Abstract

Islam as a perfect life system certainly has thoughts about the concept of management. Once the importance of the field of management in terms of economic life, Islam has determined how the actual management process of management. One problem that arises in the management of Islamic management is that the governance mode (management) that is used is the same as conventional institutional management in general, therefore we need innovation in management. The implementation of Syahria management is expected to be able to improve the performance and quality of institutional reviews. Viewed from the perspective of competitors, the Islamic management industry does not consider competitors, who should be defeated or even played. But the concept is every company is able to spur it to be better without having to reduce its competitors. Competitors are partners who succeed in the activities that will be implemented in the field, and not as opponents who are turned off. Abstract

The prevention of Covid-19 launched by the Indonesian government through the implementation of health protocols (Prokes) strictly does not conflict with Islamic sharia. The Indonesian government's appeal for people not to leave their homes, not to hold Friday prayers and to cancel Eid prayers, Eid al-Adha, not to hold parties, not to hold ta'lim councils and not to allow crowds and always wear masks even in mosques and when performing prayers, if analyzed using ushul fiqh knowledge, especially in the review of مقاصد الشريعة, The theory of Rukhshah and Takhfif can be justified and does not violate Islamic sharia. By not crowding in the form of worship or others is the same as having saved themselves and people from the possibility of being exposed to the virus. This is by the purpose of Islamic sharia in the form of حفظ النفس. Similarly, the prohibition of performing Friday prayers, Hari Raya prayers and congregations in mosques also does not violate Islamic sharia because it is the same as taking Rukhshah and Takhfif in the form of تخفيف إسقاط.

Abstract

Reading is a language skill that is no less important than other language skills. Reading skill is a subject that has many opportunities to be developed. Reading materials are widely available in various fields of science, reading activities can also be carried out anywhere and anytime. Based on this, reading skills are one of the focuses in foreign language learning orientation, and Arabic is no exception. Arabic reading skills are a skill that must be mastered by students with the aim of developing Arabic language skills. The purpose of learning reading skills is to train students to be more skilled and fluent in reading comprehension and develop students' reading skills. The method used in learning Arabic must be able to increase the interest of the students to be happy in learning to read Arabic. Reading skills in learning Arabic include the understanding of reading skills, methodologies for teaching reading skills, reading patterns, stages in reading, reading difficulties and improving Arabic reading skills. The writing of this article uses the library research method. The data used are sourced from books, articles and several other sources and/or information deemed relevant to the study theme.

Abstract

This research is motivated because there are gaps and unequal business development and capital needs for micro-scale community businesses, so the presence of this “Bank Wakaf Mikro” can lift the community's economy by providing capital to productive poor people. This study aims to determine the system of waqf in the “Bank Wakaf Mikro Berkah Rizqi Lirboyo”, and is reviewed using Maqasid al-Shariah. This observation is useful for knowing the maslahat at the level of Maqasid al-Shariah which consists of three levels of dharuriyah, hjiyyah and tahsiniyyah with a focus on five maintenance, namely al-din( religion), an-nafs (soul), al-nasb (descent), al-'aql (mind). This research uses a qualitative study, using three types of methods of extracting data is a primary data source of data in the form of interviews, observation and documentation of secondary data sources. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the “Bank Wakaf Mikro Berkah Rizqi Lirboyo” has a mismatch between the use of the term in the name "waqf" and the practice of waqf. This is because there is no waqf system that is implemented, but has used a system that resembles waqf, namely by holding the principal of the object. In addition, several analysis results were found concerning Maqas}id al-Shariah such as management systems, programs, and benefits for Muslims.

Abstract

Corruption is one of the serious problems faced by the people and the State of Indonesia, therefore it requires extraordinary efforts to eradicate it. Efforts to eradicate corruption do not only focus on efforts to take action against corruptors (repressive efforts), but also focus on efforts to prevent corruption (preventive efforts). Anti-corruption education is a preventive effort that can be done for the younger generation, through 3 channels, namely: 1) education on campus which is called formal education, 2) education in the family environment called informal education, and 3) education in the community called education. with non-formal education. Anti-corruption education must integrate the domains of knowledge (cognitive), attitudes and behavior (affective), and skills (psychomotor). Anti-corruption values ​​must be instilled, lived and practiced by every Indonesian from an early age to college, if necessary, long life education, meaning that anti-corruption values ​​become breath at all times, by instilling anti-corruption education from an early age to students so that students have a soul anti Corruption. This anti-corruption spirit will become a stronghold for them not to commit acts of corruption when they grow up. Therefore, the program launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture in collaboration with the KPK should be realized immediately. Strategies for handling corruption or efforts to prevent corruption can be carried out through educational institutions or campuses, namely by instilling anti-corruption values ​​which include honesty, caring, independence, discipline, responsibility, hard work, simplicity, courage, justice. Anti-corruption values ​​on campus are carried out in various steps, namely by: Integrated models in courses, civilizing models, habituation of values ​​in all activities and campus atmosphere, models outside of learning through extracurricular activities and combined models.

