Abstract

Technological advance is giving impact on economic activity. Internet represents a popular device to be used in the online transaction. Indonesian understands that the potential of internet is profitable to be developed. However, local players of Indonesia fail to recognize this. Reluctance of Indonesian consumers to online transaction is interesting to be observed. Online transaction needs consumer trust because online transaction is different from offline transaction. Trust onto online transaction is different from trust onto offline transaction. Main object in the trust onto online transaction is website, internet or technology. The relationship of trust between seller and consumer cannot be separated from consumer characteristic because the interest to trust others needs motivational support and belief that others do not harm or mislead any conditions. Consumer trust represents a complex decision because it relates to the temporary demand of different individual based on its demography. Result of t-test on variable (X1) is that website characteristic variable has t-count of 2.365 and significance rate of 0.05. It supports the estimation that the website characteristic has obvious effect. The characteristic of consumer motivation (X2) in the online purchase in t-test has t-count of 2.135 but with significance rate below 0.05 to prove that consumer characteristic has significant effect on consumer trust. Consumer demography (X3) includes sex, respondent age, education background, expense rate, and interest in the t-test. All of the demographic items indicate that t-count is 3.257 with significance rate below 0.05 such that consumer trust is obviously affected

Abstract

The era of the free flow for goods, investments, services, capitals and labors has just arrived. There are two reactions of Indonesians to overcome it i.e. optimistic and pessimistic. Pessimistic reaction is coming together with those who are not ready, but not the opposite. Indonesians need to be more optimist as long as they have competitive advantage and being a specialist in some commodities (Comparative Advantage). There are so many opportunities in AEC for Indonesia, for example in tourism business. Basically AEC is not only to increase the aggregate transactions amongst its members but it also enlarging the market size. AEC is also here now with non-financial benefits e.g. knowledge enrichment, better foreign language skills and networking. Abstract

Material of cement cast with fixed construction in nature and have the very massive forms and give the visual impression is very heavy and even in overall it isn’t provide the suitable characteristics to consume by children that are being seemed in the city park area is the specification contained on park benches especially for children in the city of Surabaya. Not infrequently, a bench that was intended for the children is actually widely used by adults. Consequently, many benches that can be said to be out of goals and objectives of the initial creation. In this study, the method that used are field observations that are supported by some of data to be analyzed to assess and provide some of exposure in terms of construction aspects that elaborated descriptively. It was followed by the method of aesthetic approach that is a special approach that emphasizes the aspects of art and design in relation to the appeals of aesthetic aspect by providing the conclusion that can be used as a reference in the process of creating park bench especially for children in the future, and it is expected able to provide answers to the simplicity of shape and the weakness of material that contained in the creating process of park bench especially for children effectively and efficiently that give impacts on production costs.

The product qualityof both goods andserviceswill contributegreatly tocustomer satisfaction, market share, and return on investment (return on investment) companies through cost reduction, improved productivity and customer satisfaction. This study to determine: a) Is there a significant positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction?, B) Is there a significant positive effect on customer loyalty customer confidence?. C) Is there a significant positive effect on customer loyalty customer satisfaction?, d) Is there a significant positive effect on customer loyalty bank's image?. e) Is there a significant positive influence on customer loyalty verbal information? This study uses the theory of the service quality , corporate image , customer satisfaction , customer trust , customer loyalty and word of mouth marketing strategy .The method used is quantitative research . The method of selecting the sample using the method of selecting a random sample ( randomly sampling ) , while the technical implementation is accidental . This research was carried out on state-owned bank in Surabaya BNI , BRI , Bank Mandiri and BTN . The number of samples in this study 113 data collection techniques and procedures with questionnaires , interviews and literature study . While this type of data used is quantitative data . Test Validity and Reliability Research Tool application using the Statistical Program for Social Science ( SPSS ) 19.0 for Windows . Instrument reliability using Cronbach alpha coefficient . Based on test validity indicators for all the questions are valid as indicated r count for each indicator to the positive variables and greater than 0.3 . Meanwhile, for Cronbach alpha reliability shows all the indicators value is more than 0.6 so that it can be said that the instrument is reliable . However, customer satisfaction has a positive significant effect on the quality of service , customer loyalty significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction , and verbal information significantly positive effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

Hotel is one of commercial accommodation, it’s provide services rooms, foods and beverages for need customers. The competitors is one of hotel owner can be see any other plus facilities to provide customer. The hotel wants to give added value is difference product and service to customer. It’s to do owner hotel because reality that customer not satisfaction product and service, than customer look for other hotel to be customer satisfaction. JW Marriott hotel Surabaya is one five star hotel to give product and quality service excellence to customer. The price is to give JW Marriot hotel Surabaya suitable product and service customer. JW Marriott hotel Surabaya to give special rate promotion and member facilities to customer and repeater guest hotel too. JW Marriott hotel have strategic location because there are centre of city to business, shopping centre, office centre and transportation. The expected outcome of this research is the known of the factors variable product, service, price, and location that affect customer satisfaction on JW Marriot hotel is simultan and parcial.

