Abstract

Syarikat Takaful Indonesia (Takaful Indonesia) in 1994. The research method used in this research is literature study (Case Study) analyzing from books or various studies that have been done previously. This study aims to critically examine sharia insurance and what will happen in the future? The result of this research is that the birth of Takaful Indonesia as a holding company for PT Asuransi Takaful and PT Asuransi Takaful Umum, the first Life and General Sharia Insurance in Indonesia, is the result of commitment and concern for various elements of the nation towards the development of the sharia economy, especially sharia insurance in Indonesia. According to OJK data, as of November 2019, sharia insurance assets against conventional insurance showed a figure of 6.17% or Rp 44.75 trillion (OJK, 2019). To improve and enhance the promotion of the sharia insurance market, support from all parties, be it the government, industry and stakeholders, especially in an effort to increase sharia insurance literacy effectively and massively through socialization of public education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Entrepreneurship Learning on the Entrepreneurial Spirit of MA Al-Ihsan Kalijaring Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang Students. Researchers use survey research, and researchers choose a quantitative approach. Researchers use simple linear regression to calculate the effect of effectiveness in their research. From the results of research at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ihsan Kalijaring Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang, it has attempted to increase entrepreneurship learning among students through entrepreneurial subjects, as evidenced by the many supporting subjects that have been given to facilitate students to train their skills, so that the entrepreneurial spirit increases and after After graduating, they are able to become entrepreneurs who create their own jobs, not just looking for work. Abstract

Indonesia’s development Banking is increasing from year to year. Since the enactment of Law Number 10 of 1998 which states the existence of a dual banking system and the 2003 MUI fatwa concerning banking interest rates prohibition, this is a strength for Islamic banks to continue to grow. This very significant Islamic banks development is proof that Islamic banks are getting closer to the community. The people of Sidoarjo Regency themselves have their own interest in saving at Islamic banks, whether it is seen from the products they have, their perception of Islamic banks, or the motivation for the community in Sidoarjo Regency to save in Islamic banks. This study is a quantitative study that analyzes the effect of perception, motivation, and product knowledge on interest in saving in Islamic banks. The sample in this study found 71 respondents, namely the people of Sidoarjo Regency who have become customers at Islamic banks. The data obtained were processed using SPPS 23. The results of this study indicate that partially perception, motivation, and product knowledge affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks. Abstract

The research objective is to serve as a source of information regarding the influence of NPF, FDR, CAR, BOPO, on ROE of Islamic commercial banks. knowing the effect of Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Capital Adquacy Ratio (CAR) to Return On Equity (BOPO) Operational Expenses and Operational Income (ROE) of Islamic banks either partially or partially simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The population in this study are all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Deep sample This research was conducted by purposive sampling which resulted in a sample of 15 banks General Sharia. The data source in this study is secondary data taken from reports (OJK). Data collection was taken in the Times Series for six years. Data analysis was performed by carrying out multiple linear regression tests with SPSS which includes descriptive statistical tests, Classical Assumption Test, T Test and F Test. This study resulted that the effect of NPF on ROE obtained a T value of -0.538 with a significance of 0.686 so that Tcount > Ttable (2.446) and a significance of 0.686 > 0.05. So that the NPF has a negative effect and is not significant. Influence FDR on ROE obtained a t value of -5.754 with a significance of 0.110 so that T count > Ttable (- 5.754> 2.446) and a significance of 0.110 > 0.05 so that FDR has a negative effect and does not significant to ROE. The effect of CAR on ROE obtained a T value of -7,994 with a significance of 0.079 so that T count < T table (-7,994 > 2,446) and a significance of 0.079 > 0.05 so that CAR has a negative effect and is not significant on ROE. The effect of BOPO on ROE obtained a value of -29,744 with a significant 0.021 so that T count > T table (2,446) is significant 0.021 Ttable (691,841 > 2,446) and a significance of 0.029 > 0.05 so that simultaneously NPF, FDR, CAR and BOPO had a positive and significant effect on ROE Keywords: : NPF, FDR ,CAR, BOPO, Islamic Bank

