Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are (1) Is there any influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Job Motivation at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (2) Is there any influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (3) Is there an Effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Employees With Motivation as Mediation Variables at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim. The objectives of this study are (1) To find out the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Motivation at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (2) To determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (3) To find out the Effect of Job Satisfaction Towards Employee Performance With Motivation as a Mediation Variable at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim. The type of research used is associative research, this study uses variables of job satisfaction, work motivation, and employee performance using 10 indicators. The population in this study were all employees at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, amounting to 356 employees. In this study, samples were taken from as many as 155 respondents with the area sampling method (cluster) sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection method used in this study is the postal questionnaire method. The data analysis used is qualitative, which is quantitative by using the path analysis technique. The results showed that (1) there was a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee motivation at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (2) there was a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim, (3) there was a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance with motivation as mediating variable PT Kirana Permata Muara Enim

Abstract

Ridho Allah SWT, conveyed by the Prophet Muhammad through Islam for the good of humanity. Everything has been arranged in Islam about every line of life from the largest to the smallest. Islam also helped regulate how humans in the field of finance. Islam with a sharia base has increased interest. Companies including sharia-based financial institutions have also experienced a fairly rapid increase to date. In Indonesia, sharia -based companies are companies engaged in finance, especially banking. The operational activities of sharia -based companies do not stand alone, in the composition of capital, and their products will be related to various external parties. Based on the results of the explanation above, this article aims to analyze the implementation of audit in the perspective of sharia through the study of the results of previous studies on sharia audit practices in Indonesia. This study is a literature study research using a descriptive analysis approach. Discussion on the implementation of competency and the role of sharia auditors in Indonesia. From the discussion above it can be concluded, that the implementation of audit can be carried out but constrained in terms of quantity as well as the quality of sharia auditors in Indonesia.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to analyze the effect of macroeconomic and bank performance determinants toward Non Performing Loans (NPL) of Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Indonesia during the period 2020-2021. The objects of this research are 26 Regional Development Banks. Macroeconomic variables that are used are regional economic growth and inflation. Then bank performance variables that used are Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and loan growth This research uses panel data regression analysis method and goodness of fit test (t test, F test, and R-squared test ). Based on the result of model selection test by using Hausman test, Random Effect Model is the appropriate model for this research. The estimation result shows that simultaneously regional economic growth, inflation, LDR, CAR, and loan growth have significant effect to NPL. Partially, only loan growth has significant effect to NPL with negative association. Meanwhile, regional economic growth, inflation, LDR, and CAR have no significant effect to the NPL of Regional Development Bank (BPD) during the period 2020-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management accounting on decision making at Bank Sumut Aek Kanopan Branch, North Labuhan Batu Regency. The independent variable in this study is Management Accounting. The dependent variable in this study is decision making. This research uses population studies or census studies. The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to all employees at Bank Sumut Aek Kanopan Branch, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency. The results of the study partially show that the application of management accounting at Bank Sumut, Aek Kanopan Branch, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency has a significant effect on decision making.

Abstract

The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is one of the indicators of the success of the economic growth. As a developing country, Indonesia has a moderately good economic growth because it increases from year to year. This study to find out the effect of world oil price, inflation, and net exports to economic growth in Indonesia. This study employed the quantitative approach. The data were secondary data in 1980-2015. The data analysis technique in the study was the time series data analysis using the OLS (Ordinary Least Square). The results of this study indicate that the variable oil prices and net exports have a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. This can be interpreted if the oil price and net exports increase, the economic growth in Indonesia will also increase. While the inflation and dummy variables have a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. This can be interpreted, if inflation and dummy increase, then economic growth in Indonesia will decrease

