Abstract

The presence of corporate sukuk in the national economy can be said to be developing rapidly, the existence of legality and is believed to be one of the investment instruments for economic growth. This thesis research intends to test the effect of the issuance of sukuk which is said to be an investment instrument and it’s impact on macroeconomic variables in Indonesia, especially the variable interest rates and inflation in the period 2012-2018. This testing is quantitative based on the amount of secondary data collected as much as 84 months in the 2012-2018 period. And analyzed by panel data regression common effect model techniques processed using Stata 14. Based on the results of the analysis test, it is found that the issuance of sukuk as an investment instrument has a major effect on macroeconomic variables, especially long term, however, in the short term, the bank launches liquidity so that the national economy is stable, especially banking.

Abstract

The low interest of Surabaya people to sharia insurance resulted in the development of sharia insurance. So this research aims to know whether there is a relationship between variable product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence with a lack of interest in Surabaya people choose sharia insurance. This research is a correlation study using quantitative methods measured by the likert scale and analyzed using spss version 23. The result showed that only one variable of research showing the relationship with lack of interest in Surabaya people choose sharia insurance, which is price variable

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of the legal label on consumer loyalty in the consuming of a snack on Unesa Ketintang. This research is a study that uses quantitative research that aims to analyze the influence that’s going on between legal label and consumer loyalty in regard to consumption. The data used in this research is data questionnaires and data processing to the spiritual islamic student on Unesa Ketintang. This research uses simple regression analysis using a validation test and reliability test. While for the hypothesis test using t test, f test, and R2 . It may be concluded that in a partial information, the legal label has a significant impact on consumer loyalty. Abstract

Lembaga Amil Zakat (Amil Zakat Institution) as a non profit oriented organization in their operation should has a good relationship with its contributors. Customer relationship management is needed to maintain a good relationship with its contributors to keep their loyality and have sense of belonging to the institution. This study aims to determine how the implementation of customer relationship management and its impact on nurul hayat foundation. The result of this study indicate that the implementation of customer relationship management has a good impact on the institution. This study used descriptive qualitative method.

Abstract

This study aims to see the convenience created by the koridor co-working space to visitors and startups. Co-working space is a place to accommodate the creative power of freelancers, startups, students, and also the community. Co-working space is part of the creative industry. Comfort becomes an important point when someone does his job. Sharia tourism makes the spatial space (co-working space) convenient for Muslims who use it, by facilitating with places of worship and selling halal food. The method used is a qualitative method using domain analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the koridor co-working space provides satisfying comfort for millennial Muslims in Surabaya.

Abstract

The practice of sende is one of the financing solutions commonly used by the people of Rejoagung village. The majority of Rejoagung villagers are followers of Islam, so whatever is done in living their lives must be in accordance with the guidance of the Shari'ah no exception in the implementation of the practice of sende. Qualitative descriptive is a method used in this study, which aims to determine the implementation of sende practices in the Rejoagung village and Islamic economic perspective on these practices. Based on the research that has been done shows that the practice of sende is a practice that involves two parties between the debtor and the creditor with the rice fields as collateral for the debt. Rice fields can be used by lenders so that those who are in debt can make up for it. According to the Shari'a, the practice has legitimacy in accordance with the opinions of the ulama.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between own capital and total assets with the remaining operations at KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur Kantor Pusat Karangcangkring Dukun Gresik. This research uses an associative quantitative approach and the analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis. The data source used is secondary data with financial statements and the results of the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) in 2004-2018 which was processed using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that own capital and total assets have a strong relationship with the remaining operation at KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur Kantor Pusat Karangcangkring Dukun Gresik. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the variable of equity and total assets have a relationship of 76,5% with the residual variable of operating results.

Abstract

The high interest of the people of Indonesia to carry out hajj has resulted in a large number of persons who use these conditions to seek profits in an illegal way. Therefore this study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the dimensions and Islamic values on the interests of members using Hajj and Umrah savings. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive approach that is measured with a Likert scale and analyzed by SPSS version 20 application. The results show that the dimensions of service quality and Islamic values have a relationship with the interests of members using Hajj and Umrah savings.

Abstract

The use of internet marketing such as marketing through social media, websites and digital channel are commonly used. Especially in marketing strategies using an internet marketing. This study aims to determine the implementation of internet marketing-based marketing strategies to revenue at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and conducts an in-depth interview. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of internet marketing-based marketing strategies is influential on income in a company or institution but still on a constraints on the quality of existing human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the behavior of merchants in the Sentra Ikan Bulak Surabaya. This research uses qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive approaches. The data source used is primary data by conducting observation and interview process with merchants at the Sentra Ikan Bulak Surabaya. The results of this research indicate that the behavior of merchants at the Sentra Ikan Bulak Surabaya is in accordance with the principles contained in Islamic business ethics, including the principle of tauhid, the principle of balance, the principle of free-will. The principle of responsibility, and the principle of virtue.
