Abstract

This article is motivated by the emergence of negative narratives on technological developments, including artificial intelligence technology. Artificial intelligence technology is often associated as a threat that will threaten the existence of human life. This mindset is certainly wrong and naive, because technology exists to facilitate human performance. This paper wants to explore fundamentally about the origins of artificial intelligence technology and how it is used for the practice of learning Christian religious education both in schools and in churches in the context of developing spirituality by using a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature. One of the goals to be achieved from this article is how artificial intelligence technology can be integrated as a learning medium to form student knowledge as a whole and integral. The final result of this article is expected to give awareness to teachers and Christian clergy that artificial intelligence technology is not a threat so that technology needs to be interpreted proportionally. The success of Christian religious education to shape spirituality that is practiced in schools and churches requires the involvement of teachers as educators, students and the use of technology, because human are integrated to the digital world

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low performance of school administration staff in Sijunjung district. The purpose of this research is to get an overview of the performance of administrative staff. This type of research is a quantitative research, which has a population of 90 school administrators. From the results of the calculation of the sample used amounted to 78 school administration staff. In this study, the instrument used was a questionnaire with a likert scale. Descriptive analysis to calculate the mean value, level of achievement of respondents and categories. Performance is categorized into high category, with an average of 87.14%. The benchmarks for performance are responsibility, cooperation and initiative. For this reason, the performance of administrative staff must be high so that the goals of the organization can run effectively and efficiently

Abstract

The enjoyable, effective, creative, innovative, and active study is a form of study which accentuates the liveliness of students in a way to improve performance. Style and study method provide huge impact to the achievement of study goals. This research intends to describe the implementation of participatory leadership style, accompanied by the strengthening in improving the study liveliness. It applies the Class Action Survey method to A-Class students of Theology study programs in Institute of National Christian Religion - Manado. The data analysis technique applies Miles and Huberman model (2014), such as data condensation, data display, verification and conclusion. Based on the research in 2 cycles, results yielded are the improvement of study liveliness after the participatory leadership style are applied, accompanied by the strengthening in improving the study liveliness. On the early condition, the liveliness only reaches 20.27. Meanwhile, after being proceeded on cycle 1, there is improvement and reaches 45.45. On this stage, the amount of active students is rising. Improvement is also emerged in cycle 2, and it reaches 77.27% of active students. It shows that the 70% of achievement indicator has been achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of a school principal's leadership on the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure at PGRI Enemawira High School, Sangihe Regency. This research uses quantitative regression analysis methods. The sampling technique in this research uses a saturation sample, where the researcher uses the entire research population as the research sample. In obtaining research data, researchers used questionnaire instruments. The data obtained was then analyzed using quantitative regression and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research show that: There is no significant influence between the principal's leadership and the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure at PGRI Enemawira High School, Sangihe Regency. The regression equation in this study is Y = 125.877 + 0.031X.
