Izdihar : Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah, published by Study Program of Sharia Economics Universitas K.H. Wahab Hasbullah, can be said as new academic journal dealing with the theme in Indonesia. The subject covers textual and fieldwork studies with various perspectives of Islamic economics, Islamic public finance, Islamic finance, Islamic accounting, Islamic business ethics, Islamic banking, Islamic insurance, Islamic economic thoughts, Islamic human resource management, Islamic microfinance, Islamic development economics, Islamic monetary economics, Islamic fiscal economics, Islamic capital market, and other relevant themes. Thus, Indonesian and non-Indonesian scholars have enriched the studies published in the journal. Although not from the beginning Izdihar presents highly qualified scholarly articles, improvement—in terms format, style, and academic quality—never ceases. Now with articles written in Indonesian, Arabic, and English and with the fair procedure of peer-review, Izdihar continues publishing researches and studies pertinent to Islamic finance and economics with various dimensions and approaches. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model bisnis berbasis kearifan lokal yang melibatkan santri dalam pengelolaan usaha Teh Genuk. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelibatan santri dalam usaha Teh Genuk sudah ada, namun belum berjalan secara sistematis. Model bisnis yang dikembangkan menggunakan kerangka Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang dimodifikasi untuk memasukkan nilai-nilai lokal dan prinsip spiritual. Uji coba model menunjukkan bahwa santri mampu menjalankan peran operasional dan promosi dengan bimbingan. Evaluasi dan revisi dilakukan berdasarkan masukan dari ahli dan pelaku usaha. Model akhir terdiri atas nilai dasar, panduan implementasi, struktur operasional, dan strategi pertumbuhan. Model ini diharapkan menjadi panduan aplikatif dalam memberdayakan santri sebagai pelaku usaha berbasis kearifan lokal.

Abstract

The development of information technology has increased the use of social media among high school students. Social media is not only used for communication and entertainment, but also for spreading Islamic values and halal product information. Factors such as Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and halal literacy are assumed to influence consumer interest and satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic social media, FOMO, and halal product literacy on consumer interest and its impact on consumer satisfaction among students of SMA Negeri 2 Bone. This research uses a causal associative quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires. The sample of this study consisted of students from SMA Negeri 2 Bone and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS. The results show that Islamic social media and halal literacy have a positive and significant effect on consumer interest, while FOMO has no significant effect. The three variables do not directly affect consumer satisfaction; however, consumer interest has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Consumer interest also mediates the effect of Islamic social media and halal literacy on satisfaction, while FOMO does not among students of SMA Negeri 2 Bone. Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer legal protection in gold pawn (rahn emas) products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Binjai from the perspective of Islamic economic law. The method used is a normative juridical approach by analyzing laws and regulations, DSN-MUI fatwas, and related legal documents, without involving direct interviews. The results of the study indicate that although the rahn emas product has fulfilled formal legal aspects, there are still weaknesses in information transparency, collateral valuation, and contract (akad) education for customers. Information asymmetry and the lack of dispute resolution mechanisms show that legal protection has not fully reflected the principles of justice and public welfare (maslahah) in Islamic economic law. This study recommends strengthening internal regulations, improving consumer education, and implementing sharia-based dispute resolution mechanisms so that consumer legal protection can operate optimally. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap program kewirausahaan di PNS Al Qomar Nganjuk. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap program kewirausahaan di PNS Al Qomar Nganjuk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Locus of Control (X1) dan Self-Efficacy (X2) terhadap Kewirausahaan (Y). Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner skala Likert kepada 60 responden yang merupakan siswa laki-laki dan perempuan di PNS Al Qomar Nganjuk. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan meliputi pengujian validitas dan pengujian reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Dari hasil analisis ini, ditemukan bahwa variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel dependen.