Abstract

The foods that use raw materials of corn is the only one in Probolinggo. Corn chips production as small industries is run by 7 women farmers starting in 2008. (Wahmuda, 2013). The problem of this industrial activity is unbalancing the marketing area with market demand that obstruct continues to increase. This causes decrease on the productivity of the industry. In addition corncob waste left over from a small industrial activities corn chips squashed every day as much as 60 kg. This would be a major obstacle when marketing targets to reach market demand. As a result of waste corn cobs will be more numerous and uncontrolled, even less the corn cob waste is only used as cooking fuel. This research includes experiments on corn cobs process is divided into several stages, namely the process of forming, heating, curing, mixing and merging material, as well as coloring. From the research-based experiments, it turns out corn cobs to have a variety of characteristics. The uniqueness and characteristics process of corncobs, can give some variant forms such as cubes, cylinders, triangles, and a chopped form. Of these forms can be created several patterns of merger between a very interesting form to be used as a hanging lamp shade products. In the manufacture of a hanging lampshade required supporting materials such as iron chandelier hook pipe diameter of 16 mm and an iron plate with a thickness of 3 mm.

Abstract

Pressure vessel is a kind of plant equipment, which has a wide fuction to support the industrial process. The increasing of economic growth, causing the increasing demand of industrial equipment including pressure vessel. Therefore to have competitive advantage in global market, a just in time production cost calculation of pressure vessel are the most important matter. One of the faktor which have a significant effect in the calculation of cost is the requirement of operation time or man hour, because calculation of operation time is more accurate to reduce either losses or error in the prediction of delivery time. The study, analyze the purposes to get of the operation time planning on the pressure vessel’s main element. This has been done by production modeling with a multiple linear regression at least square method, and the result of linearization become a basic parameter to calculate the estimate of manufacturing cost. The equation for the modeling system is: Y1,..n= f( X1, X2, …. Xn). Where : Yi is the operation each an operation process such as marking, cutting, welding and others. Xi is each dimension parts the pressure vessel such as thickness, Outside diameter and others. This analyze can get a estimate the operation time closer the actual operation time

Abstract

Computer self-efficacy (CSE) and job satisfaction play an vital role in achieving education’s aims not only in general affairs but also in particular goals both in formal education institutions and teacher’s real life. This research intends to (1) analyze the effect of big five behavior model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) toward computer self-efficacy of teachers in SMA – SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya, (2) analyze the effect of big five behavior model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) toward teacher’s job satisfaction of teachers in SMA – SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya. It is highly hoped that the research could be a reference for the schools themselves and the stake holders to manage and improve the teachers. The population of this research is teachers in Wijaya Putra Senior High school and Wijaya Putra Vocational High School which is consisted 52 teachers. This research conducts census method with 46 questioners analyzed. Computer self-efficacy data, Teacher’s job satisfaction data is gained through CSE dan MSQ questioners. While Big Five Behavior Model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) is obtained through the scoring Big Five Inventory (BFI). Those data is analyzed qualitatively with double regression technique The findings show that the factors big five behavior model with dimension agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness to experience effect partially while the dimension: extraversion and neuroticism do not influence significantly towards CSE of the teachers. The factors big five behavior model has the impact significantly on CSE of the teachers in stimulate way. In teacher’s job satisfaction, all of the dimensions influence in stimulate way and partially. It shows that dimension of neuroticism in big five behavior model is the dominant variable which affects the teachers’ Computer Self-Efficacy.

Abstract

Now a days tourism and hospitality industry especially in Hotel is growing fast, the writer take an observation as hotel X in Surabaya. The writer want to know influence of consument on education, level of service and policy as a leader on occupancy of Hotel X in front office Dept. front office one of central Dept in hotel as Relationship between guest and others Dept. Because of front office as central therefore front office will be brandage of image of the hotel . that’s why front office staff must have an experience and out standing skill because customer need good service expectation is priority. Hotel X in Surabaya can operates day to day operational well. It showed by result of hotel occupancy in stability over the everages. in case of this we conclude that good sevice is one of main factor will cause effect relationship of level about high of occupancy Hotel goes running well ,eventhough human resource minimizely. base in the above mater, impact of effect in the level on hotel occupancy in Surabaya because of good service to the guest.

Abstract

Inventories of finished goods is one that affects the current assets of the company. To avoid things that could hurt the company, the necessary internal controls in the management of inventory until the distribution to the consumer. The purpose of this study was to menganlisis and determine the application of internal controls in the management of inventories of finished goods to the distribution process at PT Rajawali Hiyoto Malang branch. This research uses qualitative data with the inductive approach. From the results of research at PT Rajawali Hiyoto Branch Malang, implementation of internal controls in the management of inventories of finished goods to the distribution process still needs to be improved. It can be proved by the lack of delivery fleet, part of the income and expenditure of goods in warehouses Surabaya done by men are the same warehouse and inventory damaged / worn out in the barn. But the procedures relating to the inventory done quite well. It can be proved by evidence of any tranksaksi tranksaksi like when expenditure and receipt of inventory.