Abstract

The development of science and technology affects all areas of life, including the business sector. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy in increasing sales volume at Sushi Geprek Bidadari. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study show that the strategy undertaken to increase sales volume of Sushi Geprek Bidadari is by first paying attention to what products will be sold by paying attention to who the market segment is, by paying attention to the level of products sold in the form of sushi with variations of geprek chicken, geprek eggs, geprek indomie with variant levels 1-0 whose market segments are children, youth and adults and product classification by always arranging merchandise neatly, to make it easier for owners to serve consumers. Second, setting the right price and not too expensive and considering product quality, which will affect profits and business sustainability. The price set in the bidadari susi geprek business is in the general price range, while the profit sometimes increases, sometimes decreases or is unstable. Meanwhile, to maintain his business, the owner of Sushi Geprek Bidadari makes variations of Nisi Sushi that are different from sushi in general. Third, distributions include consumer information obtained from the social media of Sushi Geprek Bidadari and prices for sushi products written on the menu. Fourth, promotions include sales promotions by promoting via WhatsApp, Instagram and GoJek. The strategy used by the owner of Sushi Geprek Bidadari is quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of apparatus competence, internal control systems, accountability on the management of village fund allocations with community participation as a moderator of village officials in the Mranggen District area. The research method used in this study was quantitative by distributing questionnaires to village apparatus respondents in the Meteseh village area, Boja sub-district. Accountability is an important thing for entities to have, both business and government entities, as a form of accountability to shareholders. The government is an organization whose job is to serve the community. In the private sector, accountability will appear automatically if an entity has issued or is in the process of issuing securities on the capital market and the entity controls assets in a fiduciary capacity for a large group of people.

Abstract

In this era, education is a key factor that must be considered in order to break the cycle of poverty. Higher education will also encourage work to be more productive. Women are a gender that part of the workforce who need good education and health support so that their productivity increases. This study aims to determine the role of women in overcoming the national poverty rate. The data and variables used include the poverty rate, the number of female workers, the average salary of women, the number of female workers with high school education and above and the number of women who were attended by trained medical personnel during childbirth in all provinces in Indonesia in 2008-2013. As a result, the average salary of women has no significant effect on the level of poverty. Meanwhile, other independent variables based on statistics have a significant influence in reducing the national poverty rate.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the sports development system in early childhood education through the infrastructure approach and training model applied to early childhood. The specific goal to be achieved is to create training models along with supporting facilities and infrastructure that can be used in the development of sports at an early age that are able to overcome limited funds and space, as well as provide safety, comfort and encourage children's desire to move in supporting their multilateral skills. It is hoped that the products and training models from this research will obtain Intellectual Property Rights so that they can be used nationally. This research is research and development (Research and Development) with research subjects from kindergarten to lower grades of elementary school (1-3). The stages of development are carried out by: 1) analyzing the information that has been collected, 2) planning the research, 3) developing the initial product, 4) expert validation and revision, 5) large-scale trials and revision of the final product. The research subjects were kindergarten and elementary school students in several schools in Metro City with a total of 100 students. Data were collected by observation using observation sheets and open questionnaires, interviews with material and media experts, teachers and audio-video recording studies in the field. The data obtained were analyzed in stages: 1) data reduction, 2) data classification, 3) data display, 4) data interpretation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of interpretation that is implemented in Samber Park Metro City Park and to analyze efforts to implement City Parks as educational tourism objects through the concept of interpretation. This study applies a qualitative methodology to Metro City Parks in the period October~December 2022. The results show that Metro City Park managers have implemented personal and non-personal interpretations in supporting the function of City Parks as public and cultural facilities as well as educational tourism objects. As well as the government's efforts to build a stage in the Samber Park area so that it can be used as a means of increasing education about art in Metro City. However, Park staff considers several aspects necessary for interpretation practice. For example, visitors who explore around the park without being guided by park staff can reduce the quality of the tourist experience. Park staff should also evaluate issues such as facilities not having information labels and labels that are too short and unclear and not using international languages. This study proposes five models for the development of interpretation, namely digital-based information management models (websites and social media); models of strengthening cooperation and partnerships; model of identification and evaluation of nonpersonal interpretation; personal and nonpersonal interpretation integration model; and collaboration and partnership models. This research increases the urgency of interpretation in supporting education-based tourism. This park offers an experience for visitors to see the historical atrium of the metro city and carry out educational and experiential learning activities while traveling.
