Abstract

Introduction: Background: In 2022, 33.77% of Indonesian teenagers reported marrying for the first time when they were between 19 and 21 years old. This statistic comes from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). In addition, 19.24% of teenagers married for the first time between the ages of 16 and 18. The province with the highest rate of child marriage in 2022-10.44% higher than the national average-is East Java Province. Teenagers' attitudes towards early marriage are one of the factors that influence the prevalence of early marriage. Teenagers' views and personalities are reflected in their attitudes. The aim of this study was to compare teenagers' opinions on early marriage before and after they received instructions through leaflets. Method: A one-group pretest and posttest was used in the design of this study. Saturated sampling was used in the sampling process. There were sixty respondents in the sample. The paired t-test was the statistical analysis method used in this investigation Result: Teenagers who received education had 13.3% fewer attitudes before and 0% fewer after receiving education. Paired T-test analysis yielded a p value of 0.000 < α 0.05, indicating a change in teenagers' opinions about early marriage between before and after they received education through leaflets. In summary, there was a difference in the mean scores on the pretest and posttest: the former was 35.08 and the latter rose to 39.33 after schooling. Conclusion: The use of leaflets allows schools to provide education and learning materials on early marriage to teenagers.

Abstract

Introduction: Emesis Gravidarum in pregnancy is one of the complaints that is often experienced by pregnant women in the first trimester. Emesis garvidarum can be overcome, among other things, by consuming food and drinks in the right way according to recommendations, and this is influenced by attitude. Husband's support plays an important role in shaping the attitudes of pregnant women. Research Objective: to analyze the relationship between husband's support and the attitude of pregnant women in the first trimester in dealing with emesis gravidarum in the working area of ​​the Kasiyan Community Health Center. Method: The research design is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach, with a population of 40 pregnant women and a sample of 36 pregnant women using proportionate random sampling technique. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. Result: Based on the calculations, almost all pregnant women received support from their husbands 55.56%, and almost all first-trimester pregnant women had a positive attitude in dealing with emesis gravidarum 55.56%. Conclusion: The Chi-Square test results showed a p-value of 0.009 < 0.05, indicating a significant relationship between husband’s support and the attitude of first-trimester pregnant women in dealing with emesis gravidarum in the working area of Kasiyan Health Center, with a strong correlation.

Abstract

Background: The Maternal and child health book book is a source of maternal and fetal health information used by health workers, especially midwives, as a communication medium. This book is given to every pregnant mother up to a child aged 6 years. Based on 2018 East Java Riskesdas data, 75.5% of mothers have a Maternal and child health book and 24.5% of mothers do not have a Maternal and child health book. Based on a preliminary study, most of the (30%) midwives in the Indonesian Midwife Association area of ​​the Rambipuji Community Health Center branch did comply with documentation in the Maternal and child health book. The aim of this research is to describe the compliance of midwives in filling out MCH books for pregnant women in the Indonesian Midwife Association Ranting Rambipuji area Methods: Descriptive research design with descriptive survey method. The population is 52 TPMB and the sample of 52 TPMB techniques is a saturated sample. The instruments used questionnaires and Maternal and child health book for pregnant women. Results: Some midwives are compliant in carrying out documentation in the Maternal and child health book which consists of 5 indicators, compliance rates include identity (13.5%), maternal services (0%), birth orders (5.8%), pregnancy service charts (42.3%) and weight gain graph (15.4%) Conclusion: Midwives in the Indonesian Midwife Association Rambipuji branch area do not document care in accordance with the provisions. This can be a concern for regional Indonesian Midwife Association to improve the abilities and skills of midwives in filling out MCH books by holding training

Abstract

The fulfilment of nutrition, especially in children, has a very crucial impact on their growth and development in the future, besides the fulfilment of good nutrition also supports the achievement of child health and can prevent diseases that can worsen the child's condition. Healthy children are the hope for the development of the country in the future, especially in achieving the Golden Indonesia 2045. This literature review aims to discuss the effectiveness of early detection of malnutrition risk in children using the STRONG Kids screening tool. The study was conducted using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses) analysis. The keywords used were early detection, children, malnutrition and STRONG Kids. Data was generated from 10 journals that have been obtained from a total of 106 journals obtained by the journal search method using the Sage Journal database and google scholar. The results showed that the STRONG Kids screening tool can provide an early picture in the early detection of suspected malnutrition risk in children aged 1 month to 18 years. STRONG Kids screening is effective and can be used as one of the screening tools in detecting children with suspected malnutrition risk.
