Abstract

Corona Virus Deases 2019 (Covid-19), currently, has become a global pandemic.Precautionaltrials of the virus spreading are conducted by washing hands and body-temperature checking frequently. Varius automatic body-temperature checking and hand-washing tools had been marketed widely. Unfortunately, in local community level, both tools are still separated equipment, and even still scarce. Those functions (body-temperature checker and hand sanitizer) in an integrated one toolare needed especially in common places like a university. The presence of Raysikom 2.0 strives torespond the mentioned challenges. This developed deviceis intended to depress the spreading of Covid-19 in local level. The device was developed through an experimental process. It was conducted on September to October 2021 in the Computer Engineering System Laboratory, Bina Insan University – Lubuklinggau. Constructing components of the devices consist of physical components (electronic compartments, container, and frames as well as casing), design, coding and assembling parts. Some main electronical components constructed from Arduino Uno, Ultrasonic Sensor (HC-SR04), Non-Contact Temperature Sensor (mlx90614), pump, mp3, and LCD. The device was developed using fiveprocesses of making such as analysis of needs, mechanical design (hardware), coding, testing, analysis, and interpretation. Results of this research indicate that the established electronical system and testing of Raysikom 2.0 is run well. This device has been utilized in the campus of Bina Insan University to depress spreading of Covid-19 during office hours.

Abstract

Vespa began to be favored by young people, especially the antique vespa, precisely the 1967 Sprint S vespa, this is because this motorcycle has a uniqueness. Unlike other motorcycles, detecting damage to the 1967 Vespa Sprint S is much more difficult than normal motorcycles. In order to make it easier in the process of detecting a damage to the Vespa, a sister system was made, namely the Expert System. Expert systems are usually used to detect damage or detect damage whose symptoms have a probability value or weight obtained from an expert. From this research obtained a system that can detect damage to the Vespa Sprint S 1967 so that it helps every owner of this vehicle in detecting the damage and making repairs to overcome the damage

Abstract

The world was shocked by the outbreak of a new virus that originated in the city of Wuhan, Hubei province in China and has spread to all corners of the world. This virus is Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). The government as a policy maker has imposed new regulations so that everyone can leave the house and do work without having to worry about being exposed to the Covid-19 virus. One of the regulations made by the government is that everyone who will leave the house must wear a mask. However, the use of masks for a long time has the potential to cause headaches to increase respiratory tract resistance caused by carbon dioxide. It is necessary to have a mask that can filter the air properly so that carbon dioxide can come out of the mask directly and not be inhaled again. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to make a tool that can make air or carbon dioxide out of the mask. With existing technological facilities, the problem of breathing in carbon dioxide in masks can be minimized. One example is the MG811 sensor technology where this technology can detect the presence of carbon dioxide in the mask that comes out of human breathing. Based on this, this study discusses the automatic air filter system on an Arduino-based mask. The result of testing and implementing this system is that when the sensor detects excess carbon dioxide in the mask, then the supporting component of the system, namely the fan, will work to remove carbon dioxide in the mask.

Abstract

Digital data security is the protection of private data to prevent unwanted access to computer databases or websites. In this study, cryptographic techniques are used which is a way to enter data. Why data needs to bedigital, it can prevent potential loss, reduce data risk, and reduce crime. In this study, we will optimize the AESalgorithm, the AES algorithm has a linear speed, where the greater the number of N blocks to be executed, thehigher the execution time. The design in this study uses a unified modeling language and mysql as a database. Thepurpose of this study is to implement the parallel AES algorithm for the encryption and decryption process ofdigital data and analyze and provide recommendations for the algorithm that will be used in the future byconsidering the comparison results obtained.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently very fast in various fields of human life. One of the uses of technology is in the field of attendance. Attendance is the most important part in an institution, both educational, health, office and government agencies in supporting monitoring the daily attendance of employees. Klambir 5 Kebun Village is a village located in Hamparan Perak District, Kab. Deli Medium North Sumatra. Currently the attendance process at the Klambir 5 Kebun Village office still uses manual attendance. The use of manual attendance is considered to be less effective because if an employee arrives late, he can entrust his absence with another employee. Seeing this, the researchers designed an attendance system based on Face Recognition. Face recognition-based attendance is an attendance that is carried out using the detection of parts of the human face. Then in the design of an attendance system based on face recognition. With the construction of this attendance system, Klambir Village 5 Kebun can make attendance easier in every condition because it is based, then recapitulating the list of employees present at the village government is easier because it is already stored in a database

