Abstract

The equilibrium exchange rate will change along with the change of demand and supply. Factors causing the change of demand and supply curve among others are the amount of money supply, relative gross domestic product (GDP) ,the level of relative interest rate, and relative priceOne of the ways to analyze the influence of short term and long term is by developing the dynamic model. In this research, the analysis of dynamic model was conducted with Engel-Granger Error Correction Model approach which was developed by Engel-Granger (1987) based on Granger Representation Theorem. The ECM was known that long term exchange rate is influenced by the number of money supply and relative price. The variable which influence short-therm exchenge rate are the ammount of Gross Domestic Product, and interest rate.

This study also analyze the role of satisfaction as mediating variable in the relationship between service scape and customer loyalty in supply chain process. Design of this study is quantitative, which developed an estimation model based on structural equation model to analyze the relationship among latent variables in this study. Data collection instruments using questionnaires were collected directly and online. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. It involves 115 respondents. Service scape is proven to have a significant effect on passenger satisfaction, but does not have a significant effect on passenger loyalty. Passenger satisfaction is proven to have a mediating role on the relationship between service scape and passenger loyalty. Abstract

The present study aimed to analyze the determination of MRI priorities and financial feasibility. This study applied a mixed method approach, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. This studi used primary and secondary data. Primary data used are the opinions of stakeholders in selecting criteria and alternative MRI collected directly from selected stakeholders. Primary data was obtained through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with stakeholder data sources. Secondary data includes MRI prices and specifications on the LKPP e-catalog website, financial reports, data on MRI examinations, and patient diagnostic data. Data analysis used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and investment feasibility analysis. AHP analysis results explain the priority order of MRI criteria are software, hardware, accessories and prices, while alternative MRI priorities are GE 16-CHANNEL, Philips 1.5T, Siemens 1.5T, and Canon 1.5T. MRI investments with the GE brand are declared feasible because they have an IRR value above the applied discount factor (16%), a positive NPV value, a Payback Period value of less than 6 years, a Benefit of Cost ratio> 1, and a PV of proceeds / Net value investment above 1.

Abstract

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a business practice that is governed by the law in Indonesia. Every company in Indonesia is required to implement CSR under the Investment Law No. 25 of 2007 and the Limited Liability Company Act No. 40 of 2007. However, some local governments have created district laws that guide CSR applications because CSR rules are not officially established. In the legal concept, each regulation must appoint an institution in charge of managing and supervising the implementation of the regulation. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, every local government regulation has its own description of CSR supervisors body. Some provinces decide on the local government as a CSR supervisor, and some provinces choose district assembly as CSR supervisors. Institutional matters are stated in Law No. 11 of 2009 concerning Social Welfare, that the government and local governments coordinate the implementation of CSR. However, due to the different interpretations of each local government regulation, the legal basis for CSR supervision is unclear. So, this paper aims to know several institutions that have functions as CSR supervisors based on an analysis of regional regulations in 10 provinces in Indonesia. This research will use normative research methods, namely legal research conducted by analysing and researching library materials or secondary data. The final result of this research is policy suggestions to add an article about supervisory bodies on some regulation that regulates CSR. This research will provide insight for stakeholders that CSR supervision is very important to harmonise stakeholders and create a healthy business climate and social welfare.
