Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine what work satisfactions and employee’s performances dealings with Islamic work ethics on Subdivision of Pegadaian Syariah Blauran. This research uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The number of samples taken were 43 respondents whom were employees of the Subdivision of Pegadaian Syariah Blauran. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire and measured with a Likert scale and then processed and analyzed with the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 application. The result of this research explains that Islamic work ethics have stronger relation with employee’s performance than work satisfaction. Islamic work ethics has correlation of 0,657 toward work satisfaction. Meanwhile, Islamic work ethics has correlation of 0,725 toward employee’s performance.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study that aims to find out how the impact of islamic work ethics on the performance of ministry of religion office employees Hulu Sungai Utara districts in south borneo. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research type with variable x, namely islamic work ethics and variable y, namely the performance of ministry of religion employees. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study stated that the office of the Ministry of Religion had implemented an islamic work ethic system. However, there are still some values of islamic work ethics that are lacking and must be improved. So that it has an impact on employee performance is less than the maximum. The islamic work ethic itself is very important to be implemented by the Ministry of Religion so that employee performance can be better, developed, and advanced in accordance with the targets to be achieved..

Abstract

Jakarta is the capital and largest city in Indonesia, with a population of 10,277,628 inhabitants (2016) spread over 6 regions, while the highest number of residents leaving in January to April 2018 is in the East Jakarta and West Jakarta regions. This article uses a qualitative method that uses an online questionnaire with respondents who have lived in Jakarta for 6 months who have now left Jakarta for 6 months as well. Based on the results of the study showed there was no Easterlin Paradox due to increased happiness when salaries were not fixed or decreased, but when salaries increased.

Abstract

The economic growth of Muslim middle class society in Indonesia has started a hijab revolution among the Muslim women and this fashion trend provides new opportunities for fashion businesses to focus on to Islamic fashion, especially hijab. The prospect of hijab business is promising, especially with the advancement of communication technology, making the process of trading online much simpler for both sellers and buyers. Hijab2day is one hijab businesses who uses Instagram as their trading platform and in the last five years, they have been offering a variety of hijab designs and hijab accessories online. However competition is unavoidable and the simplicity of trading online has attracted new people to venture into the hijab business. Hijab2day admits that competitors with stronger promotion and marketing strategy have become a particular concern, and with a decrease in sales in 2015, Hijab2day feels that this is something that needs to be analyzed further. This research is designed to highlight Hijab2day’s problems that affected their performance in 2015 as well as to propose a better marketing strategy that will increase Hijab2day’s sales. To identify Hijab2day’s problems, this research conducted PESTEL analysis, Competitor analysis and Porter 5 Forces analysis. Researcher also conducted marketing analysis using Marketing Mix analysis and STP analysis. A SWOT analysis was also conducted to identify Hijab2day’s strengths and weaknesses, which will help to form a more efficient strategy to develop the business. This research analyzed 164 questionnaires, filled by respondents who are all Muslim women who are often purchase hijabs online. The respondents come from different ages and backgrounds. Based on the questionnaire, researcher found out that most respondents are more responsive to a ‘buy 2 get 1’ promotional method, the second highest of the questionnaire result are more receptive towards hijab related promotional event, while 16 respondents suggest holding ‘sales’ would be more attractive. Nearly all respondents prefer to shop via Instagram, while half of the respondents choose to browse and purchase through company’s websites. Research also found out that half of the respondents tend to go online between 18.00 and 21.00. Based on these findings, researcher is recommending three new strategies to improve Hijab2day’s promotional and marketing approach, which will hopefully lead to sales growth : to create better promotional and marketing approach, utilize the new insights of the importance of timing in social media by scheduling posts at the most efficient time for maximum exposure, improve and expand Hijab2day sales platform, expand Hijab2day chosen communication platforms. Researcher hopes that by implementing the recommended suggestions, Hijab2day can maximize their sales and increase growth.

Abstract

This quantitative research aims to analyze how efficient public services at Office of Religious Affair in Sidoarjo sub-district using SIMKAH. Data analysis technique using data envelopment analysis (DEA) with input variables: cost, service time, number of employees while output variable: number of marriage books in 2018. The sampling teknik used is purposive sampling through interview data collection techniques and documentation. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of determinant of KPR customer satisfaction in BNI Syariah Surabaya Dharmawangsa Branch Office. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 40 respondents who came from KPR customers at BNI Syariah Surabaya Dharmawangsa Branch Office and used probability sampling techniques. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis tool. The results showed that partially the service quality and price variables had a significant effect on customer satisfaction variables while the product quality, emotional and cost variables did not significantly influence the customer satisfaction variable.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is in to increase the knowledge of islamic banking and it’s service quality to public society. The better the service and wide sprodingly the informations about islamic banking system, it could lead into higher chance for people to use “Bank Syariah” The purpose of this research is to know this customers knowledge on islamc banking system and service quality influencing customers for applying islamic banking. Type of the research is quantitative. The result from this study shows that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, this customers knowledge on islamc banking system (X1) and service quality (X2) influencing customers for applying islamic banking system in Bank BNI Syariah KC Surabaya. It is also obtained that customer’s value of cofficients and service quality is 55,1% while the rest of the result which is at 44.9% offected by other variables that’s bot being examined on this study.

Abstract

Implementing the zakat is obligatory for all Muslims. With it the weak communities zakat can get welfare in terms of the material or spiritual. The function of education is very important for humans because it not only educate the nation but also improve quality of life. BAZNAS Sidoarjo discerning programs have Sidoarjo Smart program has disbursed grants zakat to education with the goal of keeping the public education assistance fund Sidoarjo over her son who are continuing their education. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this research was to learn the system of tithes on education distribution of funds. From the results of the research can be concluded distribution ZIS on education already optimal, only understanding of the people about the education assistance is still lacking.

Abstract

Saving is an activity recommended by Islam, but the motivation to save the community to save at the bank is considered lacking. Doku system is a system from PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng is carried out to motivate customers to save at the bank. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with the aim of knowing the role of the doku system in increasing the motivation to save customers at PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng. The results of this study indicate that the role of the doku system in increasing customer saving motivation plays an important role. Customers claim the convenience offered by the doku system makes customers want to save. These facilities include customers no longer need to go to the bank office and queue up again to save at the bank, and there is no limit on the amount of deposits, regardless of the amount of money to save will be received by the doku system officer.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the marketing mix affect to customer satisfaction in BRI Syariah branch office Malang. This research uses associative quantitative methods. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents who came from Malang branch BRI Syariah customers and used accidental sampling techniques.The Questionnaires used a Likert scale.The results of this study indicate that place, process, and physical evidence variables affect on customer satisfaction, while product, price, promotion and people has not been affecting the customer satisfaction at the BRI Syariah branch office Malang.
