In urban department, there are a lot of large scale real estate developers that fulfill the need of housing for the urban society, run as a real estate industry, develop a well-planned concept on large lands and arrange the housing complex as a prospect. But small and micro developers in the other hand should choose well-arrange housing neighborhood as a developing prospect and develop only a single or a few units, whenever the units have been sold out they should find other new locations to be developed, the usage of AHP method helps to find the criterions of sufficient location to be developed.

The development of information technology in the era of globalization has experienced rapid development. Along with the rapid advances in information technology. Information is a very important thing in carrying out a job and activity so that it can affect aspects of life. The purpose of this final project report is to study, analyze, and design a population system, which will be applied at the East Cikarang District office. Software that will be developed in the preparation of this final project uses the PHP (Personal Home Page) programming language and MySql as a database. The development of this information system is done by using the Waterfall model and the data flow method using a structured method where the design uses DFD (Data Flow Diagram). In the end, this system is expected to provide convenience for sub-district employees as well as residents, so that information can be received easily and quickly because the information system can facilitate input and search population data

This research was conducted in order to find out how the application of the web-based production information system by using the first research method, namely the field method, which means that the writer directly collects data through interviews and direct observation, which aims to obtain accurate information, secondly uses the library method where data and information needed by the author is obtained from books and reading sources. It is expected that with the simple design of applications this activity on the company can become easier and production data can be real-time in its implementation and activities.

Today's world continues to evolve through the era of the Industrial Revolution 3.0 where in this era various aspects have used computer technology and robots to help human activities, at this time the world began to embark on the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era where technological development became connected with the internet. But at PT.Trimitra Chitrahasta which is located in Delta Silicon 2 Industrial Estate Jl.Damar Blok F1-06 Lippo Cikarang Bekasi, is still experiencing difficulties in managing demand data and finding material placement locations. So there was an over-cost due to the length of time in the search for material that made the transport vehicle wait longer. The system that was developed based on needs will make it easier to use, with this system the process of finding material by the user will be easier by simply accessing it via a smartphone because the system is integrated with the internet. This system can speed up the process of finding material and can record all requests for goods so that each request can be held accountable for data that impacts on the regularity of data and data efficiency in the system

Along with the development of an increasingly advanced era, the role of information technology in the business world today is experiencing very rapid development. Data mining technology or data mining can help a company to discover new knowledge, which can help in managing business strategies. To determine and develop promotions to be more targeted and targeted, companies need to identify target markets. One way to recognize market conditions is to know products that are often sold, which can be observed through purchase order data. By using data mining methods, namely market basket analysis and apriori algorithm, association rules are generated that indicate the pattern of consumer purchases and how strong an item affects other items. From the results of the analysis and testing system tests using data purchase orders during the period of January 2015, 2016 and 2017 by changing the minimum support and minimum confidence parameters, it can be concluded that the best selling itemset product combination is P01-037, P01-070, P01-038 , P01-055, and P01-048. The conclusion that can be taken in the execution of this final project is Data mining and Apriori Algorithm is very useful to find out the relationship between the frequency of shoe sales that are most in-demand by consumers so that it can be used as valuable information in decision-makers to prepare any product stock needed later

Responding to increasingly competitive competition in business, led to the idea of combining information technology with business. Virtual ordering illustrates a wide range of information technology, processes and practices in online business transactions without using manual transactions. By using online sales, companies can market a product or service to consumers with coverage throughout the world, so that in terms of business is a good opportunity to expand the market of products or services offered. This study aims to analyze and create a sales system application and supply of spare parts at a web-based motorcycle partner workshop that can present information needed by consumers. With this system, motorbike partner workshop parties can build a system for selling their products using the internet that can eliminate distance and time. The development tool used by the author is PHP as an application interface and MySQL as its database. This was all chosen because of its reliability in making web-based applications. The development method used is the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). On this occasion, the author only discusses the ordering system through cash payments (both directly and via bank transfer) and the development of this web-based ordering system is only applied in the field of marketing and sales of motorcycle partner workshops.

Inventory management of goods stock is an important problem faced by companies, especially trading. To support the smooth running of trade which will ultimately affect the smooth fulfillment of consumer demand, management must always try to ensure the availability of stock of goods. However, inventory management that is less than optimal can lead to over-stock of goods in a company. Therefore, in the inventory management of inventory goods in warehouses, it is necessary to have an information system application for data entry and exit of goods and to make it easier to control the supply of goods carried out by warehouse staff. Warehouse staff section at PT. Mighty Printec II functions as a processor of data stock of goods relating to making reports of entry and exit of goods and stock of goods, the collection and writing of this Final Project uses observation techniques, interviews and uses the method of library research with secondary data as the source of the data. Things that become one of the obstacles in the implementation of work are still found errors in the processing of data out the entry of goods and stock of goods which will be used as material for making daily, weekly and monthly reports. By creating a stock information system in the warehouse of PT. Printec Perkasa II desktop-based it can help reduce errors in processing the data entry and exit of goods stock items that will be used as material for making reports

JNB GLOBAL was established in 2001 engaged in the supply of automotive spare parts. At present the system that runs still has many shortcomings and weaknesses causing the company's performance to be hampered such as making a report long enough so that the management waited a long time to get the results of the report. This study aims to calculate the incoming and outgoing goods available and can print transaction reports at PT JNB GLOBAL. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques. The design method will be described in the form of Use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams. Making this inventory information system uses the PHP programming language using MySQL as its database. Testing in this study was conducted using Black Box Testing. With the existence of an inventory system, it is hoped that it can help the company burden in processing inventory data and in making reports within the company

The aims of this study is to predict the types of hepatitis, by predicting what types of hepatitis suffered. The results of the study used the Partile Swarm Optimization (PSO) based naïve bayes algorithm and the naïve bayes algorithm based on the Genetic Algorithm (GA). The results of the accuracy of naïve Bayes without optimization are 83.08% and the AUC value is 0.826, using PSO optimization of 84.50% and AUC value of 0.883, while naïve Bayes uses GA optimization of 85.79% and an AUC value of 0.901. From this study that naïve Bayes using GA optimization got the highest accuracy value with an increase of 2.71% in predicting hepatitis.
