Abstract

Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Surabaya currently uses E-Perfomance application to measure employee performance appraisal and monitor the activities of employees. The E-Perfomance application is used starting in 2015 and made many changes every year. Since the beginning of the use of E-Perfomance application until now has not been evaluated the acceptance in applying the application. Therefore, in this research, there is an acceptance analysis of E-Performance application with Technology Acceptance Model 2 method consisting of Subjective Norm Norm, Image, Job Relevance, Output Quality, Result Demonstrability as independent variable, while dependent variable include Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Intention to Use, Usage Behavior and moderation variables include Experience variables.

Abstract

CV . Azaria is a company engaged in manufacturing , which produce furniture products. Production will be carried out if the customer has sufficient orders to be produced . Production model that is currently done is to work on orders received will first be produced in advance. Production models like this will cause problems when the number of orders a lot . This will cause the production time becomes longer , causing delays in the completion of the order.Selection of appropriate models of production in accordance with the objectives to be important . Therefore we need a media that can provide optimal production models . Because the machines are owned by the work center , then the priority rules can be applied to the production model selection.By using the model of production appropriate to the purpose or parameters to be achieved then the problem of delays can be minimized. The use of priority rules in production scheduling to optimize production activities on the CV. Azaria.

Abstract

CV.Permata is a child store with the name of Nikita Baby Shop. CV. Permata located in Gotong Royong street No. 25E, Babat Lamongan. In 2015, sales of CV. Permata instability.CV. Permata must be expanding their sales to get more profit. Based on interviews, CV. Permata do not want to using social media such as facebook and instagram to selling their products. The shortage of facebook and instagram, customers got difficult to booking the products. Of the CV. Permata problem, CV. Abstract

CV. Rahayu Sentosa established in 2012 and during the four years of existence, the company is engaged in the manufacture of customer orders emphasized on making the mold as well as some support work that is precision parts, construction and manufacturing. Starting from just a machine Cutting & Bending plate, now the company has grown and has several machines include CNC machining centers, EDM, turning, and milling.Problems on the CV. Rahayu Sentosa today is there are still some deficiencies in calculating the cost of production of the mold in any orders from consumers so they can not produce a definite price to determine the price of finished goods and how costs are used by the company in making the product. In determining the prices of goods produced, the process of determining the prices of goods are still based on estimates and view pricing of goods by companies engaged in the same field. Whereas goods produced by CV. Rahayu Sentosa are goods that are produced with the accuracy of modern machines and has a precision specifications and adequate quality. On the other hand in calculating the cost of production should be charged the cost of materials, labor costs and factory overhead costsThis resulted in the selling price charged to consumers are not in accordance with the price expected by the company. So that the company's profit in the year 2014-2015 experiencing instability with a decrease in profit of thirty per cent in the manufacturing mold. On the other hand, failure to achieve the company target due to the age of the firm of less than five years, requires the company to frequently hold exhibitions about the company's products outside of the city to be recognized by consumers. This has an impact on the mobility of the company to be able to do pricing quickly and precisely.                Based on these problems, the authors make the application of determining the cost of production by using web-based job order costing. Determining the cost of a web-based production can solve the problems on the company today among other things, determine the selling price of goods customers, facilitate the calculation of the cost of production of goods customers by engineering the company's current enterprise mobility is high, as well as enable customers to order goods with web-based applications.

Abstract

Currently, the competition in the catering industry is very competitive. This is indicated by the increasing number of catering industries. Catering Bu Sri is a home catering business that serves orders for boxed rice and tumpeng for various events. Catering Bu Sri provides a varied food menu, including 5 kinds of rice, 20 main side dishes, and 13 side dishes. The problem that is often faced by customers and Catering Bu Sri is, customers are confused about choosing food menu to order into one menu package, the catering staff must choose the food menu according to customer criteria, and the time needed to select or recommend a food package according to the criteria is quite long, is about 15-30 minutes. The solution based on these problems is by making a decision support system for selecting food packages using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The process carried out is by filtering the data based on the criteria for the number of menus and the level of vegetarianism, then combined to become a food package. Combination results will be filtered based on 75% to 100% of the customer's budget. Analytical Hierarchy Process method will be used to determine the priority weights for each criterion, and Simple Additive Weighting method will be used to determine global priority by multiplying the value of all alternatives on all criteria by the average value of the criteria. Based on the test, the system that has been created can help customers and the catering party in selecting or recommending food packages according to the criteria and speeding up the time for selecting food packages by 60 to 90 times from the previous process.

Abstract

               Setiap tahun Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (Disperdagin) Kota Surabaya melakukan proses penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai, namun masih terdapat permasalahan pada proses penilaian tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil survey dan wawancara, permasalahan yang sering dihadapi yaitu jangka waktu proses penilaian hingga pembuatan laporan hasil penilaian yang memakan waktu 3 - 4 minggu. Permasalahan berikutnya yaitu saat proses pembuatan laporan hasil penilaian yang tidak bisa dilakukan dengan cepat karena kepala bagian kepegawaian harus menunggu seluruh hasil penilaian terkumpul.              Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka, diperlukan sebuah aplikasi penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai negeri sipil berbasis web yang mampu membantu Disperdagin Kota Surabaya dalam melakukan penilaian prestasi kerja hingga proses pembuatan laporan penilaian.Dari hasil uji coba penelitian ini, aplikasi sudah dapat mempercepat proses penilaian hingga 5 hari. Adanya fitur upload dokumen dan penggunaan dokumen digital sangat membantu pada saat pengumpulan dokumen dan pada saat proses penilaian. Laporan hasil penilaian dapat diakses pada saat itu juga tanpa harus menunggu seluruh hasil penilaian terkumpul. Aplikasi penilaian dapat diakses oleh pengguna melalui laptop atau smartphone.

Abstract

PT. Gery Anugerah Tours & Travel is a travel agency company located in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. PT. Gery Anugerah Tours & Travel is here to serve the needs of customers for services ticketing domestic and international flights. The management of the company is promoting superior service to customers. In 2013 and 2014 the company experienced a very rapid increase in the sale of airline tickets, with increasing sales then give a positive impact to the company so that the company provides to the customer convenience in transaction using cash or credit. Given the ease of appearing an obstacle in the form of ticket sales related record keeping became sloppy in filing into sales reporting. Ticket sales transaction records that are not neatly arranged this represented a loss of 12% of the records of the sales and the loss of customers who have previously made booking tickets. Any problems that occur, it will be created an information system that will govern the sale of tickets as well as ticket sales reporting company, in order to eliminate the losses incurred earlier. Abstract

Civil Service Agency (BKN) Regional Office II is an organizational unit of government. To support the implementation of the basic tasks BKN Kanreg II uses a system of information in the form of websites. But the interest of website visitors BKN Kanreg II considerably less than they had hoped, can be seen until 11 February 2016, with an average of 150 visits per week. This is far from the expected parties BKN Kanreg II which has a target of 350 visits per week. BKN party Kanreg II had never done an evaluation of the website owned in terms of quality.In the evaluation process, the measurement of the quality of the website BKN Kanreg II using WebQual 4.0. Variables used in this study include Usability Quality, Information Quality, Interaction Quality and Quality Website variables. The population used is the BKN employees Kanreg II and Disnaker with a sample that used as many as 161 respondents.Results from the study showed that variables Usability Quality has a greater influence than the variable Information Quality and Quality Interaction variables with the t value of 3.241. Recommendations generated in this study is the BKN Kanreg II further improve the website in terms of usability, in order to get a better quality website.Keywords: WebQual 4.0, Quality, Usability Quality, Information Quality, Interaction Quality, Website Quality.
