Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the performance of the company's supply chain management with a case study of the catfish farming community red water system and bioflok in Wonogiri 2021. This study used a questionnaire as a medium in collecting data which was then analyzed by multiple regression in SPSS 25.0. Three variables consisting of information sharing, long term relationship, and cooperation, is considered to have an influence on the performance of the company's supply chain management. The results showed that information sharing and cooperation significantly influence the performance of the company's supply chain management, while long term relationship has no significant effect. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the factors considered by the catfish farming community red water system and bioflok in Wonogiri, to provide better company performance are information sharing and cooperation. There are clarity and trust in information sharing and cooperation between breeders, farmers, and collectors, so the quality of the information sharing and cooperation are obtained allows farmers to run the business well. Therefore, to improve the performance of enterprise supply chain management, the catfish farming community need to optimize long-term relationship. This is due to the lack of trust that exists between the breeders, farmers, and collectors due to prices that often change; this causes farmers to often look for new breeders or collectors in the hope of not harming the farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal and external factors that affect Financing Risk as proxied by NPF at Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia. By using the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) analysis, it was found that the CPI has a positive and significant effect, the exchange rate does not have a positive effect on the NPF, the Industrial Production Index (IPI) as a proxy for GDP in this study has a positive and significant effect, ROA has no negative effect on the NPF Sharia BPR in Indonesia, Bank Size has a negative and significant effect, CAR has no effect on NPF, FDR has a positive and significant effect, BOPO has a negative and significant effect on NPF as a proxy for Financing Risk at Sharia BPR in Indonesia.

Abstract

The basic problem in a business company is how to spur employee performance to always improve. This problem is also experienced by companies with types of food stalls, namely Waroeng Special Sambal (SS). Strong suspicions, lack of attention to aspects of work comfort, work encouragement, and material feedback are crucial factors for the stagnant performance of employees in the company. This study was conducted to measure the level of influence of the work environment, work motivation, and compensation on the employee’s performance of Waroeng SS. This study was an ex-post facto study using quantitative approach. A total of 80 special chili employees in the province of Yogyakarta were involved as research samples. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire with a 4 Likert scale questionnaire instrument. The collected data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of research data indicate that the work environment, work motivation, and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance. It is very important for Waroeng Special Sambal to pay attention to improving aspects of the quality of the work environment, strengthening work motivation, and providing competence to employees. Thus, if these three aspects are met, employee performance can also increase.

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between Karl Marx’s thought and the concept of Thomas Kuhn's paradigm. The thought of Karl Marx employed in this article is a copy of Karl Marx's speech entitled "value, price and profit". The Karl Marx’s thought was analyzed using the four phases of science development from Thomas Kuhn. Furthermore, the thought of Karl Marx was also reviewed in terms of Islamic Economics, particularly Umar bin Khattab’s Fiqh of Economic. The methodology used in this research is a literature review with various references related to the issues raised. The results of the analysis present that Karl Marx's thought contained in the speech "value, price and profit" fulfill the four phases of science development from Thomas Kuhn. The thought of Karl Marx also possesses some similarities with the concept of distribution of Umar bin Khattab.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage on Company Value with Profitability as a mediating variable. The sample of this study was a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by using purposive sampling method. There are 66 manufacturing companies selected for three years, so the total sample was 198. This study applied secondary data from annual reports. This research was a quantitative research using panel data regression and path analysis using Eviews software. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio has no effect on return on assets, debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on return on assets, return on assets has a positive effect on price to book value, current ratio has a positive effect on price to book value, debt to equity ratio has a positive effect on price to book value, return on assets does not mediate the effect of the current ratio on price to book value, but return on assets mediates the effect of debt to equity ratio on price to book value.

Abstract

The efforts of producers to obtain maximum benefits can be realized if producers apply Islamic values. The benefits and blessings obtained by the producers are one thing that will contribute to the achievement of falah. Yusuf Qhardhawi has stated that there are 4 pillars that must be carried out by a Muslim producer. In this way, the producer will obtain essential happiness, namely glory not only in the world but also in the end. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the behavior of Muslim producers among street vendors in Yusuf Qhardhawi's perspective (Study on street vendors in Tanjung Jaya Market, Lampung Tengah. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the four main pillars for behaving according to the behavior of Muslim producers are stated by Yusuf Qardhawi, namely: Godhead (Robbaniyyah), Ethics (Akhlaqiyyah), Human resources (Insaniyyah) and balance (Washaty), only 2 pillars practiced namely the pillar of human resources and balance, while the pillars of divinity and ethics are not all street vendors apply these pillars in practice. This is the proof that street vendors in the Tanjung Jaya market, Lampung Tengah, have not been in accordance with the behavior of Muslim producers according to Yusuf Qardhawi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of health value, safety value, and environmental value on intention to purchase organic products (empirical study on the body shop cosmetics). The population of this research was the people of Surakarta knowing about the body shop products, and the research sample was 106 respondents. The type of data used in this study was primary data. Methods of collecting data applied a questionnaire. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis used SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that the health value had no significant effect on the intention to buy organic products, while the safety and environmental values had a significant effect on the intention to buy organic products.

Abstract

The rapid economic development has an impact on the emergence of new companies that ultimately increase competition between companies. Including in the growing and expanding halal industry. In business competition in the halal industry, companies can not only focus on halal products, but also need to understand other factors that can influence consumer behavior towards halal products. This study aims to determine the influence of product knowledge, religiosity, halal awareness of purchasing decisions with attitudes as mediation variables.This study was conducted on Muslim communities in Surakarta region aged 15 years and above, and the sample was 100 respondents. The determination of samples was  purposive sampling techniques and data collection methods by surveying using questionnaires with google form. This research used path analysis, and for data processing was conducted with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of this research show that product knowledge, religiosity, halal awareness have a significant influence on attitudes. In addition, attitudes also have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. However, the attitude is not able to mediate religiosity and halal awareness of purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work engagement and organizational trust by mediating job satisfaction on employee performance during the pandemic for employees in the public service sector. The type of research was quantitative. This study used primary data with a sample in this study of 103 respondents taken from employees of the public service sector. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection method was by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of PLS (Partial Least Square) was through SEM-PLS software with Smart PLS 3.0. The results indicate that job satisfaction and work engagement have a significant positive effect on employee performance in public service employees. Job engagement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational trust has no significant effect on job satisfaction and also on employee performance. Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of organizational trust on employee performance. Meanwhile, work engagement has a significant effect on employee performance by mediating job satisfaction of employees in the field of public services. The results of this study reinforce the importance of the role of employee engagement in increasing job satisfaction which in turn will lead to increased employee performance.

Abstract

The development of transaction payment systems in Indonesia in the form of cashless or electronic presents E-Wallet as a wallet in the form of a smartphone application and connected to a server. The presence of this system must meet the needs of the community, especially related to convenience, trust and security guarantees. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of perceived ease of use, trust, and the security of Intention to use e-wallet as a fintech economy. This study used the quantitative method. By using primary data, the sample was taken from 180 respondents of GenBI Solo who have transacted using the e-wallet. The sample was taken by using simple random sampling technique. The collecting data method was using questionnaires. The collected data were analysed by using SPSS for windows version 2.5. The result of the study shows that the perceived ease of use influences significant Intention to use e-wallet, trust influences significant Intention to use e-wallet, and security influences significant Intention to use e-wallet.
