Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between work stress, workload and employee performance, by considering the age factor as a moderating variable. The research method used was a survey using a questionnaire distributed to employees from various age backgrounds in the industrial sector. The collected data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, as well as to test the presence of the moderating effect of the age factor. The research results show that work stress and workload have a significant influence on employee performance. In addition, moderating analysis revealed that the age factor influenced the strength and direction of the relationship between job stress, workload, and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of sustainability report disclosure including the performance aspects in it (economic, environmental, social) and the value of intangible assets on financial performance projected by return on assets in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021. This research is a casual comparative research that utilizes quantitative measures. The data collection method applied is documentation. Information to be researched through the IDX website as well as individual websites of the companies that are the research sample. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical techniques, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The findings of this study indicate that the disclosure of economic performance has a positive impact on the company's financial performance, while the disclosure of environmental performance and social performance also has a positive impact on the company's financial performance. In addition, the disclosure of intangible asset values also has a significant positive impact on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

Employees are an essential part of an organization and the main driving force behind its operations. The success or failure of an organization will affect the achievement of its goals. One indicator of an organization's success is the work motivation of its employees. Every employee needs a quality leader who can foster high work motivation, allowing employees to work in a more focused manner and the organization's goals can be easily achieved. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership quality on employee work motivation in Bongas Village, Cililin District. The type of research used is descriptive research, with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a sample size of 36 employees in Bongas Village. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. This study uses simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 27.0 software. The results of the study show that leadership quality has a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation in Bongas Village. This can be seen from the regression coefficient value of 0.919, the correlation coefficient of 0.889, and the coefficient of determination of 0.791, which shows that leadership quality influences work motivation by 79.1%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy. One important aspect in the management of MSMEs is inventory management. This study aims to analyze the best method to control the availability of peanut raw materials in Ewooww Roasted Peanut MSMEs using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, and is analyzed using economic order quantity (EOQ), reorder point (ROP),safety stock, and total inventory cost (TIC). Data were collected through direct observation and interviews with MSME owners. The results showed that economic order quantity (EOQ) can streamline inventory costs with the results of the TIC comparison with the EOQ method of Rp.2,745,901 and TIC with the production estimation method (without EOQ) of Rp3,324,992 so that the efficient inventory cost is Rp.579,091 and the reorder point known after EOQ is 1,083kg. The application of the EOQ method can help Ewooww Roasted Peanuts MSMEs in optimizing the management of peanut raw material inventory and increasing operational efficiency.

Abstract

Financial performance appraisal is an integral part of financial management that cannot be separated. The financial performance of a company is an important indicator in decision making for stakeholders, especially investors. This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. during the period 2018 - 2022 using a number of financial ratios, such as receivables turnover, working capital turnover, fixed asset turnover, total asset turnover, return on investment, gross profit margin, and net profit margin. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with purposive area location selection and data collection through literature studies. The results showed that the average financial performance of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk during the period showed that receivables turnover, working capital turnover, fixed asset turnover, and total asset turnover were in the poor category. However, profitability ratios such as net profit margin, return on equity, and gross profit margin are included in the good category. Indicators of activity ratios and profitability that have not reached the standard can be improved by reducing costs that can reduce company profits and utilizing available funds for financing strategies that support the company's progress, which in turn can attract investors and potential investors.

Abstract

Richeese Factory is a company engaged in the Food and Beverage sector which has characteristics with spicy chicken and cheese sauce. This research aims to analyze the role of viral marketing, brand image and, product quality on purchase intention. This research is quantitative by distributing a questionnaire to more than 100 respondents who have bought Richeese Factory. Furthermore, the data is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study show that brand image and product quality have a significant influence on purchase intention, while viral marketing does not have a significant influence on purchase intention. This study also shows that there are still other variables that can affect the purchase intention of Richeese Factory consumers besides viral marketing, brand image, and product quality.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem experienced by all countries including Indonesia, Indonesia has a percentage of poor people reaching 8% - 12% from 2010 to 2024. The percentage of poor people in Indonesia which is more than 5% for 14 years shows that Indonesia still has many poor people, one of which is influenced by gender discrimination. This study aims to analyze the influence of gender on poverty in Indonesia in 2018 - 2023. This research method uses quantitative data, panel data from 34 provinces in Indonesia and uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools with independent variables being the Female Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAKP), Women's Human Development Index (IPMP) and GRDP. The results of the study (1) Overall TPAKP, IPMP and GRDP have an effect on poverty; (2) TPAKP has a significant positive effect on poverty; (3) IPMP has a significant negative effect on poverty; (4) GRDP has a negative but insignificant effect on poverty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of work stress on work motivation, employee engagement and turnover intention in private hospitals. The population in this study were employees in private hospitals. The research sample consisted of 211 respondents. Data analysis using SEM PLS. The results showed that employee engagement had a negative effect on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect on turnover intention. In addition, work motivation had a positive effect on employee engagement. However, the results also showed that motivation did not mediate the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. On the contrary, employee engagement was proven to be able to mediate work stress with turnover intention. The managerial implications that can be given are to create a more supportive work environment in improving internal communication, providing appropriate rewards, stress management by providing coping mechanism training, psychological consultation programs, providing monthly incentives, career development for outsourcing employees who have worked for more than 4-5 years, as well as increasing work flexibility and mentoring to reduce employee intentions to resign.

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Youth and Sports Culture and Tourism Office of Labuhanbatu Regency with the aim of analyzing the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance produced by employees with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method with the help of the IBM SPSS 25 Software analysis tool. This research was tested using path analysis, t-test, and determination coefficient test. The results of the study show that: 1) organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Z); 2) organizational commitment (X2) has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Z); 3) job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze Development Planning and Green Economic Growth in Indonesia. Environmental damage and low public awareness of the environment encourage the need for sustainable development. Environmental damage occurs due to high exploitation of natural resources to meet economic interests without being followed by awareness to protect the environment. This research method uses a quantitative research design, considering that the variables studied are in the form of numbers that are processed using statistical methods. Testing of this variable uses the Panel Least Squares method data processing, the results of which will be interpreted to see the effect of the tested variables on the dependent variable. This test uses the variables of carbon emission growth, economic growth, population growth, and human development index on the Environmental Quality Index. The results of the study indicate that carbon emission growth and economic growth have a significant negative effect on the environmental quality index. Population does not affect the environmental quality index, while the Human Development Index has a significant positive effect on the environmental quality index. The implication of this study is that the government needs to maintain economic growth by paying attention to environmental conditions and minimizing carbon emissions so that environmental quality can be maintained. The quality of human capital also needs to be continuously improved so that public awareness of the importance of environmental quality.
