Abstract

The problem of professionalism always has implications for the selling value of an educational institution. The achievement and prestige of institutions become highly dependent on the quality of learning, facilities, and infrastructure, supporting facilities, teachers and students, as well as learning outcomes. This research aims to find out about the professionalization of education, educators, and educational institutions to meet Indonesia gold in MIS Nurul Siti Aisyah Ishak Delitua. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the improvement of educational professionalism can be achieved through the collectivity of the education system involving various aspects such as curriculum, education policy, materials, strategies, learning approaches and methods, facilities, facilities, and infrastructure, educators and education, managerial processes carried out professionally, learning processes, applications of information and communication technology, especially in the learning process in the classes, appropriate evaluation and control and control of the quality of education. In addition, the level of professionalism of an educational institution can be seen from the weight of accreditation. The scope of accreditation includes: First, institutional accreditation is an assessment of vocational education institutions, while accredited include: a) Curriculum / PBM; b) Organization, administration, and management; c) Sarana infrastructure; d) Power; e) Naming; f) Students; g) Community participation, and h) The school culture or culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and apply a simple water purification device for households. The research method used is the filtering method. Filtration is a method of purifying water by filtering water and using various materials such as cloth, cotton, gravel, palm fiber, and other materials to get better water quality. The results showed that you can produce clean water suitable for use with simple, easy-to-find, and relatively low-cost tools. The thicker the materials used, the cleaner the water, because the impurities contained in the water will be filtered out by the materials used in filtering.

Abstract

The world is being hit by a covid-19 pandemic including Indonesia. To break the chain of spreading of the virus, The government asks every people to stay at home. This situation has an impact on economic instability and affected UMKM, no exception in MDI Collection Store. Therefore, a survival strategy for UMKM is needed to continue business during the pandemic, This study uses a qualitative data analysis method with a phenomenological approach. The data collection method is using the interview method, observation method, and documentation method. The result of this study recommends 4 ways a survival strategy for UMKM. There are using e-commerce for business, using digital marketing, improving product and service quality, and optimizing customer relationship marketing. The result of this study are important to be understood and adopted by UMKM and hopefully, they are always responsive and adjust to the business environment to survive.

Abstract

This study aims to: Determine the implementation of the Integrated Social Studies learning model in SD Negeri 0708 Aliaga II, identify the inhibiting factors, and find out the efforts made by social studies teachers in increasing professionalism. This research is an evaluation study using a qualitative descriptive research method. This form of research tends to use a single case study. The research subjects were Social Studies teachers at SD Negeri 0708 Aliaga II. Techniques and data collection tools used, namely: interviews, observations, and recording archives and documents. The results showed that: In the implementation of Integrated Social Studies learning at SD Negeri 0708 Aliaga II there were still many differences. There are those who carry out Integrated Social Studies learning in full, semi-integrated, and unintegrated. The obstacles faced, among others: lack of understanding or mastery of the material outside the field, lack of knowledge and understanding of Integrated Social Studies learning models, difficulties in applying the concept of Integrated Social Studies learning, and skepticism from social studies teachers themselves. The efforts made by social studies teachers in improving their professional competence, among others: Asking other social studies teachers, reading reference books on social studies, attending training, socialization, seminars, and various (sharing) experiences.

Abstract

This research aims to identify, analyze and find out how the influence of increased consumer shopping interest in Shopee during pandemic times. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive research method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique that is distributed in the form of g-form online with 30 respondents divided into women 20 people and men 10 people and with online interview techniques through electronic media with 2 randomly selected sources. The results of online surveys and interviews are analyzed and interpreted narratively. The results showed that the increased interest in shopping consumers at Shopee during the pandemic was influenced by prices, ease of transaction, confidence level, advertising, attractive promos offered and many payment systems offer to choose from.

Abstract

Developing a product marketing strategy in order to get potential buyers and be able to compete with competitors is a very important thing for a business owner to think about. Even though the resulting product is unique and of good quality, it may not always be in demand by potential buyers. A good marketing strategy must be owned because the right marketing strategy aims to be able to introduce it to the wider community, both local and even overseas. This research model uses a qualitative approach with a document study method. The result of this research is that the CEO of Brand Erigo is very good at carrying out product marketing strategies in 2020 by expanding the reach of markets outside Indonesia through the Shopee export program. Sadad's courage to take a business capital loan and then use it with an effective product marketing strategy, then the Erigo brand successfully goes to America in 2020. This achievement certainly deserves to be an inspiration for local entrepreneurs and MSMEs who are now rising through the pandemic crisis.

Abstract

Often there is rain causing a lot of water to overflow and mix with community well water, which provides murky well water. This study aims to describe how to clear water using a simple tool. To process raw water to be clean in the countryside requires a simple water filter. The people of Rokan Hulu consume water from dug wells. The condition of the well water is murky and easily polluted with surface water around it there are many ponds, sewers, small reservoirs, and rivers. People need to be given knowledge about clean water and how to process it. PGSD STKIP Rokania students practice clearing water using simple tools. The benefits of this research are expected as input in community efforts in clearing water.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how important the interest in entrepreneurship is for students majoring in management at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method that aims to make the reality easier to study and also uses a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the importance of an interest in entrepreneurship must be re-grown in a student. entrepreneurship can also make a person gain a better position in the eyes of society and be able to face challenges. Where support from the family environment and the surrounding community also greatly influences someone's interest in entrepreneurship, where this support can encourage someone to become an entrepreneur.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to get to know villages and village development, the status of village progress in village funds, challenges and inhibiting factors for village development, as well as, what is the current condition of village development in Indonesia. The research material uses secondary data sourced from the Village Information System issued by the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia in 2019-2021, and uses qualitative analysis methods. The results of the study show that the condition of villages in Indonesia today is mostly developing villages. There are quite a lot of villages that are very underdeveloped or underdeveloped, while villages with independent or developed status are still very few if you look at it in comparison with all villages in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of high and low salaries on teacher productivity and performance. The high and low salaries of teachers are very influential on the performance that has been done. Performance is an important factor in determining the duties and responsibilities of educators. With high performance, the teacher concerned will try to carry out his duties and obligations optimally and work hard and try to face all obstacles, and carry out his duties as well as possible. However, the salaries of private and honorary teachers are not in accordance with the performance they have done. Teacher salaries are still below the standard so that the guarantee of teacher safety and health is reduced, including the length of time it takes for honorary teachers to be appointed as civil servants, which is a problem in the problem of teacher welfare. If the teacher's salary has been appropriately given by the government, there will be no more teachers looking for side work to meet the needs of their families.
