manufacturing process still has disadvantage like there is no control in specific inventory of raw materials which could make disruption production process in financial losses. It relates to the raw materials’ and customers’ schedule order late to deliver.Raw materials quantity should be bought in certain period with minimumcost. Then, calculate the Safety Stock in order to determine the amount ofinventory security by comparing the use of raw materials and searching the value of deviation standard. After that, calculate Re-order Point (ROP) which used to determine the value point of re-ordering raw materials. It was need an application control of raw materials by counting the total minimum quantity and calculating of raw materials stock amount and procurement as a safe point in production process. Economic Order Quantity method (EOQ) used to provide the quantity of raw materials which should be purchased at certain period with minimum cost.Based on application trial result by using the data synopsis which knownby the company in limited period, it is about 1 month or 4 weeks. The Datashowed the EOQ value, the Safety Stock, and the ROP on each formautomatically. The application also could help the data processing and controlthe raw materials processing faster. It was made the raw material inventorycontrol process scheduled without interrupting the production process.Keywords: Economic Order Quantity, Inventory control, application, fertilizer,raw materials

Abstract

Sales transactions is a major transaction on the CV. Loka Karya Sidoarjo, poor existing system can make the process these transactions into long and lead to additional costs, and can reduce the profits derived by an enterprise. Many companies are still using Microsoft Office Exel as the main database of the various transactions that exist, so companies get very limited information to be used as reference for future decision making.The solution to overcome these problems is to create an information system able to manage the sale of goods that all transactions in the company accurately, quickly and easily with a desktop base. Based on trial results information system that has been done with CV. Loka Karya hence the presence of these can provide a CV. Loka Karya in the data management process of selling goods to generate reports or accurate information, helping companies in the goods receipt data management and overcome bad credit problems. All the features available in this program can make the company into increased productivity and mitigate the risks that occur.

Abstract

The Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya as one of the collages in Indonesia is obliged to carry out the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, that were education, research, and community Service. In the activities of research and community service, The Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya has formed department that called Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PPM). The problems that occurs was PPM Department hasn’t media for monitoring performance and also have experienced complication in collecting data because of two separate data sources from The Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya and the Directorate of Higher Education (Dikti). Dikti provides facility in the form of a web service portal Management Information System for Research and Community Service (SIM-LITABMAS) to retrieve data on research and community service. The solution offered is to build a dashboard that can display performance information visually of PPM Department in accordance with performance indicators. Additionally to build a system that can synchronize data with SIM-LITABMAS via web service. The research proves that through performance dashboard for research and community service has been created, PPM Department can synchronize data with web service of SIM-LITABMAS and than see the performance of PPM Department interactively according to performance indicators.

Abstract

PT. Indo Bismar Komputer is a distributor company of computer devices which sells and services computer spareparts. On service section especially on service administration section have some problems in receiving service device record that wrote directly into paper manually which caused data redundancy. Other problem is service administration did confirm to customer about customer's device status only based on service administration's memory that cause customer's device overstacked on service section, slower service response, unsatisfied customer, lack of customer trust, services income isn't optimal, inaccurate reports from not fixed service fee.Based on problems that faced on administration service staff, a solution for those problems is making an application for PT. Indo Bismar Komputer which used for computer spareparts sales, measures and monitoring how much technician’s income from services.Main purpose of this research application is generating an output into services income tech report which used to measure how much tech income, overall services income report, services transaction report and spare parts selling report with income target within periods which have decided by the owner of PT.
