Abstract

The phenomenon of human trafficking in Indonesia has become a serious problem. The majority of victims who are targeted for human trafficking in Indonesia are women with the aim of being employed as laborers or for sexual exploitation. Women are still considered weak by some in society, making them a vulnerable group to become victims of human trafficking. With the increasing number of cases of human trafficking, the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Ministry of PPPA, the Ministry of Health, and the Indonesian National Police are partnering with LKS Sakura Al Jamaan Bogor in an effort to provide services for women victims of human trafficking. The stages that are carried out after the service delivery is considered complete are social reintegration. This study discusses a thorough understanding of the social reintegration of victims of human trafficking at LKS Sakura Al Jamaan Bogor. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods to provide a thorough understanding of the topics discussed. The results of the study show that the implementation of social reintegration at LKS Sakura Al Jamaan Bogor adheres to the SOP of Permen PP and PA Number 8 of 2021, there are differences in the implementation of social reintegration during and before the pandemic, certain stages of implementing social reintegration, and there are opportunities and obstacles to implementing social reintegration at LKS Sakura Al Jamaan Bogor.

Abstract

The problem of under-five nutrition is one of the highest health problems in Indonesia with "three burdens of malnutrition" long before Covid-19. More than 2 million children are underweight toddlers. Although there is a tendency to decrease the malnutrition rate from 5.7% in 2013 to 3.9% in 2018, this figure is still quite high compared to countries in the ASEAN region. This situation has been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The significant impact of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) is related to the economic sector and all aspects of children's lives, both in terms of health, welfare, development and future of children. Based on the results of Riskesdas (2018), the proportion of very thin and thin children under five in Indonesia decreased significantly from 12.1 percent in 2013 to 10.2 percent in 2018, while the proportion of thin and very thin toddlers in North Tapanuli in 2017 was 10.1 percent. It takes hard work and maximum effort to maintain this achievement by regularly monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers so that they get immediate treatment and do not become chronic nutritional problems. This research method is an analytic survey with a cross sectional research design, aiming to determine the relationship between the independent variables, namely maternal education, family income, knowledge of parenting patterns, number of family members and food consumption, with the dependent variable being the nutritional status of toddlers Weight according to Height (BB/TB). Education is not related to the nutritional status of toddlers with p value 0.15 > 0.05, family income in this study is related to the nutritional status of toddlers where p value is 0.008 < 0.05, there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about parenting patterns and nutritional status of toddlers. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about parenting with p-value 0.015 <0.05. Those with low knowledge are 5.9 times more at risk of having under-fives with underweight nutritional status. The number of family members is not related to the nutritional status of children under five where the p value is 0.698 > 0.05. Food consumption is related to nutritional status where p value is 0.008 <0.05, multivariate test, where toddlers with a history of poor food consumption will be at risk 4.5 times compared to toddlers with a history of good food consumption. Family income, mother's knowledge, food consumption is related to the nutritional status of toddlers, education and the number of family members are not related to the nutritional status of under five years.

Abstract

The 30 September 1965 Movement was a momentum for political change in Indonesia after Independence on 17 August 1945. Six generals, plus a first officer, were killed in that incident. One of them was the KSAD, Lieutenant General Ahmad Yani, five deputies from the KSAD, as well as a bodyguard for the Minister of Defense/Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces (KSAB). The killer of the victim who was called the 'Hero of the Revolution' was a troop from the Tjakrabirawa/ Presidential Guard Regiment led by Lieutenant Colonel Untung. Almost 60 years have passed, what is the perception of the millennial generation towards this event and its impact on the current Indonesian political atmosphere? As a teacher of Indonesian Ideology and Politics, I have an interest in detecting that perception in order to build an up-to-date analysis, using the most theoretical approach possible, and to build new conclusions that are relevant even if tentative. One theory that is maintained and updated is Social Change from Thomas S. Kuhn. So far, Kuhn's Theory of Social Change emphasizes that every society must always experience Social Change, which is covered in various factors and Normal Science. Several factors were mentioned, such as Economy, Politics, Culture and Technology. At least the four factors are quite dominant, although in the Indonesian context the military and religious factors are also very prominent. It should also be mentioned that according to Sigmund Freud (1856-1939) society determines the individual more than the other way around. If so, Social Change is also caused by the behavior and dynamics of society when individuals are no longer influential and decisive. On the other hand, society is also dealing with a state that is not single. Thus the question arises, how can all these elements become objective conditions that can be explained thoroughly? Based on these two approaches, I try to look at the problem further, accompanied by a method that seems appropriate and scientifically justifiable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of input VAT and output VAT on tax payables at CV Guyub Rukun. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique is based on Law Number 42 of 2009 concerning the value added tax of goods and services and sales tax on luxury goods. The calculation results show that the VAT tax payable in 2020 has increased from Rp. 11,100,000 to Rp. 11,200,000 or 0.90%. The increase was due to the difference between purchases and sales in 2020 of 6.52%. Meanwhile, in 2021 it decreased from Rp. 11,200,000 to Rp. 9,450,000 or 0.16% due to the difference between purchases and sales in 2021 by 5% or smaller than 2020.

Abstract

Expressing experiences and ideas in the form of short stories by paying attention to the structure and language is a basic competency that must be mastered by students in grade IX SMP/MTs. In reality, the motivation of grade IX students in writing short stories is very low. This can be seen from the number of students who submit assignments and the quality of the short stories produced. This condition is a challenge for teachers to find the problems that cause it and find the right solution to overcome the problem. Through the teacher's personal blog that presents short story models that are in accordance with the level of psychological development of students and close to students, it is hoped that it can arouse students' motivation in reading and writing short stories.
