The incidence of breast cancer in Indonesia is the highest among other cancers in women, with an estimated prevalence of fatigue between 25-99%. The current study is a 6-week mixed methods action study on fatigue in breast cancer patients. This study aimed to develop a self-management intervention program to reduce empowerment-based fatigue with telenursing strategies and to seek evidence of its effect on fatigue levels, self-esteem, body image, and quality of life. The first stage describes the problem with a qualitative method by exploring the fatigue problem in the survivor's perception. The second stage is the intervention development stage, and the third stage is testing the effectiveness of the intervention, carried out in a quasi-experimental study with a pre-posttest control group design. The first stage produces five themes, and the second stage produces nursing interventions based on transitional nursing theory and telenursing strategies. The third stage of the study proved that the fatigue management intervention (IPK) effectively reduced fatigue levels, increased self-esteem and body image, and improved the quality of life in breast cancer patients. This study recommends oncology nurses consider empowering survivors using this intervention so that the transition period for breast cancer survivors achieves healthy physical and psychological health, achieving optimal health after a cancer diagnosis.

Kersen leaf is a tree native to Southern America and Southern Mexico. In Indonesia, this tree is very easy to get because it grows a lot on the side of the streets. Empirically, Kersen leaves have been widely used by the public as one of the herbs or herbs to overcome various diseases, including DM disease. The study used True Experimental design with Pre and post Control Design design. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of using Kersen Leaf Tea on Hepar and Kidney function. Hepar function will be measured by assessing levels of Alanain Transminerase (ALT) Aspartate aminotransferases (AST). For kidney function is assessed by measuring Creatinine and Ureum levels. The results of the Shapiro test normality test obtained data that were not normally distributed so that the Bivariate test used alternative tests, namely the Kruscal Walis test and the Wilcoxon Test. The results of the study on the administration of kersen leaf tea there were differences between the Control group with the dose group of 2%, dose 4% and dose 6% at ALT levels (p = 0.000), AST levels (p = 0.005), and creatinine levels (p = 0.007) but there was no difference in Urium (P = 0.447). The results of the Wilcoxon test showed the effect of giving kersen leaf tea on ALT levels ( p = 0.018), AST levels (p = 0.000), Urium levels (p = 0.37) and creatinine levels (p = 0.038). The administration of kersen leaf tea improves liver and kidney function in Alloxan-induced male mice.

Univariate analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis to see the characteristics of each variable studied, bivariate analysis was performed using the Chi Square test (x2), (p value <0.25). The results of the research on adolescent attitudes before the intervention of 181 respondents, 89 respondents (.49.2%) were good, as many as 83 respondents (45.9%) were moderate and 9 respondents (5.0%) were not good. Adolescent attitudes after intervention from 181 respondents, 95 respondents (52.5%) were good, as many as 86 respondents (47.5%) were moderate. A digital combination lock is a key that works electronically and only people who know the code can open it and close it. By doing several combinations consisting of 4 digits, namely by pressing the numbers 0 to 9 on the keypad keys. The digital combination lock on the safe consists of a krndali encoder, decoder, comperator, timer and shif register, also consists of a dc motor that serves to open and pop the safe door. The results of the trials that the safe door conducted when closing and opening it can be set using a potentiote with a lap time of between 1 to 5 seconds.

The research was conducted from June to December 2019, Rejang Lebong Regency. on a plateau 600 m above sea level. Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) study. The first treatment was organic mulch (M), M1 = without mulch, M2 = banana leaves, M3 = rice husks, M4 = coffee husks. The POC (O) treatment is O0 = Without POC, O1 = POC 50 ml/liter of water, O2 = POC 75 ml/liter of water and O3 = POC 100 ml/liter of water. The number of plants is 288 potato seed tubers. The results of the variance of the single treatment of liquid fertilizer and single treatment of mulch had a very significant effect on: the number of main stems and shoots, fresh weight, stem diameter, but had no significant effect; plant height, number of tubers and dry weight. The combination of treatments had a very significant effect: number of main stems, plant height, number of shoots, fresh weight and tuber diameter. Liquid fertilizer and mulch have interactions: plant height, number of main stems, number of shoots, wet weight and tuber diameter.

Breast cancer is a condition of uncontrolled breast cell proliferation that most frequently develops from the ductal epithelial cells (85%) or lobules (15%) of the breast glands. Poor prognoses for patients can result from cancer's extensive organ metastasis, now the second largest cause of cancer death in women. This study aims to identify the variables that affect how well patients with the operable breast cancer subtype Luminal B respond to treatment at RSUP DR M Djamil Padang. This research used a cross-sectional methodology with a retrospective study approach to identify characteristics that affect the treatment outcome for operable breast cancer subtype luminal B at RSUP DR. M. Djamil Padang. From August to November 2022, the study was carried out in the Oncology Surgery Division of RSUP DR. M. Djamil Padang. With HER2 being the main component, multivariate analysis revealed that HER2 and the kind of therapy were significantly connected with the treatment outcome for cancer patients.

The study on the determinants in course preference of the 50 first year students of the School of Management and Entrepreneurship was conducted in the Biliran Province State University, Naval, Biliran. A descriptive research design was adopted in this study. According to the study' s findings, majority of the students in the School of Management and Entrepreneurship were came from TVL Track during their Senior High School and some are in GAS. It shows that majority of the students taking up BSHM and BSTM are not in the right track. The academic factor had the highest mean of 4.66 interpreted as "agree.” The respondents agreed that “Passion affect your decision to what course to take" (4:37), and “Talents, skills, and ability based” (4.16). On the other hand, the respondents were “undecided” that educational expectation, socio-economic factor friends/peers factor, and family background affect their decision in choosing the course. The study suggests that SME department should encourage activities for the students to lessen their stress level, attract more male students, and create activities to ensure that parents get value for their money.
