Abstract

Decision support system (DSS) is a system that can help leaders in making accurate and targeted decision. There are many problems can be solved using DSS, one of which is a decision support system for the use of village funds. At present the use off village funds is sometimes not on target so that empowermant and distribution of these funds are less effective, because the distribution still uses a manual system, where the manual system which often make it less offective.

Abstract

Techniques in compressing audio files are commonly used for transmission and storage processes, namely to reduce bottlenecks in the input or output process, save data storage space and facilitate the distribution of data and files with electronic media and removable media. A voice recorder is an electronic device that picks up sound or frequency waves and is designed to fit an application that can be saved in digital or other network formats. This voice recorder application is widely used in the modern era today is also very helpful in our daily life, for example writing applications, games, video and voice, but must be adjusted as needed. Based on the implementation of the algorithm used is the Ternary Comma Code (TCC). This method is a binary number (line2) which is based on 2 bit numbers 0 and 1.In the use of the TCC algorithm method, it allows audio file data in voice recording applications to reduce the redundancy of files to save or send in an efficient form and so we can compress these important files to save more memory space, because a storage system requires a large enough space. The use of the data size is getting bigger and bigger so the process can change it by compressing the original data.

Abstract

Every day household waste cleaning activities are carried out by janitors, where every month a manual payment system is carried out. This is not very effective, and it takes a lot of time because officers have to go to people's homes to process payments. Through this practical work, it is hoped that they will be able to design an information system about paying household waste money in the village. The program used to manage the payment of household waste money in the village is Visual Basic 2008. And the results obtained from this information system will be used in the future, to assist in the development of a better system.

Abstract

Image processing is an image processing and analysis process that has a lot of visual perception that has the characteristics of input data and output information in the form of images. An unfavorable image can be caused by many factors, including lack of sharpening, blur, and so on. Poor image quality of course will affect the information contained in the image. This of course resulted in the delivery of information on the image is not effective. For this reason, image improvement is needed. In this study, the author will apply the technique of improving the blurred image using the Nonlinear Extrapolation method and the Wiener filter. At first, the blurred image will be sharpened by using the Nonlinear Extrapolation method. Then the sharpened image will be corrected by using the Wiener algorithm. From the results of the experiment using the Nonlinear Extrapolation method, a better image was obtained by increasing the sharpening based on the high frequency of the image, namely by adding sharpening to the initial image. Then the sharpened image is corrected using the Wiener algorithm which produces an output image by correcting the blur that exists in the image.

Abstract

Elementary school age children will experience very fast development. These developments are in the form of physical development and psychological development. Inappropriate use of smartphones in children will have a negative impact on children. In this case, parenting plays a very important role because the family is the first and foremost educational institution for children. From the family environment, especially parents, children will get a moral foundation, character and personality that will be applied now and in the future. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between parenting and smartphone use by involving correlation analysis as a statistical tool. The study was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in Balongbendo District in Jeruklegi Village. There were 30 elementary school age children who were observed by interviewing parents and giving questionnaires. Studies show that there is a positive and significant relationship between parental parenting and smartphone use. The family has an important role in the supervision and mental development of the child's personality. With good and proper care and supervision from parents, children will avoid the negative impacts of smartphone use.
