Abstract

The problem of linear programming is a linear problem to determine the magnitude of the value of each variable so that the value of the objective function or objective can be optimum, namely by maximizing or minimizing. To solve linear programming problems, a mixed method can be used, namely a method that combines two methods at once, namely the elimination method and the substitution method. The elimination method is a method that eliminates variables by adding or subtracting two equations that have the same coefficient. While the substitution method is the replacement of a variable with a variable from another equation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out: (1) if colleger understand about defending the country in civic courses, (2) how the implementation is carried out to defend the country, (3). Knowing how to grow the attitude of defending the country. This research was conducted on September 24, 2022 until September 27, 2022, conducted on several colleger inside and outside the Universitas Negeri Medan through google form room. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely research conducted to examine an object, condition, a group of people, or other phenomena with natural conditions in order to make a systematic overview or detailed description factual and accurate. Colleger already understand the attitude of defending the country, and it can be done through small things. Pancasila is a guideline in fostering an attitude of defending the country, through the precepts contained in the Pancasila which can be applied daily.

Abstract

The rapid development of transportation has led to an increase in the number of people moving between countries, so that Indonesia has to control the immigration process more. A sovereign country has the right to accept, refuse or repatriate foreign nationals who enter its territory. However, this does not mean that the state can arbitrarily repatriate foreigners by means of deportation. This research is intended to provide a juridical review of the implementation of the deportation of foreign nationals in Indonesian territory. The writing method used is the library study method, namely by researching in the form of manuscripts, journals, and articles. Foreigners who have committed immigration violations in Indonesian territory are still people who have their human rights. Although deportation is not the only law that applies, deportation is often a shortcut for foreigners in Indonesia. For that it will be a violation of human rights that can be tried and heard in court. To overcome these problems, immigration law enforcers play an important role in protecting the human rights of foreigners with legal procedures that comply with the law, human rights and the code of ethics as immigration officers

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low learning motivation of Grade 1 students at SD Negeri Pilang 1 Masaran in thematic learning. This is because the learning system provided by the teacher in the class is monotonous and less interesting, causing students to be less enthusiastic about taking lessons. This research was conducted with the aim of increasing the learning motivation of grade 1 students at SD Negeri Pilang 1 Masaran in Thematic learning using powerpoint media. This research method is Classroom Action Research which consists of 2 cycles and each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively and quantitatively using the percentage formula (%) questionnaire data to see the successful application of the use of PowerPoint media and problem based learning models in the classroom in order to increase student learning motivation. Based on the results of observations of teacher activity in using powerpoint media with the problem based learning model in Cycle I, it was obtained that students' motivation data had increased. Increased learning motivation greatly affects student learning outcomes. The percentage of students' learning motivation in the high category in cycle I was 62% or 15 students and students in the medium category were 37% or 9 students. The learning process in cycle II further enhances students' understanding of the material. An increase in student learning motivation was shown by students in the high category reaching 79% or 19 students and being in the moderate category 21% or 5 students. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the application of learning using powerpoint media with problem based learning models in thematic learning can increase students' learning motivation in the learning process at school.

Abstract

In the midst of an increasingly integrated globalization of communication, the Internet has popularized and shrunk the world while blurring national boundaries with their sovereignty and social order. Technological advances have brought about rapid changes and frontier lifestyle changes in this globalization era. The ratification of the Electronic Information and Transaction Law and the Personal Data Protection Act are new guidelines in the midst of technological advances to support evidence in the procedural law of the State Administrative Court. The existence of State Administrative disputes has implications for the work of State Administrative courts to measure differences of opinion issued by State Administrative bodies or officials with the community when the public interest arises and decisions from the State Administrative agency or officials are deemed detrimental to the interests of the community. In the settlement of state administrative and criminal cases/cases, the judge must examine the evidence submitted by the parties before making a decision or seeking factual and formal truth. Proof is the most important part of the experiment. The purpose of this study is to determine the arrangement of the electronic evidentiary system and its legal force in the State Administrative Court. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical method, namely a legal research method that is carried out by examining library materials or mere secondary materials. The conclusion of this study is the legal force of electronic evidence in the procedural law of the State Administrative Court.

