Diabetes Mellitus A chronic (chronic) disease in the form of a metabolic disorder characterized by the appearance of wounds accompanied by a discharge that smells bad from the feet, type 1 diabetes mellitus, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and gestational diabetes mellitus, therefore it must be treated immediately since early appearance of symptoms. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem, namely by designing a web-based computer system that uses databases and programming languages ??such as PHP-MySQL so that it can help diabetes mellitus patients to diagnose the disease. The purpose of this study is to build an expert system for diagnosing diabetes mellitus based on a web. An expert system that adopts the knowledge of an expert so that it can solve a problem like an expert. The reason for using this certainty factor is because it can provide fairly accurate results obtained from calculations based on the selected symptoms, is able to provide answers to problems that are not certain of the truth such as the problem of diagnosing Diabetes Mellitus and with this method it gives an expert confidence by providing a confidence value in accordance with expert knowledge. The analysis and design of the system used are Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Flowcharts. The system will give an order in the form of selecting the symptoms experienced, namely what symptoms are experienced. Then the patient chooses the symptoms experienced. The system will provide diagnostic results based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. The results of the diagnosis are the type of diabetes mellitus experienced and the treatment solution and what percentage of the patient's likelihood of suffering from the disease

The One-Stop Manunggal Administration System (Samsat) in South Medan is one of the government agencies in charge of providing public services in the form of administrative documents and directly to the community. However, the system that runs at the company is still semi-computerized, especially in determining the transfer of non-employees (honorary) to permanent employees, so that the determination of non-employee transfer decisions is very difficult to determine. The process of assessing non-employee transfers is carried out manually by evaluating non-employee performance in terms of time discipline, absenteeism, length of work, work experience and the latest education from honorary so that the value obtained is less accurate and inefficient because errors often occur in determining the value of non-employees. . The non-employee transfer process is carried out based on subjective assessments, and direct non-employee transfers are carried out based on the daily life of non-employees. In non-employee mutations it is still not well coordinated, this is because non-employee mutations are carried out based on reports received from the head of the section. Thus, the process of making non-employee mutation reports takes quite a long time and the reports received are less accurate. The purpose of this research is to build a system to help predict the performance value of non-employee employees whether it is in accordance with the criteria and to build a decision support system that can assist the company's human resource management in the non-employee transfer process.

The most food crops planted by farmers, one of which is rice, which is one of the crops for food needs in Indonesia, rice plants are plants that are very much planted by farmers due to the basic needs of Indonesian food for the main food source. However, this rice is easily attacked by rice pests which are harmful organisms with the necessities of life to need shelter and food for the rice plants that are cultivated by farmers, attacks by rice pests that make the economic producers of farmers low as a result of such a large pest attack. to the plant. With the use of Augmented Reality technology for the introduction of rice pests and will facilitate the delivery of pest information in the form of virtual 3D animation and inform various types of shapes and pests that attack rice plants, the use of this Augmented Reality application that uses markers to bring up 3D objects that can detect markers with a distance of 20-30 cm by using Vuforia to register images on the vuforia website. With this application it helps people to recognize the effects of pest attacks that have damaged the rice plant, by building this application it will help people who are not familiar with the type of rice pest to become familiar with it so that it will make it easier for people to see rice pests virtually in the form of 3D animation that will be displayed from the 2D marker detected from the cellphone camera

PT Arma Anugrah Abadi is a company engaged in bakery which is quite large in the city of Medan and has several branches in the city of Medan. With large companies in the process of production, they have equipment, equipment and a large enough workforce in the production section. The production is large enough to require maintenance in checking the damage to the Heng Wei GOM 200 toaster machine. Based on the observations made, the lack of public knowledge about the toaster machine causes the bread business actors to experience problems in running their business, and with the delay in handling the business, the business has stopped. with the problem of a broken bread machine. In this case, we need a method that is capable and tested in detecting damage to the toaster machine to conclude the results of the decision using the Expert System concept. An expert system or known as a knowledge based system is something that is meant to take decisions or solve problems to detect malfunctions of a toaster machine. The Expert System method can be developed in an effort to detect damage to the Heng Wei Brand Toaster Machine Type GOM 200 by using the Bayes Theorem method. The results of the Bayes theorem method can detect damage to the toaster machine on a toaster machine by calculating the uncertainty of the data to be certain or detect a malfunction

Indonesia is one of the most active Twitter users, so Twitter can be used as a medium to analyze e-learning topics. Studying at school is one of the things that have been affected by the current Covid-19 pandemic. On March 4, 2020, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Educational Organization) recommended that schools adopt a distance education system that allows teachers to reach students remotely and limits educational disruption on social networks. This study aims to answer public opinion that focuses on social media Twitter on this online/distance learning policy. Sentiment analysis is conducted to determine whether opinions on an issue have a positive, neutral, or negative trend value and can be used as a benchmark to improve a service. Sentiment analysis using the k-Nearest Neighbor method with Twitter data as much as 7800 tweet data that has been previously processed and achieves the best accuracy value of 53.03% with a comparison of training data and test data of 80:20.

