This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the SERASI program by comparing the cropping index, productivity and farm income before and during the implementation of the SERASI program. Methods: This study uses a type of quantitative research. The sample used the solving formula and obtained a random sample of 2522 people. The data were processed and tested statistically using the Paired T-test and the Independent T-Test in the SPSS version 26.0 program. Result: Research conducted in Banyuasin Regency in 2 (two) sub-districts, namely Tanjung Lago District and Muara Telang District, gave results based on the T-test, there was an increase in the planting index of 20.1728%, an increase in the productivity of rice planting season I (MT I) of 12.981%, increased productivity of rice planting season II (MT) by 8.257% and increased productivity of corn by 7.248%, and there was an increase in farmers' income from rice and corn farming by 31.458% when implementing the matching program. Conclusion: The productivity of MT I rice farming is higher when the program is compatible with an increase of 12.981%, the productivity of MT II rice farming is higher when the program is compatible with an increase of 8.267%, the productivity of corn farming is higher when the program is compatible with an increase of 7.248%. Abstract

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has created various challenges and problems for healthcare facilities around the world. This problem also occurs in Indonesia, a country with a high rate of transmission and death of COVID-19. Hospitals, both as health facilities and businesses, must determine the necessary strategies to ensure their business continuity during the Pandemic. Therefore, the factors that affect the continuity of the hospital's business must be determined before making a strategy. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the factors affecting the continuity of a hospital's business during a pandemic. Method: A scoping review was done using PRISMA-ScR guidelines and population, concept, context (PCC) framework. Studies from Pubmed, Google Scholar, and Portal Garuda were collected and analyzed. Results: Among 326 articles found, five studies were included and analyzed. Each study examined the impact of COVID-19 on various aspects of the hospital, both as a business and as a healthcare facility. Moreover, some studies also proposed solutions to minimize the impact of disruptions due to COVID-19. Changes and innovations in facing biological, financial, and resource management problems are essential for hospitals in Indonesia to maintain business continuity during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Conclusions: COVID-19 Pandemic brought significant challenges for hospitals around the world. Abstract

Introduction: the fragility of academic discussions about overeducation is often limited to the scope and macroeconomic consequences of these discussions, ignoring the social, anthropological, political, and educational aspects of education. This study aims to find out and analyze how important education must take precedence. Method: This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the type of library research (Library Research). Publications were searched in four scientific databases: Scielo, Thesis and Dissertation Digital Library (BTD), Portugal Scientific Open Access Repository (RCAAP), and DIALnet. Results: The development of academic research on educational dissonance recapitulated, placed its findings within the scope of economics, and demonstrated that, to date, economics has remained the main driving force of study in the field. Interdisciplinary tools are essential for dealing with the integrality of the problem of over-education in order to propose viable solutions. Conclusion: Now, if the solutions found so far in economics are not feasible (given the obvious contradictions of reality), it is necessary to overcome educational incompatibility from an interdisciplinary prism, which results in points such as the formulation and evaluation of public policies.