Abstract

This research examines the improvement of learning achievement of Islamic Cultural History subjects with conventional learning methods and reading guides in students of class XI IIS MA Unggulan An Nuur Pare Kediri. Using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach, the results showed that the use of conventional learning methods and reading guides is effective and successful in improving student learning achievement. This is evidenced by the average learning value of students with the implementation of 3 (three) meetings experiencing an increase. Each action consists of planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The results showed that students' learning achievement increased starting from meeting I 60% then meeting II reached 80% next at the third meeting, to 86.7%, with an average final score of 80. To streamline the use of conventional learning methods and reading guides, the foresight of teachers is needed in realizing the level of understanding of students in receiving material. In this case, when it is felt that students feel saturated with the material and students do not understand the material well, the teacher must be able to provide a strengthening understanding of the material to increase the enthusiasm of students in learning.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is expected to prepare learners to become citizens who have a strong and contentious commitment to improve knowledge, intelligence, skills, morals, and develop skills, master the skills and fundamentals of technological science that build social integerity and civilize and realize national character. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a type of Classroom Action Research research conducted to improve students' learning outcomes by the application of discussion learning methods. The result of this study is that the application of Discussion Methods applied in the learning of Students of Class VII MTs Diponegoro Sumberjo Kandat can improve student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the percentage of students completing from cycle I by 54.54% in cycle II to 72.72%. Based on research the completion of class VII student learning is the highest increase in grades in cycle I to cycle II, from 85 to 90. There is an impact of the application of discussion methods during the learning process, namely the increasing activeness of students in their participation to participate in Fiqh lessons.

Abstract

The arrival of new innovations that change attitudes to life, shift perspectives and form norms in social life. In this regard, for a Muslim, new problems that arise due to advances in science and technology do not have to be confronted with the provisions of the texts in a confrontational manner, but must be resolved by ijtihad. Al-Qardlawi stated that among the characteristics of Islamic law is realistic. It does not ignore the reality (reality) in what is lawful and what is forbidden and also does not ignore this reality in everything it prescribes from the rules and laws for individuals, families, communities, countries and all Muslims. Islamic Shari'ah does not forbid something that is needed by humans in the reality of their lives, just as it does not allow for humans anything that harms them in the reality of their lives. Judging from the maslahah aspect, especially in terms of the shari'ah point of view, in this artificial insemination, Al-Qardlawi uses maslahah mursalah. This is based on the fact that in the case of artificial insemination in humans, there is no evidence that allows or forbids it. For this reason, Al-Qardlawi took the ijtihad method with maslahah mursalah. As for the position of maslahah when viewed in terms of the level and priority of its use, then Al-Qardlawi takes maslahah dlaruriyyah. Maslahah dlaruriyyah is allowed because the main purpose of marriage is to obtain and maintain offspring

Abstract

Can’t be denied that implementation of a learning program’s in the school institution about problem of financing or funding is an important thing. Because funding have an effect to the smoothness and achievement of a programs. The processing of implementation learning in a school institution will work effectively if if supported by good financing. But not only that, an existing financial management must be good and clear so that the funds can be used to the maximum. Beside that, supervision of financial management needs to be done to minimize errors that may occur. The aims of this research is to find out about management of financing in the Al Hikmah Emelentary School especially about source of funds and financial accountability. The methode used in this research is Research, documenter and interview with the people who involved. From the result of data, an overviews about management financing system. Management of financing in the Al Hikmah elementary school Kediri is professional and effective. About the funding needed for the school activity is sufficient. Beside that, all about funding that received by elementary school of Al Hikmah and financial accountability is always reported to the people or institution that involved. And also all the funding can be used for the needs of school activities.

Abstract

ducation is a conscious effort made by families, communities and governments through guidance activities, outdoor teaching and exercises that take place in school or outside of school. The effort is carried out in the form of learning where educators serve learners in conducting learning activities and educators assess or measure the success rate of learning with prescribed procedures. The type of research conducted is Classroom Action Research. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Discovery Learning learning model can improve students' learning outcomes in the subjects of Fikih plural prayer material qasar class III at MI Darul Ulum Lamongan. The results of research using the Discovery Learning model can improve student learning outcomes, especially Fiqh subjects. This was evident in pre-learning with an average score of 62.8 then increased with an average score of 67.9. And in cycle II it increases to 96.85. While the completion of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle is 35%, in the cycle, I am 55% and in cycle II to 70%