The continued increase in the number of cat owners is not matched by the relatively small number of veterinarians. Cat owners often can't tell that their cat is sick. The limited time and availability of veterinarians made the delay in handling the cat which resulted in the disease getting worse. Not a few keepers are confused when their cat looks gloomy, weak, and doesn't even know the cat is suffering from pyometra or uterine infection. To be able to solve existing problems, one way that can be done is to use an expert system. The method used is the Bayes Theorem method. The Bayes theorem method is one of the expert system methods that aims to determine the value of certainty in a disease. This study aims to create a computer-based system that can make it easier to diagnose Pyometra disease and can help the Indonesian Cat Association. The results of these problems are in the form of an expert system application to diagnose Pyometra disease in Sphinx cats and get accurate diagnosis results

Pandemic in today, often we feel bored with just at home all day. Not infrequently we try new things to fill your free time. Planting into one of the activities that can be done at home. It does not have to be done in a large place, planting can be done in the home page. The problem of plant sprinklers cannot always be controlled manually in their watering, because decorative plants need different water content so that if too much water or too little water can affect plants. The development of technology is so rapid without us realizing it. More and more tools are made with the aim of being able to facilitate human work. One of them is by making plant sprinklers automatically. With this tool, it is expected that we no longer need to bother to water plants repeatedly. This tool will know when watering must be done, so that the watering of the plant can be more efficient at the time and the right conditions. This tool uses Arduino Uno as a tool control center and soil moisture to measure soil moisture. The system will be in a program ins such a way that in the condition of the moisture of a certain soil water pump engine will live and die automatically.

A text file is a file that contains information in text form. Data derived from word processing documents, numbers used in calculations, names and addresses in the database are examples of text data input consisting of characters, numbers and punctuation marks. The process of sending messages or texts has now become a necessity for everyone through various media platforms that exist as a form of visual message. The large size of the text transmission of course sometimes becomes an obstacle, not to mention bandwidth is also a problem for users in the sending process. One solution to solve this problem is to use compression or compression techniques. Data compression is a method that supports technology in the use of networks for data transmission, data access, and data use. Some of the many compression algorithms that are declared good to be applied to text-based data compression are Byte Pair and Half Byte. The Half-Byte Algorithm takes advantage of the four left-hand bits which are often the same in sequence, especially in text files. Byte Pair Encoding Algorithm is a simple text compression algorithm based on pattern substitution. Both of these algorithms mandate the similarity of data as a compression process using a program that has been created with the Visual Basic 2010 programming language. Visual Basic 2010 is an OOP-based programming language or object oriented programming that utilizes .NET technology which is used to create applications in a work environment based on Windows. Visual Basic 2010 or Visual Basic . Comparative analysis will be carried out based on the results of compression, ratio, and processing time in determining which algorithm is more optimal.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many people lost their jobs, resulting in a decline in the level of the economy in Indonesia, coupled with restrictions on outdoor activities, thus making many people turn to work as home-based entrepreneurs, one of which is in the fishery sector, namely catfish, which is a home-based business. easy but with a promising income, thus creating new catfish farmers who lack knowledge, resulting in many new entrepreneurs failing to harvest, especially in handling diseases that often attack catfish, namely MAS (Motile Aeromonas Septicamea) which results in losses for farmers. From this problem, to make it easier for farmers to detect disease in sangkuriang catfish, an expert system application was designed and built using the Hybrid Bayes Theorem and Certainty Factor method to diagnose Mas disease (Motile Aeromonas Septicamea) and provide solutions for handling sangkuriang catfish. The widespread use of computers, especially in the field of education, is increasing day by day, both users and their uses, This makes multimedia facilities an important supporting tool in all fields, especially in the field of information and communication technology. Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, the development of education must also be more sophisticated. one of them in learning Iqro’ and the law of recitation. Currently, there are still many Muslims who have not been able to read the Qur'an, both children and adults. Iqro 'is a book that contains guidelines for learning the Qur'an in which it is taught how to read good and correct Arabic letters. At this time, Iqro' in book form is still widely used, so it feels less interactive and makes you quickly bored to learn it. Looking at current developments, there is a great need for an Iqro learning application that is even more interesting. Subjected to conventional learning is less effective in its use compared to the media. Media is able to foster children's interest in learning absorption. Therefore, a renewal method is needed in the application of the management of tajwid so that children can more easily understand learning recitation of recitation. The design of the Iqra and Tajweed Law Learning Applications with the SDLC method uses Adobe Flash CS6 software. the results of the design of learning 1qra and the law of recitation with the SDLC method can facilitate children in the process of reading the Qur'an through the iqro' method and the law of recitation.
