Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia in its production, has a variety of machines that each day will perform a poction. With the continuous machine performance of PT Semen Indonesia will do the Overhaul of the machine owned. For now in the stage of scheduling Overhaul conducted by the company is still in a stage that lacks support because the software used can not update directly with SAP and still use Excel. In scheduling using SAP there is an issue where Software cannot determine the number of days present in the scheduling, unable to determine Shift, without filling in the PIC field and the Vendor Activity field keep running following Shift. The impact of the problem is that the process is disadvantaged at the time of the report generation and the lack of information. With such problems the company wants to create and implement a system scheduling Overhaul production machines. In the system can determine the number of days, can determine the Shift and also application demands to provide information at the time of the report generation.                Based on the test results of the Overhaul scheduling application with the Staff Department Of ICT and Staff Management Service Development, the results of the system can be easier to determine the number of days and Shift and the system can determine The selected vendor.Keyword: Website, Scheduling, production machinery, overhauls.

Abstract

Dogs are common animal that found as pets in Indonesia. Indonesia as a tropical country has a high humidity, where fungi and parasites easily to multiply on animal skin. The fungi and parasites are one of the causes of dog skin diseases. Worsely, dog skin diseases can be transmitted to other animals as well as humans. When dog skin diseases are not treated properly they can excruciate the dog condition, because it can lead to the emergence of other diseases simultaneously, and it can even bring the dog to death.The limitation informative tools in identifying dog skin diseases can cause retardationin handling the disease. In this work, we provide an expert system to identify the dog skin diseases and give suggestion as to how to handle it. The skin diseases in dogs have similar symptoms between each other. The degree of belief of the symptoms determines the disease identification.Hence, in order to accommodate the identification process, an expert system is built by using the certainty factor method.Based on the result,it is shown that the expert system is able to identify dog skin disease with 91.67% accuracy derived from the twelve tests. The tests were done by the appointed expert in this area.

Abstract

PT Goldfindo Intikayu Pratama is a company engaged in the production of furniture, such as furniture for household and office supplies. The company's main processes namely, marketing and sales, purchasing, and production. Problems faced by the company is the systems and information technology (SIT) that failed to implement because it can not help in running the business processes of the company, so it can not align business processes with existing SIT. The failure in the implementation of the SIT cause the company suffered losses in developing SIT. Efforts are needed to improve the situation is to make strategic planning SIT, it aims to be able to align the company's business processes with SIT. Therefore, this study uses the stage Anita Cassidy and using analytical methods such as value chain analysis, SWOT, Five Forces Model, Portfolio McFarlan, Owners Estimate that can help identify and analyze SIT that is consistent with the company's business. The results of this study in the strategic planning documents STI which includes 12 SIT projects, the total estimated cost of Rp 192 900 061 SIT, SIT portfolio, there are directives SIT developments and there is a SIT roadmap for the next 3 years starting from 2017 to 2019.

Abstract

CV Langganan is a manufacturing company in West Jakarta area that has existed since 2001. The company is engaged in the production of jewelry made from gold and gems. The production process is done when the stock in the store has been sold, the jewelry products produced have different specifications between each other. In the process of making jewelry there must be costs incurred by the company, the cost is often known as the cost of production. But now the company in determining the cost of production has not been based on the three elements of the cost of production, namely the cost of raw materials, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs. This resulted in the company having difficulty knowing the value of the profit earned and can not determine the selling price of the product. Based on the impact of existing problems, the company can apply the calculation of cost of production by using the full costing method. By using this method the company can calculate all the elements of production cost into the cost of goods. Based on the results of tests conducted on the application built, states that this application has been able to produce a report on the cost of production.Keywords: Full Costing, Cost of Production, Cost Accounting

Abstract

Marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura is owned by Pabrik Sehat Tentrem Jaya Lestari. Marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura have to distributed and to marketed product of Pabrik Sehat Tentrem Jaya Lestari within Madura Island regional. Problem that show by process at marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura specially administration of distribution and financial is physical based data documentations which if broken then should remake the new document. Solution of the problem is to design an application of administration of distribution and financial which is function to maintenance data of sales, payment’s data, goods distribution’s data, and data of financial. Based on testing system, the application capable to executed the administration’s function at marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura. The application is capable to be developed become information system of marketing management’s with added accounting and return of goods processes.