Abstract

To support the success of the function of national education must be supported by several things, and one of the most important things is the teacher. Teachers have a very important role in the development and progress of their students. From here the teacher is required to be able to carry out the task as well as possible. In this study, the research design used was Classroom Action Research, with a participatory independent type. It has been more than ten years since classroom action research was known and widely discussed in the world of education. The term in English is Classroom Action Research (CAR). expanding vocabulary and not just fixating on material resources which are reference materials for finding answers, students are not only fixated on the explanations given by the teacher but they have to try on their own to be able to find the right answers to the questions that have been given by the teacher. The implementation of the application of the information search method in improving the learning achievement of class IX students in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMP Negeri 2 Utan, Utan District, was carried out in 8 meetings with 2 meetings filled with UTS and Daily Deuteronomy, so in 3 cycles carried out 6 meetings per 2x delivery of material in 1 cycle.

Abstract

Communication from time to time continues to experience development, starting from the use of smoke signals, drums, the invention of paper, the telegraph, telephone, computer, e-mail to a song. Teenagers in Indonesia today are very fond of watching and following boy bands from Korea. One of them is the character Jungkook. Especially now that the 2022 FIFA World Cup is being held which invites one of the Korean boy band personnel, Jungkook who sings with Fahad Al Kubaisi where he sings a song called "Dreamers". This song became widely discussed on social media and attracted people to follow it. This research is intended to find out the meaning contained in the lyrics of the song and examine how the signifier and the signified are. The semiotic theory used to analyze the lyrics of the song "Dreamers" is the theory of Ferdinand De Saussure. The method in this study uses qualitative methods. The result of this study is that it was found that the lyrics of the song "Dreamers" contain the meaning of a motivational message. In addition, this research is able to provide another meaning of parable which is described through Ferdinand De Saussure's theory of semiotic analysis.

Abstract

The Supreme Court is the highest state court of all jurisdictions (general courts, religious courts, military courts and state administrative courts), which in carrying out their work must be free from government influence and other influences. Based on article 20 paragraph (2) of the Judicial Powers Act which clarifies that the authority of the Supreme Court is to adjudicate at the cassation level, judicial review, or other authorities listed within the provisions of the law. In the case of a court decision at the cassation level, the parties concerned may be inquired to return it to the Supreme Court, unless something else stipulated by law. The decision requested to be re-appeared must take under consideration certain conditions and mechanisms decided by law. Against the decision of justice once more can not be done recovery again.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing national identity, supporting factors for the birth of national identity, as well as examining efforts that can be made in maintaining national identity as one of the determinants of nation and character development. In this study using qualitative research methods. At this stage the writer seeks research data directly through interviews. This activity requires an agreement on time and place with the resource person or informant. The data collection technique used in this study was structured interviews. The recording technique is done by using notes using small notes. This type of interview aims to find hypothetical answers. Structured interviews are generally used if all research samples are deemed to have the same opportunity to answer the questions posed. The advantage of this structured interview is that there are no in-depth questions that allow lies to the informants interviewed. The basis or theory of the discussion this time is obtained from the results of literature or literature studies obtained from various relevant sources such as books, journals and articles.

Abstract

This study seeks to find out how efforts can be made to increase social studies students' understanding and insight about the importance of the archipelago. Students must play a role in supporting the insight of the archipelago and preserving the richness of Indonesian culture in order to realize the ideals of the Indonesian nation. Research is carried out by seeking sources and going directly to the location for a question and answer session through mutual commitment and agreement. The method used in this research is descriptive method and qualitative case. This is where we interviewed directly by asking a number of questions about our group's material. An understanding of the prospects for Indonesian students is of course very important for the life of the nation and state and for the realization of the ideals of the Indonesian nation.