Abstract

This study aims to optimize profits and minimize losses from smartphone sales at Wijaya Cell stores that have been achieved in the future. The data used in this study were obtained directly from the Wijaya Cell store by conducting observations and interviews. The Wijaya Cell store is a communication technology that sells smartphones to be marketed to the public. The data that will be processed from the sale of the Wijaya Cell smartphone uses the Backprogation method which is an Artificial Neural Network. The data used is annual smartphone sales data from 2018-2021. From the results of research with training data experiments, it was found that the best architecture was 3-8-1 with 92% accuracy, MSE training was 0.0099974. It is concluded that the Backprogation method can be implemented in predicting smartphone sales results. By doing this research, it is hoped that it can provide input to the Wijaya Cell Shop in optimizing profits and minimizing losses from smartphone sales in the future

Abstract

As time goes by, technology is evolving. The trends and interests of people also follow these technological developments. For example, now more and more mobile applications are developed by companies for people to use. The most widely used mobile applications are usually android-based compared to iOS-based. This is because android-based smartphones are more affordable. The purpose of this research is to design an application, we call MaTif (Creative Student) which is used as a medium for students of Universitas Katolik Santo Thomas to share information on campus. This application also aims to be used by students of the Universitas Katolik Santo Thomasto channel their creativity. This application will be built for devices based on the Android operating system. This research is important because the information and creativity of Universitas Katolik Santo Thomas students will be contained in this application and can help other students on campus to get information and also be inspired by the creativity of other students

Abstract

Office stationery is a necessity that is indispensable in the world of offices and education because it has usefulness in helping and lightening when doing daily tasks in various types of work and circles. This research place sells various kinds of office stationery such as pens, books, pencils and various other types of equipment. Many piles of data that are not used effectively are a problem for Novacom office stationery shop owners. Because of the pile of data, a settlement or pattern formation is needed in order to assist shop owners in determining sales patterns and provide recommendations to shop owners what items are most often purchased by consumers. The algorithm that will be used as an analysis process for office stationery sales is the a priori algorithm to show the results that have met the determination of the pattern of buying office stationery based on sales to consumers

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease or COVID-19 is still a concern around the world. COVID-19 is a new disease caused by a new strain of coronavirus, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2). To control thespread of COVID-19, an effort is needed, namely vaccination. Meanwhile, in recording vaccination achievements,the North Labuhanbatu district government takes vaccination data from health facilities that carry out thevaccination program. The vaccination data is then compiled to be submitted to the North Sumatra provincialgovernment to be processed into information and released to the public. The absence of classification ofvaccination achievement data at the sub-district level is considered less than optimal because each sub-district isdifficult to determine whether the sub-district meets the vaccination target achievement or not. Therefore, analgorithm called K-Means Clustering is used. K-Means Clustering is used to group data based on the similarityof the data so that later it can be used to classify data on achievement of vaccination targets in each sub-districtin North Labuhanbatu district. The results of the classification of the data on the achievement of the vaccinationtarget are visualized in the form of a mapping. The mapping is realized through a web-based GeographicInformation System (GIS). The Geographic Information System of COVID-19 Vaccination in North LabuhanbatuRegency based on Webgis is able to classify data on the achievement of COVID-19 vaccination targets inLabuhanbatu Utara Regency using the K-Means Clustering algorithm where based on the results of the K-Meansiteration calculation, five of the eight sub-districts in North Labuhanbatu Regency North Labuhanbatu district hasmet the achievement of the vaccination target.

Abstract

The range of patient age groups is the age category of the population based on their welfare group. Age group aims to look at certain welfare groups that are dominated by relatively productive age groups or dominated by non-productive age groups, for example, children or the elderly. There are several criteria used to calculate the decision support system, namely age range, type of activity, and number category. In this case the researcher wants to design and make a decision support system application using the comparison of the WP method and the topsis method which aims to determine the age group of patients who visit the most health centers. Researchers will conduct research at the Old Village Health Center with the title "Comparative Analysis of Decision Support Systems in the Range of Patient Age Groups in Health Centers Using Weight Product and Topsis Methods".