Abstract

Abstract: MC Store is a Cosmetic Shop that sell the various types of cosmetic since 2008. MC Store Company increased from 85 (Eighty Five) product become 320 (Three Hundred Twenty) product. In the selling system now, Have a weakness as a costumer have difficulty in search the product and hard to find the information product and less attention metrosexual behavior because metrosexual people sometimes to be shy if come to the real store. MC Store also difficult for searching product report many buyers, report stock and turnover sales report.To solve the problem, I make selling system have features information providers product explanation (Product Explanation), recommendation up selling, searching product features, Purchase and Payment, Make a report sort good stuff, Daily stock, Selling transaction and Selling profit.From the evaluation system, The system can showing the information product explanation and the cover all attribute explanation product, Explanation the benefit of product and give the recommendation of value for the consumer, Give the explanation product have expensive price from the other (Up Selling), Provide the features searching, Purchase and Payment, Give goods selling reports, Product stock, Selling transaction and Selling profit.

Abstract

The cause of low yield of soybean in Indonesia, among others is a disease. To find out what disease that attacks soybean crops needed an expert in the field of agriculture. Disease that often impairs the soybean plant is rust. In addition to lowering the yield, rust disease also potentially lower the quality of soybean seeds. In addition to these there are many more diseases that are present in the soy plant. Expert system for soybean disease defines is one alternative to detect disease of soybean. The method used is rule based system and forward chaining method. The system will be made to provide an unbiased decision about the type of disease affecting soybean and handling. Web based system is built in order to spread information more accessible. Result of the application that have been tested by three expert crops by conducting interview and application testing performed eight times on each trial expert. Based on test result obtained from 24 experiments by expert is 22 times the experiment successfully identified soybean disease and two trials did not identify soybean disease. The trial result concluded the expert system can determine soybean disease based on symptoms in plant soybean.

Abstract

Decision support system of promotion is a system that helps the decision maker in determining the right staff in getting a promotion speed and validation in processing the information is one requirement needed by the support of the decision to be able to minimize the risk it. Analytical Hierarchy Procces (AHP) is one method that is aimed at making information to support the decision of the decision maker.AHP method works by composing a complex problem and multiple criteria into a hierarchy structure, in which each level is filled with a certain element. The method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).SDLC has a cycle to develop or create a system by starting from one stage to the final stage and back again to the early stages of forming cycles.The results of the study produced is expected to support the decision maker in determining the employee who received a promotion.

Abstract

Library of the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya (Surabaya Stikom) has website. Stikom Library website is a digital library of Stikom Surabaya with system online that was released in 2008. Stikom Library website Surabaya ranks to 2,839 in Indonesia, according to Alexa Uniform Resource Locator (URL) www.alexa.com. After Stikom Library website has never been implemented evaluation of system quality, information quality and service quality of Stikom Library website by the end user perception as feedback to the organizer website.By success analysis of the Stikom Library website as an evaluation and input or consideration for the libraries Stikom Surabaya in knowing the system quality, information quality and service quality. Analysis of the success of this method of information system success DeLone and McLean by analyzing the variables of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, and net benefit of Stikom Library website. Results of research by distributing questionnaires on a sample of 198 college students, showed that the System Quality variable positive and significant impact to User Satisfaction. Variable Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on use. Variable User Satisfaction Using positive and significant impact on Net Benefit. And the variable Service Quality had a significant influence on Net Benefit variables through mediating variables User Satisfaction. Stikom Library Surabaya should further improve the information related to library services and systems Stikom Library website.

Abstract

kemahasiswaan.dinamika.ac.id is a website from the student affairs section of the Dynamics University which contains important information for students. According to information from the head of student affairs, the website has never been evaluated for usability and redesign of the appearance of the website based on user needs. To determine user needs, the author has conducted a website usability evaluation questionnaire to determine the level of usability and user pain. Based on the problems obtained, an analysis and design of the user interface / user experience (UI / UX) has been carried out on the Undika student website using the google design sprint method. From the test results, it was obtained the results of statements from respondents stating that the UI / UX design was attractive, it was easy to find out the existence on the website, and the use of colors that was comfortable to use. With these results, it can answer problems based on user's pain. Overall, the implementation of the google design sprint method has resulted in a UI / UX design that suits user needs and answers crucial questions based on the problems obtained from the usability evaluation with the Website usability evaluation.