Abstract

Poverty is a global issue faced by many countries in the world, including Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of poverty in Indonesia by measuring the financing of Islamic banking, education, health, TPAK and inflation against the level of poverty in Indonesia. The data source used is panel data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the 2010-2020 period. Data analysis used panel data regression with Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM) Approach processed with E-Views 10. The results of this study indicate that the estimated model chosen in this study is Fixed The Effect Model shows the results of the Islamic Banking Financing, RLS, UHH, TPAK and Inflation variables that have a significant effect in a negative direction on the level of poverty for the RLS variable that has a simultaneous effect on the mission level while UHH has a significant effect in a negative direction. This means that if there are independent variables simultaneously, then the level of poverty in Indonesia is increasingly leading to change. Whereas in the simultaneous test the prob value of the F-Statistic is 0.000000 <0.05, which means that the five independent variables simultaneously influence the level of poverty in Indonesia. And the Adjusted R-Square value is 0.987540 which means that 90% of the Islamic Banking Financing, RLS, UHH, TPAK and Inflation variables in this study are able to explain the poverty rate variable in Indonesia. While the remaining 10% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang efektivitas pengelolaan dana sosial umat oleh Yayasan Asy-Syafi’iyah dalam upaya pemberdayaan anak yatim di Dusun Rejosari Kelurahan Benowo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana yayasan ini berhasil dalam mengelola dana sosial dan dampaknya terhadap pemberdayaan anak yatim di komunitas tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Yayasan Asy-Syafi’iyah memiliki pendekatan yang terarah dan terukur dalam pengelolaan dana sosial umat. Dana tersebut digunakan untuk mendukung pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pengembangan keterampilan anak yatim. Dampak yang dicapai meliputi peningkatan akses pendidikan, kesejahteraan fisik dan mental, serta penguatan kemandirian anak yatim. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan dana, koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait, dan pemantauan dampak jangka panjang. Dalam kesimpulannya, pengelolaan dana sosial umat oleh Yayasan Asy-Syafi’iyah di Dusun Rejosari Kelurahan Benowo memiliki efektivitas dalam pemberdayaan anak yatim melalui pendekatan yang terstruktur. Diperlukan upaya berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang muncul guna memaksimalkan dampak positif dalam jangka panjang bagi anak yatim dan komunitas secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi CSR pada PT. Pertamina Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode observasi melalui website Pertamina dan beberapa sumber data lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Pertamina Indonesia menerapkan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang didasarkan pada kepedulian sosial dan lingkungan. Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ini diterapkan dalam berbagai kegiatan atau program diantaranya adalah bidang pendidikan yaitu beasiswa Sobat Bumi, Beasiswa Afirmasi dan Beasiswa Pertamina Vokasi, beasiswa ini tersebar di kampus-kampus nusantara seperti ITERA, UNPAD, UI dan sebagainya. Kemudian di bidang kesehatan Pertamina memberikan bantuan penanganan gizi buruk di Medan, Padang, Pekanbaru, Jakarta dan lain-lain. Selanjutnya di bidang infrastruktur ini Pertamina memiliki program bedah rumah, program tahun ini berlokasi tepatnya di Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Selain itu progam pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia yang diberikan oleh Pertamina yaitu program Pertamina Berdikari yang beroperasi di wilayah sekitar perusahaan. Lebih jauh lagi Pertamina juga menjalankan program pemberian bantuan dari dampak bencana alam, serta menjaga dan melestarikan lingkungan. Dari penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan dan bagi sosial maupun lingkungan. Dengan adanya penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility ini dapat memberikan hubungan baik bagi perusahaan dan sosial lingkungan, bagi perusahaan mampu meningkatkan reputasi dan kredibilitas perusahaan dan bagi sosial lingkungan mampu meningkatkan kualitas SDM serta mampu mengolah lingkungan agar tetap lestari hingga dapat diambil manfaatnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dan mitigasi risiko imbal hasil pada produk dengan akad Tijary di BSI KCP Bangkalan Trunojoyo. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data bersumber dari hasil wawancara, dokumen, serta dokumentasi berkenaan dengan analisis pengelolaan risiko imbal hasil. Didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa pengelolaan risiko imbal hasil pada produk dengan akad Tijary jenis Natural Uncertainty Contract(NUC) di BSI KCP Bangkalan Trunojoyo dalam pengelolaan risikonya melalui tiga tahapan yaitu identifikasi, penilaian, dan pencarian solusi yang menjadi landasan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif dalam mengelola risiko imbal hasil. Proses mitigasi BSI KCP Bangkalan Trunojoyo melalui dua proses. Pertama yaitu fase pencegahan yang mencakup pemantauan terhadap risiko imbal hasil dan penerapan kebijakan yang aman, fase kedua adalah fase pengendalian dan penyelesaian yang melibatkan evaluasi internal dan komunikasi terbuka dengan nasabah sebagai strategi meminimalkan dampak potensial risiko imbal hasil.

Abstract

Dalam menjalaankan bisnis diperlukan strategi untuk dapat menjalankan bisnisnya dan bertahan ditengah persaingan dalam dunia bisnis. Salah satu strategi yang harus dipakai suatu perusahaan atau penjual bakso adalah strategi untuk membangun dan meningkatkan konsumen. Industri kuliner saat ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang cepat di Indonesia, terlihat dari intensitas promosi yang kini melibatkan media sosial, televisi, dan internet. Belakangan terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam komersialisasi informasi kuliner melalui berbagai saluran media, terutama di platform sosial, yang tidak hanya memperkenalkan keanekaragaman budaya, tetapi juga ragam masakan khas suku bangsa di Indonesia. Dalam konteks ini, industri wisata kuliner tumbuh pesat di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, termasuk di antaranya adalah keberadaan bakso. Karena pada strategi ini memberikan dampak positif sebuah perusahaan, salah satu bentuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dalam bentuk penggunaan strateginya yang harus dilakukan oleh penjual bakso seperti Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Tepat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan mengenai produk, promosi, harga, dan tempat diharapkan sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan pelanggan dan penjual diharapkan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran sesuai ketentuan Islam. Dengan pengimplementasian secara Islam, pelanggan akan merasa nyaman dan akan loyal terhadap Depot Bakso Pak Rin. Penerapan 4P Strategi Pemasaran pada Depot Bakso Pak Rin sudah terlaksana dengan baik dengan menerapkan pemasaran Islam atau Syariah Marketing Mix. Kata Kunci Bauran Pemasaran, Syariah Marketing Mix, Depot Bakso Pak Rin.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study is to describe the implementation of the concept of halal tourism in the tourist attraction of Gus Dur's cemetery area and to determine the influence of the concept of halal tourism both partially and simultaneously on the economic empowerment of civil society in Tebuireng Jombang. This type of research is quantitative. The results of this study shows that: There is an influence of the concept of halal tourism (Ad-din, An-Nafs, Al-"Aql, An-Nasl and Al-Maal) on the economic empowerment of civil society. This statement is proven by regression tests. In the F test table with a value of 6.737 >2.08. And significant values of 0.000 < 0.05. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. And in the T test table with results of 4.648 > 1.960 and significant values of 0.000 < 0.05. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Keyword: Halal Tourism, Economic Empowerment and Civil Society.
