Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at Bank Yudha Bhakti Main Branch Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to employees of Bank Yudha Bhakti Main Branch Jakarta. The population in this study were 80 respondents with a sampling technique using simple random sampling with Likert scale measurements. The data is processed through SPSS version 19.0 program with multiple linear regression analysis technical. From the results of the t test, it proves that partially the work environment has no effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.113 > 0.05, organizational culture has no effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.640 > 0.05, while motivation has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the acquisition value. significant 0.000 > 0.05. Then the results of the F test prove that the work environment, organizational culture and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of Bank Yudha Bhakti Main Branch Jakarta with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

Educational institutions really need a data processing information system in carrying out their work activities because they are seen to be more organized and directed with the support of adequate computer equipment. STMIK YMI Tegal is a computer-based high school, but at the UPT bureau of the library as the inventory and management of PKL and Thesis reports, there is no information system facility for processing data on PKL and Thesis report titles. In its management, it still uses the manual method, which is recorded in a ledger, so it feels slow and not well organized. So in this study, the author tries to create a Data Processing Information System for PKL Reports and Thesis, which is specifically to provide information on title data for PKL reports and Thesis to the academic community of STMIK YMI Tegal. The method used in this study is the User Experience Lifecycle method, which is the method proposed by Hartson and Pyla to develop user experience by focusing on usability and user experience aspects. This method is divided into four stages, namely analysis, design, prototype, and evaluation. With this PKL and Thesis Report Data Processing Information System, it is expected to be able to help the UPT Library bureau in processing PKL and Thesis report title data and make it easier for students to search for PKL or Thesis report titles online

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low ability of understanding mathematical concept student grade VIII. The purpose of this research is to determine if there is influence of model Problem Based Learning (PBL) to ability of understanding mathematical concept student grade VIII. The type of the research is a quasi-experimental research, with pretest-posttest control group design. This population is student of grade VIII MTs Swasta Al-Muttaqiin i, while the sample is consists of two classes that the total is 20 to each other. The data in this research used t test. Average test conceptual understanding ability of mathematical before and after learning there is an increase. From the t test analysis, obtained result that tcount greater that ttable so that Ha received and H0 refused, it means there is a significance influence between model Problem Based Learning (PBL) and conceptual understanding ability of mathematical student. Learning by using model Problem Based Learning (PBL) is the one alternative in increasing conceptual understanding ability of mathematical student. Therefore can be concluded that there is an influence of model Problem Based Learning (PBL) to ability of understanding mathematical concept student grade VIII.

Abstract

This study aims: to (1) Know the feasibility level of mobile learning media that has been developed on thermochemical subjects based on BSNP. (2) To determine the level of student learning success on the use of mobile learning media that has been developed with an average student score greater than the KKM score. The population in this study were students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Stabat. This research is a type of research One-Group pretest-posttest design. The analysis techniques used are (1) One sample t-test; (2) Two Parties, where the experimental class was given mobile learning media that had been developed. This study uses the method and media development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model has several stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Where the results of the feasibility analysis of mobile learning media content feasibility aspects are 4.87; the language eligibility is 4.9; presentation feasibility 5 and graphic feasibility 4,6. By using mobile learning media on thermochemical material, an increase in learning outcomes was obtained by 66% with the highest score of 95 and the lowest score of 75 where the postest average score of 86.72 had passed the KKM of 80. Hypothesis testing was carried out to produce results tcount> table, namely 7, 13> 2,0399. It can be concluded that the development of this media can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a disease that attacks the human respiratory system and has a rapid spread of positive cases in Indonesia. Therefore, prevention efforts are needed, one of them by keeping the immune system using herbal immunomodulators. However, the use of this herbal immunomodulator is cannot be separated from the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community and the relationship between knowledge and attitudes in efforts to prevent COVID- 19 using herbal immunomodulators in the community. This type of research is descriptive using a cross sectional design with the research instrument used is an online google form questionnaire which is distributed through the Whatsapp application. The level of public knowledge regarding the selection of traditional medicines in the prevention of Covid-19 using Herbal Immunomodulators in the Central Jakarta area was 96.3% of respondents rated Good, 2.8% of respondents included in the predicate of sufficient knowledge and 0.9% of respondents who entered the poor category. The level of good attitude is as much as 88%, 8.3% of respondents are included in the predicate enough and 3.7% are included in the less category. The level of good behavior is 87%, 10.2% is included in the predicate enough and 2.8% is included in the less category. Based on statistical tests through the chi square test, the results showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes towards COVID-19 prevention behavior using herbal immunomodulators in the Central Jakarta Region with a p-value of 0.000. The correlation between knowledge, attitudes, and behavior is found that a person's knowledge is influenced by experience and the environment which is then believed to lead to motivation. A person's behavior will last a long time if it is based on knowledge. Good public knowledge can affect a person's attitude, especially in the prevention of COVID-19

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to build hospital-based COVID-19 electronic surveillance. The World Health Organization (WHO) designated the COVID-19 outbreak as a global pandemic in March 2020. One of the efforts to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19 is to conduct surveillance. Currently, the COVID-19 surveillance reporting system from the health service level to the center is still experiencing problems. Individual epidemiological investigation data has not been fully recorded on the surveillance system. As a result, the distribution of cases cannot be described properly. develop a COVID-19 electronic surveillance system at Wates Hospital. Method: mixed method exploratory sequential design research with a case study approach in the form of the development of surveillance systems. The study was conducted in four stages: identification of the needs of the COVID-19 electronic surveillance information system; design design and development of COVID-19 electronic surveillance; trials of developed systems; evaluation of development. the implementation of COVID-19 surveillance at Wates Hospital is guided by the surveillance guidelines of the Ministry of Health. The obstacles faced are the limited number of survilance officers, limited facilities, namely there is no special application of survilans for internal hospitals, and there is no good system so that the implementation is still manual, as a result of which the data produced is invalid. The development of electronic surveillance design can produce the information needed, has a high value of benefits, convenience, and acceptance from users. from the results of trials and evaluations of developed systems proven to provide ease value and benefit value, and get high acceptance from nurses as users, so that the COVID-19 surveillance electronic system developed is feasible to use

Abstract

The main purpose of a marriage is to form a family that gets along well and peacefully. However, marriage can also be broken if the husband or wife decides. Furthermore, the determination of child rights can be done based on an agreement that has been agreed upon by the husband or wife or determination through the consideration of a judge. From the results of this analysis, the determination of child custody is regulated in several provisions of Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, and Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection. If in custody of the child there is a dispute then the court will decide with the consideration of the judges in the best interests of the child's growth and development.
